Decent selection and service. Unfortunately didnt have what I was looking for either time I was in. Atleast they have my wifes wine! 😉

Decent selection considering the small size, and the people who work there seem to know the store like the back of their hand.

I know it is local and convenient for me to stop there, but will not do so anymore. Their prices are outrageous compared to other stores. Since Im not typically in a rush to buy liquor, I will just make sure I include my needs on other trips to either Germantown or Frederick. $28.00 for a bottle I can get at another store for $19.00 made me realize this store is a rip off. Their hours are also really odd. My business will go elsewhere.

Changed locations to suite across parking lot...but same poor customer service by young man is either the son or relative of owners.Depending on the day, you may be greeted or ignored when you enter. Getting a straight answer about product in stock will more than likely get you trip alone to find item with the lazy monotone statement of...if we have it...it’s over there...I don’t know etc.Basically, he seems to not care if you buy or not.The female owner is always friendly, but this guy’s attitude isn’t helping customer retention.I returned after a determined goal to no longer patronize for a quick wine purchase because there was a really nice guy (no longer there) employed.Now he’s gone and the store is left with a guy that could careless about the customers which inevitably put financial success into the business.Oh, the products are OVERPRICED!Same size comparison:Irish Cream $19.99Franklin Liquors (3 mins up the road) $12.99Online $13So, pay more and receive poor customer service...why?!Sometimes people will pay more for convenience and great customer service. Best place to get your Duff beer. ;) Friendly staff, with a pretty good selection of wine, beer and liquor. Its conveniently located in the Urbana, in the shopping center near Giant.

They have a more diverse selection of bourbons than what I can find in Montgomery County. Their prices are not bargains but they are not outrageous either.

Decent selection but the 20-something guy behind the counter is always unfriendly - or has been all 3 times weve went. We showed up at opening at 11am on a Sunday to grab beers for tubing - he rolled in at 11:10 to open and gave us attitude when we made a remark that we had been waiting. Always on his phone and cant be bothered to help us find anything. I prefer Franklin Liquors.

While this isn’t a fancy place, they always have what I need and they are next to Giant and Pizza Hut. Very convenient location.

Phone number never works and hours change!

This was my go-to store prior to the new owners. The new owner had seen me there and I purchased multiple time as she was learning her way around. Ive know the previous owners since 2008. I am a 30 year old woman and I cant believe I was denied even getting cigarettes. I lost my new drivers license and only had my old one, so the new owner said she would not sell me any liquor or cigarettes. Im done with that place.

Hmmm, the past owners at least kept store stocked. As of October 2018, the new owners have yet to replenish some items and the soda section needs a cleaning (either mold black spots or ... well, I don’t know other than just dirt transfer). I was hoping for a better experience in Urbana.I will take my coins up the road.

My local beer store in Urbana, MD. It is walking distance from my home but I usually drive because 42 beers start feeling really heavy after a couple hundred yards. They have a pretty good selection of beer, wine and liquor. At least most of my favorites.

Had a really bad experience. Walked into store with my husband and we were followed around by the clerk. After selecting beer we moved through the store to select wine she rudely demanded that we must keep our purchases on the counter before moving around the store. She critiqued our id’s for about 10 mins before letting us leave the store. When we asked her if there was a problem. She asked us why we had an attitude problem. She was extremely and unnecessarily rude to us. We won’t return.

Hate this liquor store. Unfriendly owners. Overpriced wine and beer.

Bought a 6-pack beer on December 30th, 2017 and after bringing it home, saw it had Best Before date of March 2017.

If this place doesnt sell it...it doesnt exist.

Terrible selection of wines, beers and sizes of alcohol!! Tried to return and claim you can’t make returns! We were visiting from out of town and bringing a gift to a friend and they don’t drink it at all! They wouldn’t get a manager or help us in any way! Worst service! Don’t waist your time going in this place! Way over priced too!

A bit pricey. Scotch selection is almost exclusively 7ft up on the wall above the beer coolers, so unless youre in the NBA, you have to bother a tiny but helpful woman, who can barely understand you, to drag a ladder out of the back room so she can climb it and you can motion to her that you want to see the price on the Ledaig. No, not the blue labeled bottle of Kilchoman Machir Bay, the black boxed Ledaig. No, not the Lagavulin, the Ledaig. No, not the...oh for crying out loud.Reorganization of this store would be a good idea.

This rating is for customer service only. Called them to see if they had something in stock, obviously because Im not going to drive out there if I can save myself a trip. The woman said she didnt know and id have to come look. As I was asking if she could check for me, I got hung up on. Ok! Wont ever shop here.

They have sold me expired beer and a mixer twice. Both times they resitanting giving me a refund. I will never return to this store as long as it stays under the same management.
