Quick service I love soft ice cream. The lobby is closed at present so drive through is always crowed in the evening. The offer doordash pickup so you my be able to order on line and pick up.

Service is good, has nothing to do with this particular branch but dairy Queen needs to upgrade their food products. Microwave cheese chili dogs are not the way to go these days. Still the best soft serve and I love the Cherry dip they still make malts which is awesome. Unfortunately even though its called dairy Queen they use a non-dairy fake topping. Again even these days Mickey Ds uses real whipped cream. They need to update.

My wife is a very big fan of their milkshakes, and happens to love their vanilla shakes in particular. On the other hand, I prefer their soft chocolate ice cream which is in my words wonderful. So yesterday we both got our favorites. This particular location is pretty busy, but they are fairly efficient and the line does seem to move fast when youre in the drive-thru. It was definitely worth the wait, and best when done only a few times a month to keep it kind of special. Thumbs up.

Didn’t get a receipt, my cone came to me looking like the leaning tower of Pisa, and by the time I got out of the drive thru it was dripping all over me. The blizzards we got were sticky all over the outside of the cup.Thanks guys.

My wife is a huge fan of the dairy Queen milkshakes - shed rather go without for a week or two to save up to pay the unfortunately kind of high price at dairy Queen charges. However, she is a dedicated fan, which truly means something. On my side - I prefer their soft chocolate ice cream. Its about as good as Ive had anywhere. This particular location has always been good to us. Well worth the trip, been there 15 times and well go back at least that many more.

Did not flip our 2 blasts upside down and when called on it, said they only do that inside and the lobby is closed right now. I pointed out that I got that from under the drive thru menu that wed get a free one. They said sorry and walked away.

Cant eat inside, the tables outside are disgusting (dirty,nasty) . Most of the time its almost that dirty on the inside.

I just celebrated my wifes birthday with a delicious, peanut free ice cream cake, made by Allison and her helper. Awesome cake, beautiful decorations. My wife and her family loved it!One recommendation: dont use those little round candies that can crack fillings and teeth.Thankfully, the little balls were located only in the bottom outside of the cake. The employees are friendly and seem to be efficient but end up making lots of mistakes.

Food came out crushed and got the wrong drink.

Very polite and professional they even made sure that my blizzard had a lid just incase I needed it. Also they gave me my napkins and spoon before I needed to ask and before the ice cream so that way was not too much to take out of the drive threw window!!!

Very long line but what do you expect on a hot day, on a Sunday? My large Oreo blizzard wasnt that great, barely any pieces of oreos. Their machine didnt do a good job with keeping the ocean very cold. When we received our order it was already melting and had to eat it fast!

I just bought a Snicker Blizzard, take away (drive thru) (19:00 hours approx), and the lady served it without a spoon and a tissue paper. Thats how wonderful their service is. I realised soon after I left the bay. Was wondering if they actually are trained to look who the client is before they decide on whether a spoon and tissue is worth serving.

Pineapple Shakes yumm!! Maybe bc of Covid, but lately they regularly have a long line in drive thru but they do a great job of keeping it moving and getting you your order and sending you on your way with a smile.

I went to buy ice creams today 6/17/2020 and the guy who was in charge took my credit card and I asked him for a cup and he gave it to me but he put my credit card inside the cup and closed the window . I waited there for a minute and he didn’t bothered . He didn’t gave me my receipt and I left because I had to attend a meeting . This was at 4:10 pm. I felt very discriminated! I am furious . Hope the manager of this store can follow up on this .

They were very pleasant kind and quick. My blizzard didnt spill when held upside down. The twist cone was 84 percent vanilla because the chocolate ice cream temperature was a little bit warmer.

Getting to this particular DQ was a bit of an issue. You cant just drive in off the road. You must circle in and around the parking lots toward the mall and keep your eyes on the prize. Once there, the menu is very familiar. I tried their new mint shake. I didnt really like it that much. It tasted artificial to me. I will be visiting again for their famous vanilla cone.

I got a triple chocolate brownie extreme blizzard. The ice cream was awesome. 5 stars on that. I took a star off because of cleanliness.... everything in the front of the store had remnants of old ice cream, they workers didnt wear gloves either. Go to this one of you arent afraid of messes. Also I noticed the employee go into the bathroom and come back out wiping his hands on his clothes.... at least he washed his hands though

Had the turtle blizzard. It was cool & refreshing with lots of pecan pieces in it. Staff was friendly but forgot the cappuccino in my friends blizzard & had to ask for cup of water 3 times.

It has never failed at this location the complete lack of consistency. Any blizzard from this location is made differently each time. Its like gambling. Maybe it will be good or maybe it will just be vanilla ice cream with the sad resemblance of what it should be. Cotton candy blizzard is amazing provided they actually put the correct amount of flavoring in. Again..gambling. sometimes its amazing and sometimes its just over priced vanilla ice cream with evidence that its suppose to be something amazing and wonderful but its not at all that. Its a large cup of complete sadness and disappointment, like when you find out that Santa Claus isnt real....

I love this ice cream. Is very creamy and not as sweet as it is in other places. The cake cones are fresh, crunchy and delicious.

Awful drive through service today. Intercom is barebones so we double checked the order at the window and found that they got one item wrong. No big deal. Asked them to correct it and get the blizzard shake that we want. However, we first meet resistance, and the young woman (who was trying to rush us when we were at the intercom - even though they werent busy) argues that we were incorrect. Silly way to interact with the customer.She eventually relents to make what we requested, and first gives us a dipped cone on the order for which there was no confusion. She also charges my card.She then makes the correct blizzard shake order, hands it over, and quickly closes her window. Comes back a minute later and says, yes? ... wondering why were still there. I ask her for my receipt, a couple of napkins, and a spoon (there was no spoon or straw given with the blizzard). She quickly hands these items over, and closes the window, not saying a word. So not only is she incompetent, shes rude.Even though today was a 1-star experience, overall, Im giving them a 3-star because weve had 3- to 4- star experiences there before (rating them against other fast food establishments). Weve also had confusion through their intercom once before, but theyve always been pleasant at the window or inside counter. I hope theyre not slipping and this isnt indicative of newer staff that theyve brought on board.Word of advice. If you run into someone on the intercom trying to rush your order when using this DQs drive through, because there is no order display to confirm they got it right, double check your order at the window. Some working the drive through window will automatically repeat your order to you, but the person who doesnt, might not really care about the quality of their work, customer satisfaction, or getting the order right.

A good place and has decent service. I would say that it does need some money reinvested in this location but overall the ice cream is good. They do sell hotdogs but I have never seen anyone get one. I like the blizzards A+

Worst experience.... wrong food items given ..rude... and limited menu. Staff behaved like they have no clue about their menu options ... we had to explain to them and still received wrong order.

The $5 lunch deal - chili dog, chips, soda, and sundae - was a good find. Ice cream was OK - Ritas is better. But if youre looking for a treat on the spot, its a good place because it has sweet and savory.

We go to riverbend dairy about once to three times a month, and they always get one of the orders wrong. No biggie but every time and this last time we waited 15 minutes through the drive Thur that wasnt a big deal, the big deal is I spend 30.00 dollars on ice cream and 2 of the 7 I order was right. I feel Im willing to pay for yummy dairy Queen but you should get what you pay for at least once.

Drive thru is horrible! The communication box is beyond broken and does not allow for clear transmission of orders. There was no friendly greeting or cordial customer service verbiage, just what do you want?. Not to mention the staff are impatient, wasteful, and just downright rude. Hope the Management can rectify some of these issues.

Terrible service! Went there to getMy favorite dessert but couldnt because they stopped serving hot food 4Minutes prior, yet were still open.
