What great group of people there. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. I found a motorcycle online that they had in stock that I wanted to buy. Katie was great to deal with. I wanted some more pictures of the bike which she had taken and sent to me very quickly. When I decided to buy the bike Katie had gotten all of the paperwork done for me so all I had to do was show up, look at the bike, sign the paperwork, and was done. Going home happy!! I am very very satisfied with my motorcycle and looking forward to doing business with them again in the future. The techs at FMS did the 600 mile throttle body synchronization for my MT 09. They finished the work quickly (though the procedure is very complex) and the bike runs very smoothly. Nice job!

Make sure to wash your ATV before you bring it here; they charge an hour of labor ($110) to wash an ATV if it’s “too dirty.”Outside of that, they’ve proven themselves reliable and effective with their maintenance and repairs. I’ve been pleased with the quality of their services. They’re just quite expensive.
Had to get a State inspection. They efficiently had a system to keep people in order since it was first come first served. I was in and out quickly. Others present had only good things to say about the service department. Two people I spoke with had passed up other facilities much closer to them to have service done here. It’s been a great experience with sales department. Finance department and service department.

I have dropped my bikes off at FMS several times and never had any issues. Although the bikes aren’t Honda’s (Kawasaki) FMS were always able to service my bikes needs. If their workload is heavy they still find a way to get your bike back to you in a very reasonable time frame. On top of that their customer service and professionalism is stellar. Through my experiences with this company I’ll recommend them to all.

Everything was great. I knew what I wanted before I drove there. I called to make sure it was there. I picked up a CRF50 and a CRF125 big wheel. Sales lady Katie was good and PAULA in finance was the best. I loved working with her. Only downfall from this being 5 stars was the wait. From start to finish I was there roughly 3 hours, but they were busy but at the same time were really short staffed.
John Cobb was one of the best sales associates I’ve ever dealt with in my life. He made the process super simplistic answered all questions thoroughly and cared greatly about customer service. I highly would recommend to anyone. I will definitely be doing more business at this location
This is the second visit to this shop. First time was a recall repair, in and out pretty quickly. This time in the shop for 7 weeks, no fault of theirs it just took that long for the parts to arrive. ( F... joe biden ). Friendly staff, my bike seems to be running just like it should. Will go there again for service and repairs.
I got an email asking for a review even though they totally blew me off, so Im writing a review.I contacted the service department about scheduling a service appointment for a 50cc scooter. They responded:You are welcome to drop off your scooter anytime. We are pretty backed up with work, so your scooter would likely be here for more than 2 months for repairs.I took it somewhere else that did the work in a couple of days rather than telling me I would miss the rest of the warm weather waiting for them to get around to me.Three stars because at least they told me up front that they wouldnt do the work in a reasonable amount of time.
Bought 2 Kayo 200s and the sales rep Bobby was amazing. The process went really smooth. Excellent customer service everyone there is very pleasant and respectful. The service department is AMAZING and extremely helpful. Especially for beginners! The new service supervisor is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and respectful. I was there for a state inspection and oil change service. Everyone was pleasant and congenial. They did everything possible to make sure my needs were taken care of. It was a pleasant experience.
The parts desk is amazing. Went in to find out about scala or sena headsets. Parts guy was incredibly knowledgeable and even up sold me a second unit and a new helmet. Then went above and beyond by installing the sena into the new helmet and programming the entire system including bluetooth to cellphone. You guys rock.Did 2300 miles since last week. Bobby was extremely understanding and searched through future inventory and made sure I got what I wanted. He took time to show me the unit and never got impatient. I recently saw a motorcycle listed on CycleTrader that I was very interested in. The bike was listed at FMS, which is about 60 miles away from where I live. I called them up and spoke with Bobby Scott and he was so laid back and professional. That’s the way a sales representative should be in my opinion. Low pressure= low stress. They let me take the bike for a test ride which pretty much sealed the deal. I spent the better part of the day getting gear, working through the financing, and getting my insurance straightened out. They filled the tank and gave the bike a brand new safety inspection sticker. Overall, a great experience with a great staff! It will be well worth the ride for future gear and future maintenance on my bike.

Mr. Bobby Scott was very informative and helpful. He even started the used FZ-07 so I could evaluate its sound. Also, had me sit on a R3 which was too cramped for my old legs. This is the guy you should talk to about motorcycles.
Overall my experience with your dealership was fine. John Cobb was a very personal sales rep and knew what he was talking rather than telling me what I wanted to hear. However, I was very upset that buying a 10,600$ bike in cash I still wasn’t able to receive and assistance on price or help whatsoever. I asked on 3 occasions about any type of financial help I could have received knowing I was buying outright and taking the bike home that day. The bike came to 10,612$ out the door and you really made me pay the last 12 dollars and smiled in my face while giving me 8$ back in change. I wanted to rip it in half. Not only was I not given any type of help but I was IGNORED. Not even acknowledged when I asked. Next time someone is spending over 10k in cash I recommend you at least give them the satisfaction of a sob story to at least lie about not type of price adjustment.
I purchased a Can-Am Ryker here, but would never do it again. I rarely write reviews, but I felt compelled to warn others about a particular salesman named John, who seems to be the main salesman for Rykers and Spyders. The interesting thing about John, is that, he will greet you when you walk in.....IF they happen to have some inventory. If not, John doesnt care to speak to you at all, because he cant make any money off of you. John is the stereotypical salesman, he hears you, but hes too busy throwing the sales pitch to really hear you. If you want to buy a Can-Am, avoid John and go right near the back and ask for J.D. Bottom line..... There are some good people that work at FMS, but they desperately need local competition. They have gotten too big for their britches, as they say. I could go into a lot more, but just be armed with knowledge when you walk in. Feel the room and get the vibe. You will see, its an odd place that could care less about your money, they are too big to fail. J.D seems to be the only glimmer of hope, he will actually help you and answer questions, even if they dont have anything to sell.

My experience having service done on my Honda side X side was extremely unpleasant. I purchased the UTV there and thought this would be the natural place to have them service my vehicle. Big mistake.I dropped the vehicle off in mid February and was told that the technician would look at it in two days and order parts.I called back after 3 weeks and was told still waiting on parts. Called back again later and had them check on my parts and they found out that the company they ordered from does not carry those parts. I guess the machine would have set there for years waiting on parts that aren’t coming if I hadn’t bugged them by phone to check on my vehicle.I had to repeatedly call and ask the status of the repairs. Was told once that they ordered the wrong parts. Another time was told the technician hadn’t looked at it yet. Another time was told that they would check and call me back and never received a return call.The technician finally looked at my machine again and I was told that the cost of the repairs doubled from my first quote.After two months the machine was finally serviced. When I went to pick it up I found that the gas tank was empty as sometime over the last two month someone siphoned my tank.I highly recommend finding another service department to perform work on your vehicles.

Yall have been awesome. I build bikes, and most of them are older and vintage. Sometimes, finding the right parts is not easy, but the people at the parts desk are always helpful. For the vintage bikes, some of the parts are discontinued by the OEM, but even in those cases, the parts desk has had helpful suggestions for alternative vendors. You guys rock! Thanks again.

As a very new rider the shop has been very welcoming to me.A few weeks ago I went in for a helmet. Although they were busy, one of the parts guys saw me browsing and came over to help. He talked through fit and some of the basic features and helped me choose the helmet that would work best for me.After I got my license I found a bike that I wanted there. The sales staff were the right mix of attentive but not pushy. When they had an understanding of what I was looking for they helped me get it without trying to upsell me into something that would not have been a good fit. I had a lot of newcomer questions which they were more than willing to answer.I am totally happy with my experiences at this dealership.

Fredericksburg Motor Sports has been in business for 23 years and served the community well. The offer test rides if the bike has been PDId which is becoming more rare these days.They sit down with you and talk you through your questions and concerns. They have a great finance team should you need to finance a bike. Be sure to ask for Harold Gandy in sales as he is a professional and will take care of you.I ride both full size bikes and scooters as well. Not many dealers in the US will even carry scooters but FMS has a great selection on hand. Give them a try and you wont be disappointed.

This place is awesome. The staff and sales did everything they could to ensure I was getting the bike I wanted at the best rate I could be approved for. I was uncertain due to my credit but Im happy to say they worked with me and helped out in every aspect of the process. They had a very honest, friendly, family oriented approach which made me feel at ease when buying new for the first time. Its nice to see staff still have compassion even when theyre extremely slammed with customers. Taking the time to be thorough with me really meant a lot. I got a flat on my bike (a nail in a tire) out on a country road in the middle of nowhere. I wasnt sure who could give me a motorcycle tow, but Id bought the bike at Fredericksburg Motor Sports, so I gave them a call to see if they could point me in the right direction. They said they dont really have a towing service, but that they could send a trailer to help me out. They were there in about an hour (which was great, considering the distance away!), took my bike to their shop, and fixed everything up at a fair price. I really appreciated the exceptional customer service.
Watch out for their bait and switch. They “don’t run their own website, so they aren’t responsible for any advertised price.” Keep in mind, they don’t honor the discounts they show on their own website nor Cycle Trader’s website. I’d steer very clear of these folks. I bought a Honda at Timbrook Honda. They honored their price.

I recently bought a new 2020 Can am X3 XDS Turbo RR from Fredericksburg motor sports and while doing the break-in on the unit the oil pressure failed and the motor began to tap and the safety told me to shut down. I trailered the unit home and took it to the dealership the following day as soon as they opened. I spoke with Scott In service and explained what happened. He seemed genuinely concerned with the situation and immediately started taking my information and explained to me the procedure of how we were going to handle it. I admit I got a little nasty at first but he did an excellent job at keeping his composure and calming me down. We unloaded the unit for their mechanics to investigate the issue. I received a call early the next day and was explained to what the issue was and how they were going to rectify it. I am very pleased with the outcome and the way that Scott and the other employees handled the situation. They were very professional and I really felt like their concern for my situation was sincere. I will definitely be dealing with them again in the future due to the overall care they took of me. I am very satisfied and highly recommend their services!
