I have shopped at the kiosk before and had a pleasant experience with one of the associates (older lady) as well as many others however, I tried shopping there again just yesterday and this other particular associate (I dont know her name) was very rude: would not get off their phone once trying to approach her and didnt acknowledge me... another customer accidentally dropped a calendar on the floor, witch I noticed while trying to get her attention, and she rolled her eyes at them. Anyways. Shes a tall slim brunette and she needs to be tought mannerisms and customer service skills. I have over 5 years of customer service experience and even though its not much but Im nice and Im proud of it. I know exceptionally good customer service when I see it! A customer shouldnt be brushed off that way it doesnt matter if they work at the mall or not! I ended up feeling uncomfortable and not even buying or continuing to ask for anything. Please fix this with your employees of poor customer service caliber because I love the actual concept of the kiosk and its a shame, as a customer to be treated with such disrespectful behavior.
