The employees were very knowledgeable and friendly. They helped us pick out the products that were best for us while staying in our price range. They also gave us recommendations for other brands if we ever wanted to look for ourselves. Highly recommended going here, I definitely will be going back.

Went in hoping to find 2 items. Found both with the help of the friendly associate. Quick and convenient location. Good prices.

I really try not to be one of those people who write bad reviews and I wouldnt even consider this a bad review its just the truth. A few days ago I messed up my hair with a box dye and went to Sallys to get the materials to fix it. There were two girls working the counter when I asked for assistance for what I would need to fix my hair (even the tone and try and reduce how dry it was becoming) the one women responded well whats wrong with it? and the other responded well, look at it. As if my hair wasnt 6 different colors and on the verge of breaking off. I wasnt mad at these comments as it was my fault my hair looked the way it did. After these comments they did help me find the materials I would need to fix my hair. After comparing the cost of how much everything would add up to be I decided to go to a salon and have it fixed correctly. Today I was sent back to Sallys by the family friend who fixed my hair in a salon to get some purple shampoo to ensure the color of my hair would last. The woman working was the same woman who a few days before had said nothing was wrong with my hair. I will say the woman helped me find the shampoo and the deep conditioner treatment which was very helpful and Im grateful but in doing so she also made me feel really bad about the hair I had just paid a lot of money to have fixed. that was done by a salon? and arent you disappointed?. No I wasnt disappointed I actually really like the way my hair looks now and Ive received a lot of compliments on it so it was really disheartening to hear that comment. All in all I gave two stars because the women did do her job and helped to answer my questions but in the process really made me feel discouraged to come back. Unfortunately next time I think Im just going to buy my products online.

The ladies of this Sallys were helpful and knowledgeable. Other locations, not so much. Ill come back to this one.

This Sally’s on Guilford Drive in Frederick....the one lady was so terribly rude for no reason. I don’t even bother to leave reviews about places but avoid this one. She made me feel so unwelcomed, I put my products back on the shelf and left... I didn’t even wanna buy anything from there that’s how rude she was.

Very rude!! I simply called the store to ask a if they carried a product and was told i dont know look it up on line i will buy my products from some where else. Even if i have to pay more. I have been buying hair products from sally for year but never again.

Confused as to what time the store actually opens? Sign says 10am. Waited for 30 minutes and still no one in to open the store.
