Excellent service. Everyone was very knowledgeable helpful and patient if something was not right. They helped me activate my backup phone even when the Verizon Helpdesk said it was not possible. Super great experience and would recommend this store.

Everyone here was super helpful, down to earth and understanding. They handled all this while being swamped. It’s easily one of my favorite Verizon stores. As long as I’m in this area, it will be the Verizon store I use.

Nasar was amazing! I was attended to immediately upon my arrival into the store... I wasnt sure what was wrong with my phone and he explained to me that my battery was swelling, and that I would need to get a new phone. Although I did not want to buy a new phone, he took the time to find exactly what I needed. It was ordered and arrived at the store within 2 days..... outstanding deal! I went in to pick it up with no problems. Very professional and courteous service!

I had issues with the website. I headed into this store and I was very pleased with the service. They didn’t have my phone, but it arrived within two days and they had it ready to go for me. No complaints here and I am obsessed with my new IPhone. At first I didn’t get protection but ended up signing up for Apple Care once I had the phone in my hand. Very happy customer here no doubt.

Exceptional Service!Went in to check my phone as I was having problems connecting it to the USB outlet in my car. The two gentlemen who assisted me were very professional and knowledgable and gave me additional information and support about the best way to keep my iphone charged and updated no matter where I was - at home or in the car. This is one of the best Verizon stores Ive ever been to and their service was phenomenal. Our family has been with Verizon for years and our service always remains connected no matter where we have traveled (including offshore).A few months ago I was at the Xfinity store which is a few stores down from the Verizon store. I went to turn in an old router and while I was there, they were having a sale on cell phones and asked me if I wanted to change service. Absolutely not I told them, but thanks for asking (because you have to be polite right?).

They always have what I need and are consistently professional, experienced, courteous and patient. Nasar and his team do a wonderful job. I’ve referred them numerous times to various friends and they have been extremely pleased as well.They give me hope that positive customer service still exists out there.

Our experience was stellar. We were welcomed upon entering even though the gentleman (Mr. McGrath)was helping a lady. She seemed a bit chatty and off topic but he was positive and professional. We were seeking a replacement for a phone and he ran us through our options even though we asked many questions. We asked a complex unusual question, he called someone and got an immediate answer. We felt our salesman was honest and of high moral standards which can be a rare thing these days. The whole team seems to be great. We will tell all our friends and family. Oh yeah, the product was good too.

One young representative, Devonte, has been very helpful. 2 others here have not, even witnessed predatory selling to senior citizens and tried to step in. Ongoing issues with Verizon in general and will not ever use Verizon services again. Still not resolved after 2 weeks, multiple stores and many hours on hold with customer service.Wrong store..the store that replied was terrible!!!

Promised many things to become new verizon member. Everything that I was promised I found out later through a qualified verizon employee that I didnt qualify for due to the stipulations. Take a recorder into this store to verify your promises. Better yet, go to an actual verizon store where you will get treated fairly. I made arrangements by phone call to purchase a replacement smart phone for my son. By the time we arrived, Victoria had already had the new Pixel ready for the data to be transferred. I decided to also purchase a Pixel. Victoria worked patiently with us and setup our phones seamlessly. Throughout the entire interaction, the Verizon workers excercised all of the COVID-19 safety precautions.I highly recommend this particular Verizon store.

I dont often write reviews, particularly on upgrading phones, but I had a great experience at this store compared to others Ive been to in the past. The sales rep Sean was extremely knowledgeable on all models available and explained the bells and whistles of each model I was interested in as well as the plans that would benefit me most. I had planned on upgrading only one phone (Samsung) and ended up upgrading the one Iphone in the family because as Sean explained the options, it just made sense to do so. In addition, he was so personable that it made what sometimes feels like buying a used car feel like a fun experience. Great experience, great store.

GREAT STAFF!! These people are awesome! Of course Verizon has consistent reliable service but this comes with the added bonus of wonderful customer service and very knowledgeable, friendly people.

While I was there another customer walked in and commented on the high quality service Ms. LaRocca gave her.If you want exceptional service for your phone you need to visit Verizon store at Kingfisher Dr. Frederick. Literally the BEST Verizon store in the area! The employees are so helpful, courteous and HONEST! I shopped around at other Verizon stores in the area, and this store gave me the best deals and prices by far! I waited a month to make this review because I wanted to make sure everything was good on my first bill, and it was exactly as expected. I never once felt pressured. My last experience at a different Verizon store, I was told one thing and then when I got my bill... basically it was messs. I am a VERY happy customer and will surly return! Highly Recommend!

My iPhone was stolen and Madison assisted me in purchasing a new iPhone XS MAX. Her product knowledge far surpassed all my expectations! I came into this location and I absolutely loved the experience. The sales reps were warm and welcoming when i walked in the door. They fully explained everything and made sure I had a full and complete understanding of everything before we began anything. We had been experiencing considerable frustration purchasing a phone for my sister-in-law, who suffers from dementia, and getting her service transferred from another carrier to Verizon. After explaining our dilemma to Ms. Victoria LaRocca, she was the consummate professional. She was very personable, considerate and understanding, and made it her mission to address the problems associated with our issue. While she was dealing with the other phone carrier, she kept us apprised of her progress and ultimately was successful in getting my sister-in-law her phone and her service up and running. Im sure it took considerable time from her otherwise busy schedule, but she never relented in her goal to provide us with the service we needed. Verizon and Ms. LaRocca represent the best in cellular service. Moreover, Ms. LaRocca is more like an ambassador, extremely adept at dealing with issues of varying and complex natures in a very diplomatic manner. Any future needs or purchases will most assuredly be made with Ms. LaRocca.

I’ve been to several different Verizon stores in the area and I’ve never had as good as an experience as I have at this one. George was very helpful and kind during the whole experience. I would recommend anyone to come into this location they have the best customer service.

She took care of all aspects of our multi-phone upgrade, taking the time to come by our office and make sure we made it through the transfer process as smoothly as possible. Best service from a Verizon store ever!! Greeted and acknowledged as soon as I entered the store by Nasar. As I was waiting for my new note 9 to be ready, I observed how everyone who entered the store was given the same treatment...and there was only one person working in the store! No one was left waiting. Why cant service like this be found everywhere? Since I got my phone, Ive been contacted twice inquiring if I have any questions or concerns. YIKES!!!!!!!!!!!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTSThis Verizon wireless store should not even score a star.Two years ago, I purchased four phones from this store and two warranties. One of the phones that I was given was not the phone that I purchased. I had to wait a week from the time that I noticed the mistake to receive the correct phone. Recently, I accidently dropped my phone and the screen broke. I tried to place a claim with the warranty company but was denied the claim because not only was I given the wrong phone initially, but the store never applied the warranty to the correct phone. I have been trying to resolve this issue for almost a month. When I call the store to ask the status of my claim, I get told that they are working on the issue and then I am ignored because they are working with new customers.I am also not happy with a store that is not open according to their signs. If the sign says that you open at 9 am then it should be open at 9 am. The store employee should not be pulling up in their car at 9:15 am when the sign says they open at 9 am.

Entered the store, no one inside except a kid behind the counter. Looks annoyed that he had to cut his personal cell call short. Asked about upgrades available and was given a terse youre not eligible. Described how other companies were willing to buy out my Verizon contract he stated youll get no service.Happily switch over to another provider with great coverage. Good luck keeping customers with that attitude. AVOID at ALL cost.

If I could give zero stars I would have. This place is severely lacking in customer service skills from the sales associate to the owner. Nothing but attitude from the sales associate during my 3 visits to the store. She was much more interested it chatting it up with male customers than acknowledging that there were other clients waiting to be helped and when I was able to get her attention she acted like she was doing us a favor by speaking with us. The owner apparently doesnt have daycare and was preoccupied with his kid and told me that the service I had requested wasnt a priority and he would get to whenever he felt like it after I had already waited over 4 hours for something I had been told would take an hour. If these are the kind of people Verizon is letting represent them Im going to seriously consider changing carriers. I will NEVER patronize this location again!

This store is happy to sell you whatever you want. Buyer beware, once you leave the store they have your money and will just lead you on. I have worked with all three sales associates, the first young female is just a lier. As for the other two one left both receipts in by bag so I had to go back to the store and give one of the copys to him so my account could stay active and the other gentleman charged me twice for an item and I had to go back to the store to get that resolved. Now the issue I have with this store is the the young female stood me up three times now about a billing Issue, twice the manager was supposed to call me received no call and now Im dealing with the store owner. Its been over a month and have made zero progress. This store is a joke. The Old store off rt.40 was the only Verizon I have been in that was helpful. Im looking forward to paying off my three phones and changing providers.

I was an hour away from home and my phone stopped working. I dropped by and was given the best service by Nasar. I have been traveling to Fredrick for any problems with my phone since then because I cant find the same service anywhere else!

Switching carriers is never easy, these guys took control and made it work. Leaving Victoria says Now we are your customer service people. That means and says a lot. Thank you all that helped.

The associate I believe his name was Asad was very friendly and took his time to make sure I got my phone issue fixed which is definitely a nerve wracking situation for anyone since we are all so attached to our phones these days. Top notch service, I always drove by the store but I am glad I stopped by here when I needed help. Would recommend this business to everyone I know.

I dropped my phone and broke the screen. I purchased the insurance for the phone. I paid for the insurance upfront in full. It was never explained there was a deductible to replace the phone. I went in Sunday, August 9 and presented my phone to Nasir. He completed the transaction where the insurance was purchased. He stated they didnt have replacement phones in stock, I would need to go through the insurance company which is a separate entity. He stated he could fix the phone for $80-$100. I requested to have the phone repaired instead of paying the $169 deductible for a new phone. I would have to wait for the emplacement to arrive. Nasir said give me one hour. I returned after 1 hour, and I was told it was $100 for the repairs. I asked Nasir why didnt he just tell me the cost would be $100. He said the 4S is $80 and he knew that my phone was a 5C. I just dont understand why he would be deceptive in the pricing. He then said well I only handle the phones and not the repairs. This Verizon store is not customer centric.
