Zach is a top-notch guy, knows his stuff, and is extremely customer-oriented. His quality service is what ultimately helped us decide to use this facility. We have not been disappointed!

Well, my use of Public Storage has come to an end. Zak was extremely helpful. When the movers were finished, I left planning to return a few days later to sweep the unit and end the contract. Zak, while making his rounds saw the empty unit, swept it, and contacted me. Over the phone he was able to stop my direct payment and end the contract. My belongings were in the same exact condition as when I placed them there. The buildings are clean and well lighted I wholeheartedly recommend using this Public Storage with Zak and Linda. You will not receive better individual care anywhere else. I give them 5 gold stars!!I found Linda to be very knowledgeable and helpful as well as kind and easy to talk to. As I have been anxious about my move, her kindness really helped make my day. Id recommend Public Storage 1oo%.

Zachary, the manager, is not only nice, hes like your favorite neighbor. He explained what units were available, asked about what may be stored, and offered realistic suggestions about size—he wasnt pushing a unit that would be more than youd need. He factored in right from the start what the price of a unit was with the required insurance—what youd actually pay each month so there wasnt any surprise. He seemed to be very aware that people are on tight budgets these days. The entire property is clean—spotless even, no area looked rundown or in need of paint or repair, and most of all—the entire facility appeared safe and secure.

Wow! Cant believe anything is this simple during a pandemic, but renting the storage unit and getting all my stuff moved in was easier than expected thanks to the good prices and great service!! The facility is clean and the staff followed all the protocols to make me feel safe.

My mom rented here for years. We just moved out, it was our second to last stop before driving cross country. Every other part of this has been a problem. But our experience with Zack at Public Storage was great. He was helpful, pleasant, respectful. He obviously knew my mom and was ready and willing to do whatever he could to help the process go smoothly. In so many places customer service isnt a priority. Especially during COVID-19, a lot of people seem to take it as an excuse to do less. But even as we drove away, my mom mentioned again how the customer service a at Public Storage was always on point, and Zack had been there the whole time, always able to help. Were leaving Maryland, but we still highly recommend this place.

So far my experience has been easy and stress free. Zach was wonderful he helped me with my two storage reservations also helped me on saving some money on package supplies. Hes super nice and very professional! The storage units are clean and easy to access and your belongings are protected the gate code is easy to use and prices are reasonable. They have on site supplies which saves a trip to another store. Im very happy I choose Public Storage. I would definitely recommend to others and would use in the future.

Awesome service. I was in and out. Everything was fully explain to me. I was given a tour of the facility. It’s very clean. I must say. When I book my storage online. Soon I hang up the manager called me to verify. Even the bathroom was clean. He was very nice and patience. Awesome price and customer service. I called around but they are the cheapest for the space I got. I made the right decision. I highly recommend them. Did not like how I had to pay $156 for one day to get my stuff out.

My two uncles stored stuff here before they moved. The staff was very helpful when it was time to move. Theyre older, so I helped them out and the girl in the office already knew who they were before we walked in the door. Good relationships make for good business. Highly Recommended for sure.Update: We had so many issues with this move. The new house, the movers, the new place we ended up storing at in Texas. The ONE THING that was not a problem was Public Storage in Frederick. So appreciated. HIGHLY recommended.

Kristens customer service was awesome. Very patient, personable and pleasant demeanor. There was no pressure or rush to make any decision. Zach was also great. Called the next business day to make certain that I didnt incur any problems during my moving process.

I am off work due to this Virus. Can not receive UE yet. Due to self employment. Haven’t received that stimulus check. I asked to make some type payment arrangements. I was told have pay full amp before end of month or my items will be auctioned off. I will never use this storage unit again. I will make sure now if my family and friends never uses either. To add more stress to the community is just greed. Customer service is horrible. I was told they have show up for work so others should to. I said haven’t you heard we are in state of emergency? I have the person name spoke with but will not add here saving that for Gov office and head office.I would give zero star if could. Sad money hungry people. Cruel. I will never use this company again. And if you are trying find place to put things in storage right now I advice going elsewhere.

Nice place. Kinda dated but in the time weve been here theyve made lots of upgrades. The employees are top notch. The owner is there almost everyday, and his staff obviously works to keep the place clean and give great service.

It is in an absolutely BEAUTIFUL location, laid back staff who were fairly attentive careful not to be over exerting themselves to assist customers and potential customers, clean facility inside and out. Not many available units it seemed, a bit pricey. Not a whole lot of parking space in front of the facility, quite small for visitor parking in addition to the rental vehicles and display products featured outside. Not always easy to reach by phone.

It does what it supposed to do,rent you storage space,its a bit excessive,big drawback is they dont have a customer trash dumpster like most storage companys do.

He helped us pick out the perfect size storage unit for all of our things and made us feel welcome in our new city. I think we are going to love Maryland. Went in just to get quotes and see spaces. Marc was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. He really answered all of my questions, he was very patient, offered honest advice and opinions. He made it feel like I was his priority the whole time even though I was just looking. The units I saw were clean. My entire experience was remarkably smooth and extremely satisfying, big thanks to Marc. When I am ready to commit I will be coming back to see him.

I got my space here in December. I seen the online price for the unit I got and was grateful that I could have an affordable space. Ive had Public Storage before but not so long term. I got an email that May 1 my storage will increase by $40! I just got it in December. They say customer service is important but affordability must not be. Its hard enough to have all your belongings in a unit, but my word financial greed is what they call an Executive Contract smh.

Weve rented at several facilities over the years. Theyre all more or less the same. This one seems very well maintained, and the customer service a real priority. 5 stars for Bethany and Samantha, who have both been fantastic.

This place is good, customer service and everything like that was great, but I give it four stars because they have misleading advertising on their website by claiming that the first months rent is only $1. I have no idea what this really means, because the first months rent for me actually came to about $60. It was probably a BS technicality fee like “First month’s (door handle usage fee) is only a dollar!” So don’t get lured into their site and encourage this misleading advertising. A lot of people (like I was) are looking for a storage unit because of some devastating life circumstances where they lost their place to live and need to store their valuables somewhere but are strapped for cash (otherwise why wouldn’t they just keep their stuff in their own residence) and see a website claiming that their first month of rent is only $1. This would be incredible, because you’ll have a whole month to get back on your feet financially and be able to make regular payments after the first month, but this is not the case. They get you on their website with this bullshit claim and you fill out an entire form reserving your unit, and then at the end when it shows you the amount you owe and you see that it’s literally 60 times what you thought it would be, you think “well, this storage place is just as good as any, might as well take it even though it’s a lot more expensive than what I was hoping, maybe I’m just dumb and misread the advertisement.” No, you’re not dumb, this place is just clickbait.

As a business owner, I can fully appreciate the phenomenal level of service that Zack provides me. He shows a genuine concern for all my needs regarding accessibility and security. He has even extended himself to arrange for additional space that was very convenient to my established storage space. With my busy schedule, the last thing I want is to worry about my storage space, and with Zack watching out for me, I dont worry. Twice now, he has kept me up dated with my account status so that I do not suffer late fees. Zacks sincerity and professionalism is THE example of outstanding customer service.

Professional with excellent follow-through. Sign up and leasing went quickly, and the price was fantastic! (Be sure and check their website for online deals!) A little too much time spent during both my visits trying to sell me moving supplies, which was mildly annoying. Overall, though, a very good experience.

I had a great experience with Public Storage. Zach was the awesome man on the job the day I got my storage unit. He helped me to figure out the appropriate storage size that I need and supplied me with all the needed information regarding how I could pay to maintain my storage, and what steps I needed to take to downsize or up-size my unit. I booked my storage unit online and within minutes Zach had called to touch base with me. He gave me a tour of the property and explained all of the charges that I would expect to have. Public Storage is more affordable than the space I had at Uhaul.
