I love this store they have a nice selection of clothes. What really caught my eye for this store was there preppy brands especially simply southern I found a lot of cute simply southern things there. I recommend this store.

This is the best place to shop for my wife. Jewelry, Vera Bradley, etc. The best part is the service and gift wrapping.

I previously left a bad review for poor customer service but I am updating. Since my previous post, I received a personal phone call from the owner of the store and I must say I way pleasantly surprised. She went out of her way to get my name and number off her caller ID and called to personally apologize. Lisa, the owner was very kind and apoligized for a unfortunate incident. She was very thoughtful and offered me a gift card to come back to her store. I will be going back. Thank You Lisa!

Great small boutique. Parking is a bit sparse in the plaza. The staff is very friendly and have ordered several VB patterns for me.

Went in to get a charm for my mother in laws bracelet. This place is one of 2 locations in the area that sells Chamilla charms. The sales staff was flustered because they actually had clientele to serve. The woman working the register was clearly not capable of doing so, the other sales associate was simply passive aggressive. Both staff members put customers out to conduct sales transactions. I stood in line for 15 minutes watching one associate ring transactions, wrap gifts and help customers while the other tried to operate the cordless phone and grumbled to herself and anyone within ear shot about a package that had been delivered. No, please- look at a box instead of serving the customers in line. Really, its ok- Ive got all night. After waiting in line for 20 minutes and being passed up twice to make a transaction for a product that was under lock and key I walked out. The other store, retro metro in downtown frederick has just as good of a selection. And while its further from my house and the parking can be a bit of a pain- its where Ill be purchasing ALL of my charms henceforth. Also, the Vera Bradley selection in this store is clearly purchased on one persons taste. Its all the same variant color. There are other locations in Frederick that offer a much better and wider selection of her line. Id have a very hard time ever going to this store again. To the young couple in line that purchased a 25$ gift card for mother; dont be surprised when it doesnt work. The sales clerk admittedly screwed up your purchase and was unable to fix it. Saying to herself, or a customer, remind me to go back later and fix that.Im astonished this business is still opened after having a similar experience last year. Frankly I cant wait for it to go under and be replaced with a respectable boutique that services its clients with, well, service.....
