This dealership was amazing. Every year it gets harder and harder to find business that value classic customer service. At this dealership it is very clear they value relationship not sales. From the moment you are greeted you will start an experience that sets a standard in American business. Everyone at the dealership gives you their full attention not just your representative. Everyone helps to deliver an experience. The level of respect they treat you with is genuine. They treat you like family and you can sense there really is not a hidden agenda. If you buy you buy if not you still leave feeling valued.I got my F150 during some challenging times for Ford. This particular dealership took the time to communicate. If they didn’t know something they were honest but you could tell they spent time and energy trying to find out. I ended up waiting 3 months to get my Ford during the chip shortage and I must have received 3 calls with updates and a few text along the way.Once the f150 was delivered, I was in and out of the dealership in no time. Very fast processing. They also didn’t push hard on extras just let me know about some but you could tell it was not their goal.If their goal was a life long customer they likely earned another. As for the 2021 F150, spectacular. Drive one, you won’t believe it. Luxury meets practicality.I wish Purvis the best. I hope they set the standard in the industry because this was a refreshing experience. Cheers!
Purvis has once again taken care of my needs. Very Professional Ford people. Service is excellent. In and out quick so we are not wasting a day. I started coming to Purvis in 2004 and will always come back for another vehicle.Thank youGD Ward
The entire parts and service folks at Purvis Ford were very pleasant and accommodating to my need for new key and FOB for my 2013 Ford F-150. Ty, head service manager I believe, went over and above his duties as he was able to squeeze me in for this service the following morning promptly at 8am. Due to COVID, the soonest service appts were being scheduled was 08 Nov. He looked at the schedule for the following day and told that if I was there the following day at 8am he would make sure my new key was programmed. Man of his word. I will be back to this Ford dealer for all my maintenance needs in the future.Vr,David Anguiano
My wife and I were very impressed with the Purvis Ford dealership. The sales consultants with whom we worked listened to us and helped us to find the right vehicle, despite the real shortage of stock that all dealerships are experiencing. Well done, Andrews and Ross! Loving the Ranger!
Had an appt for a number of repairs, but it was difficult for days to even get an update on the status of my vehicle. Final bill was very reasonable, but before I got home from the shop, the tire low pressure light came on. Have to inflate all 4 tires. Should not have happened.
From the time you check in they make you feel very welcome. Kind courteous staff always willing to help. Service is done quickly usually complete before they estimate and truck is always doing great! This last visit they really went above and beyond when I scheduled my appointment online and mistakenly came in one week early! They still fit me in and were done right on time. Will always have my truck serviced here!
They scheduled me an appointment for a recall at 9am for my Lincoln. At 12:30 I called to see if it was ready. Daniel Mullins told me no, it wasnt. He then advised me that the appointments are an interpretation of an appointment but they ONLY fit recalls in their regular schedule. I then asked why they scheduled an appointment for me. He stated it didnt matter. He was EXTREMELY rude. My Lincoln was completed by 3:30pm for a 30 minute recall. When I was about to get in my car, I saw blue ink looking dots on the drivers door. I went back into the service department and it seemed as if I was bothering the woman that checked me out and then Tony tried to get it off with a solution but it didnt come off. He had to take it to detailing department where they were able to remove the stain. I asked what it was that happened to my car and he said I dont know but it is fine now.
As usual outstanding service. I called the service department and I got my appointment setup because I noticed some issue with my car but the issue got escalated quickly so I went one day early before my appointment and I was not expected to get in, but my service advisor went above and beyond and got me in and took care of the issue what I have.Im very thankful and appreciative for the service department and the technician who works on my car and big thank you for every team members at the service department from the associate who met me at the door when I pulled in with my car, my service advisor and the cashier at the end when I checked out for their outstanding service.
Transmission problems on a Ford’s albatross model, the Focus. I am definitely not the first, nor the last to have to deal with this lemon model. Transmission suddenly gives out and leaves me stranded. The car gets towed to Purvis, where they will run a diagnostic. Great, these things break so frequently they should have seen everything by now. The diagnostic, price unspoken, comes back as transmission problems. $240 to determine the car has a transmission problem, just like the yellow light on the dash says. Purvis is clearly poaching talent from the Ivy League schools to determine such an in depth analysis. MIT must be jealous.Unfortunately in order to determine the full extent of the problem they will need to bring in their Rhodes Scholar, I guess. It is going to cost $2,000 to do a tear down of the transmission to determine what is wrong with it. Not fix the problem, mind you, take the transmission apart to figure out what is wrong with what has to be the most problematic and documented transmission in the history of Ford, and THEN charge me to fix it. Unfortunately I’m not bleeding money so I had to have it towed to a mechanic that knows how car parts work.Tow charge to get it there, $240 “diagnostic”, tow charge to take it away, more than $400 wasted at Purvis.Having the audacity to tell clients they have no idea what they are doing, and then ask for insane amounts of money to analyze basic mechanical concepts is absolutely breathtaking, so kudos to them for being superior in this one category. Slow clap for Purvis, you earned that 1 star.PS: I did speak with the general manager prior to picking the car up. He explained to me why it takes them time to determine nothing, and that it is perfectly fine to charge customers for that. So when the negative review bot shows up, we already spoke.
I made an appointment for a safety recall and oil change. Called ahead to verify the part was available. Brought the vehicle in at 7:30am which was the time they indicated was available. At 4:30pm I was called by the service writer saying the vehicle was ready. My office called and indicated they were called as well about the vehicle was ready for pick up. I got a ride to the dealer which is 15 miles from my home. 5 minutes from my arrival at the dealer I was called by the same service writer saying the vehicle was ready because the safety recall wasn’t done. I was informed I had to pick up the vehicle the next day. They offered no plausible explanation why it took them all day to change my oil and not fix the real issue I was concerned over. The next morning at 9:30am they called and advised me the vehicle was ready. So a two hour job to fix the safety recall. I had to take off again for day two. Again no explanation of why they didn’t do the work on the first day other than we had other cars we had to deal with. Now I’m out two days of work for their incompetence. You decide if they deserve your business. I have purchased two vehicles there and have had all my service work done there in the past. I re-evaluating this relationship. I normal would have kept my mouth shut but, they asked me to give them feedback.Marc from Stafford
The service department will rake you over the coals and make attempts to take you for all you got with bogus diagnostic fees and up charge on labor. The service technicians are incredibly inept and will misdiagnose your vehicles problem and assume the worse forcing you to pay for services you may not have needed.Edit from 1 to 2 stars:After some time I was able to get ahold of the service manager Tony, after some back and forth we were able to come to an agreement on the issue. I was able to walk out with my vehicle working as it should with the necessary work completed at a reasonable price.Final thoughts:Use this service department at your own risk as it is a toss up as to whether or not they will purposefully complicate a simple issue to get you to pay more for services that may not be necessary. In my opinion you should save yourself the headache and find a trustworthy mechanic that will not attempt to take advantage of you.
Worst customer service experience ever. Took my car in for work and it was there for a week. Each day I called numerous times to attempt to get status on my car. Put on hold every time for no less than 15 minutes and left many messages for service advisor. Service advisor NEVER returned calls. Only spoke with him on the rare occasion it was his turn to answer the phone. On top of that the bill was HUGE. Only in desperation would I ever bring my car back and I will NEVER buy a new or used car there based on this terrible experience and Ill let me friends know not to also. Kind of a shame because Im in the market for a new car and I love Fords. Only gave a star because the review wont work without a star choice, otherwise Id give negative stars.
We love our Expedition Max! We needed a vehicle that would fit our family of 6 and allow us the opportunity to travel with ease and comfort. After searching in our area we were having no luck finding exactly what our family needed. Mary Mullins was our initial contact and she provided the very best customer service and experience to us...and all over text! A very important convenience when having 4 kids at home. George McIntosh met us at the door and had all the necessary paperwork ready for us. He was friendly and completely accommodating to what we needed. Finance Director, Kathy Smith found us the best possible rate, exceeding the rate we had secured with our own bank! I would do business again and again if it meant I could have this very same experience! Thank you Purvis Ford!
This was my first time ordering a car and I was a little nervous. The salesman, Paul Fleming, always kept me informed, answered all of my questions in a timely manner and was awesome. When my car arrived I was notified immediately. It was sent for detailing and was almost ready by the time I got there. Paul, the sales managers and the financing department were all great and made me feel like a VIP. It was, by far, the best car buying experience I have had. I will be back when I am ready for my next car.
I just purchased a Ford F-150 from Purvis Ford. This is the fourth time Ive purchased a vehicle from Purvis and once again, the service and support throughout the sales and ownership process was excellent. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. Everyone goes the extra mile to ensure that your experience is satisfying and you get the right vehicle at the right price. I recommend them highly to anyone looking for Ford cars or trucks, or any one of the excellent used car choices youll find on their lot.
Everything went as smooth as it good. Troy was helpful, and kept me informed on the job. Thanks for a great job.
Service could be better for those with Recall issues. Had to go to Koons Woodbridge Ford in the opposite direction and service was a breeze.
Purvis really came through for me. My battery died and Purvis replaced it on the same day. I really appreciate the great service and will definitely return in the future.
Very good service, the only concern I have and Im not blaming Purvis Ford, but 2 days after service one of my windshield wipers broke off while driving. It mustve looked okay during the multi-point inspection so Id ask the tech to maybe take a closer look at items like this next time, but no harm done. Great experience with timely info about repair items and fairly quick turnaround getting them complete.
Went to Purvis Ford just to look at the new F-150. After looking around I noticed that their prices were far better than any other I seen and the salesman wasnt pushy at all. Negotiating the deal was really easy since they didnt start with a low ball offer on my trade. Got everything I wanted in my new F-150 at a price I am really happy with. If you want to get a good deal without all the normal hassle, do yourself a favor and start at Purvis Ford.
Made appointment to drop MKZ off for new tires, resolve recall on driver side airbag and get the works oil change and car check.Troy handled the appointment and insured that the tires were on hand. I have found that having the dealer handle the tires and because there are pressure sensors built in results in less issues and also, not being nickeled and dime to death like you feel when you go to a tire place. Also, they can do an alignment check while other place do not have that capability. Have found that the cost for tires are about the same as going to a tire dealer.Have been very happy with the personnel at Purvis Ford and the service they have provided.
I made an online appointment to have my first oil change and tire rotation performed on a brand new vehicle that we purchased in October 2020.The folks are friendly and I waited for my vehicle roughly about an hour and a half: All told I was happy with that. What I’m disappointed with is this. I keep my car cleaned, hand waxed and garaged. When my car was returned to me I noticed that there are small deposits all over the hood and rear lift gate. Possibly from a dirty car wash. I’m not happy about that.
Purvis Ford is the best dealership that I have ever purchased a vehicle from. My husband and I have bought six vehicles from them since 1993.The staff is so friendly and helpful. They are upfront and honest. We have never had any issues with any of the vehicles they have sold us.We highly recommend Purvis Ford to anyone looking for a new vehicle.
Excellent experience. Thank you to all who helped us with our purchase. Bruce, Kathy and even the owner of this store. You will be hard to find a better dealership to buy from. A+++
Purvis Ford in my opinion has absolutely stellar customer service. My mom and I have both bought our vehicles from the Fredericksburg location. Delphin is the man to see! Not only did he work with me in finding exactly what I wanted, he gives a little more time to figure out just the vehicle that gives you that warm fuzzy feeling. At Purvis Ford you can expect to be treated like royalty.
I love using my friends at Purvis Ford Inc., they are nice and get what I ask for done correct and right the first time. I like their pricing as well
Good experience. I took in my 1997 F 250 for a fair amount of preventative maintenance work on the drive train. Got my truck back on time and with the dollar amount cost as estimated by the service rep- Troy. One reason my truck has lasted so long is I take back to the company that built it for maintenance.
Got my recall done surprisingly quickly. Hopefully I wont be back anytime soon.
Did a trade in over the weekend. Delvin and kathy were fantastic. When the bronco is available will deffinetly be returning to them to trade my other vehicle as well. Initaited through the website and through various text and email through out the day everything was ready by time I arrived. Did not wait longer than an hour or so in and out. Very happy with the service. Probably the first positive, easy, snd straight forward trip to a dealership i have ever had.
Their service department does exactly what you ask them to do...nothing more nothing less. On the bright side there was no effort to upsell any additional service.
Excellent, impressed with Tony! Service was great. Due to this good service, will continue to take auto there for any kind of service.
While I have previously had good service at Purvis Ford, this time I was let down. I made an appointment several days in advance and they scheduled it for 9:30.The car had a pulsating feel when the brakes were applied. The car was dropped off the night before. By noon, I had not heard from the dealership so I called. I was told my service advisor was at lunch but should be back within 20 minutes. I left a message for him to call me. Almost 1hour later, I still had not heard from him so I called again and left a voice message on his line. He returned the call shortly after and said the technician was testing the car to confirm the problem. So the technician was just getting to my car, over 3 hours after the scheduled time. Due to this, the car was not able to be completed in one day and I had to make other travel arrangements.
My husband and I have been customers of Purvis Ford for over 40 yrs. Have never had anyone else service our vehicles. Made an appointment for an oil change and inspection 9 days in advance. They said to bring it in at 10:30. When I dropped it off I was told it would be ready between 1 and 2 pm. Spent the day running errands (since I don’t live close) and called at 1:30 to see if it was ready. Was told Andrew (my service writer) would call me right back with status. When I didn’t get a call back we drove to the dealer thinking it must be close to ready (this was after 2pm). They still couldn’t tell me the status so they went back in the service garage to check. Came back and paged someone because they couldn’t find who they were looking for. Come to find out my car had not even been assigned to a mechanic yet! Had an issue the time before this and decided “everyone has a bad day” so I returned for another service. Unfortunately after all these years my husband and I will both be looking for someone that really wants our business and gives us better service, maybe even with a smile!
Easy to schedule service appointment. Professional and customer oriented drop-off and pickup of truck. Thanks.
An awesome team great customer service make you feel like family!
Thank you Daniel Lee Mullins for taking care of me and my 04 F-350.! I’ve been having trouble with my brakes for over a year and I finally had a little time and money to look at it myself..I replaced the ABS module and the master cylinder and the brake booster.. needless to say I had the same problem.. So I’ll leave it to the professionals at Purvis Ford meaning Daniel Mullins to figure out my problem.. after a couple days and a few phone calls he called me and told me my baby was ready and they figured out what it was. Thank you again Daniel.. if I have any more problems I’ll come there first..5 stars
Service department really let me down, after bringing in my Ford Taurus I went over the Service items that I needed even brought in my own oil and oil filter for a oil change and placed everything in the backseat of the vehicle clearly visible. When I picked up my vehicle and was assured everything was taken care of after exiting the dealership I look in my rearview mirror and there is my oil and oil filter still sitting in the backseat. What the heck? The service technician didn’t even fully read the work order and didn’t bother to look in the backseat for the provided oil and oil filter and I was still charged the full price of the oil change. This is concerning what else has the dealership said was done to my vehicle and actually wasn’t....now I have to check up behind them like little children if the old change price is not refunded like they said they would do I am not sure I will return to this dealership
We are always happy with our service with Purvis. The customer service is right on key with taking very good care of our vehicles, with proper attitude to put smiles on our faces. Thanks for the Great service!
Booked the appointment online with ease. Left the car for services the night before I had appointment. Was notified that the car was being serviced and would call back when it was finished. Service manager and service technician advised me of what additional services needed to be performed. They also informed me that I could still picked my car up and have the work done at a later time. Purvis Ford dealership on John Davis Hwy Rte 1 South Covid-19 protocol was very well in place. Everyone was wearing mask and socially distancing. I was very impressed with my interaction and that my car was serviced and returned in a timely manner.
Quick, frendly, complete, what else can I say!Just moved into the area and will be bringing our cars there from now on!
Greg at service, Andrew the service writer and the magnificent technician Tadd did a wonderful job at tending to our 2014 f150 when it broke down and my wife and I were our of town. Greg went out of his way to provide a loaner and fast turn around on a Friday drop-off and Monday return of our truck back in perfect condition. Thank you Puvis Ford Fredericksburg Va.. 💙❤
Easy, problem-free transaction. Purvis staff are highly professional, helpful, and friendly.
The service was outstanding. I was in for a state inspection for our 2018 Ford Explorer and a recall for a loose/warped roof rail assembly. I was told it might take up to one and a half hours, however, I was out in less than an hour. Everyone was courteous and extremely polite. I will continue to bring our vehicle in to Purvis for all future service needs.
This was an appointment for yet another recall on my Ford F 150. There is nothing easy or convenient about these service appointments. First, you have to find a time when the dealer can work on it with parts on hand. Then drop off, go without and then pick up. In this case, I was told they needed it for 3 hours; after 6 hours I called to check. It was at this time they decided to tell me that they ran into a complication, needed to get approval from Ford to address, and order a part that would be in first thing in the morning so they would need truck another day.Called early afternoon the next day, the part was late getting to them and they were just about to get started. By the time they were finished, had no interest in fighting local traffic to pick up so got it the next day. Dropped on on Tues, got back on Friday. Nothing to be happy about here! R Dodd
This place is excellent very clean and great service from the front door and until you leave
I was greeted at my truck and discussed what I needed with the Service advisor. Later the Service Advisor called to let me know what My Truck needed. The service advisor was courteous and informative. I picked my truck up that afternoon and pleased with the work completed. I will be back to complete the rest of the work as the time allows.
Wonderful experience!!! Ross took excellent care for us . I thought I would just be back ordered and had no idea I would be driving away that day. Financing through Ford Moyer Credit was quick and very reasonable. Most appreciative of your teams good work. Gregory
This was my first time purchasing a car. I have had horrible experiences prior to this one which was why I never purchased anything. I will not buy from someone I don’t like/trust. I have nothing but positive things to say about Purvis. Delfin treated me like family. I could tell he actually was putting my best interest first and was very open and honest throughout the experience. He didn’t try to pressure me or go into a back and forth about price. He shot me straight and was kind. Mrs. Smith in finance also shot me straight and didn’t try to pressure me into anything. I worked with two just good, honest people and it was a great experience. I will return in the future!
Ross Decatur is not only a great Person but he is a Asset to Purvis Ford and the Ford Brand i only drive a Ford Vehicle because of the Knowledge I received from Ross Decatur at Purvis Ford
Had the truck in for its annual inspection and an oil change. I was very satisfied with the work. Also happy with the service I received by the service rep. Only issue I had, was I was there for almost a half hour before check in was completed. No other service rep came out to help me. Usually, I pull in and a rep comes out to check me in. That didn’t happen this time.Have both a 2002 Ford Ranger and a 2009 Lincoln MKZ. Haven’t had a major problem with either vehicle. Just normal wear. Been very happy with both.
We bought a 2020 Ford Escape at the beginning of October 2020. Needless to say due to the pandemic we have only driven it locally until January when we took it to Atlanta. After being on the road for a few hours we noticed a burning oil smell inside the cabin. Hence the reason for service. Andrew helped us promptly and professionally and we were very pleased with the service. 5 stars for the service department. What I’m not happy with is the reason for the burning oil. Someone did not seat the dipstick correctly, whether from the factory or at the new vehicle inspection. So oil was spitting out in the engine compartment and subsequently burning. Not what you want or expect from a brand new vehicle.
I’ve been purchasing cars and trucks from Purvis for decades now. They’ve handled all my service during that time and they’re always first rate. I can’t wait for the new Bronco to arrive - we’re planning on bringing one home as well. Keep up the good work.
I was greeted nicely and then I waited while my car was serviced. Everything was done professionally and courteously.
Very good, timely service. Its nice, and convenient, to drop off my car for state inspection, and pick it up the next day - no waiting in line!
Purvis Ford has been there a long long time. This was the first time I went to have work done. Most of the time I go to Eddies in North Stafford. I thought I would try them. I had an oil change and tire rotation. Price was great and I even got a car wash. Less than $58. They put in synthetic oil. Again great buy. The only concern I had was that I told them .not to do anything else. Dealers have a habit of giving you a list of things you MAY need for your car. They seemed a bit put back when I told them this. I informed them twice I did not want them to do anything else but what I asked for. They did not. Otherwise great buy for an oil change, tire rotation, and car wash.
After moving into the area Purvis Ford has taken over the maintenance without a glitch. Each and every time I get my car back with services rendered exactly as I asked without breaking the bank. I will keep relying on the experts there to keep me straight and keep my car in tip top shape.
The sales staff did an excellent job. Our sales representative, Andreas was very helpful and courteous. He showed us all of our available options and helped us to pick out the right truck for our budget. We were able to get all of our questions answered and the staff really worked together in answering those questions. Ill definitely be looking to Purvis in the future when we need another vehicle.
Our salesman, Samuels, the sales manager John, and the lady in finance really went to the limit to get us a good deal. The car is really for my wife and she is quite pleased with the EcoSport handling and features. Although we were there quite a while for the transactions to occur, overall I would recommend Purvis as a good dealership to satisfy your automotive needs.
I was very pleased with my service here. Troy kept me informed on what was going on with my truck. The phones went down and he was texting me from his personal cell. Great experience.
Friendly knowledgeable staff. Never have any issues when taking my truck for service. Wish they had a car wash.
Good service.Clean facilities.Attentive staff.
Car was done in the timeframe discussed. Drop off was so much faster than other dealerships. But I did have to ding them on the amount of time I spent on hold trying to find out if it was ready. Literally drove there while on hold. Was still on hold when I pulled up. Also check out took was nowhere near as efficient as check in.
If I could give 0 stars I would. The service department at Purvis has got to be the worst I’ve ever experienced. I am a service advisor myself at a dealership and have never had the problems these guys seem to have with getting work done. I try not to post negative reviews, but after today I feel it’s necessary. The only reason I’m ok leaving 1 star is because each time I’ve been in here with issues, Greg at least tries to help me out and actually seems like he cares. First, I had to schedule an appointment for an entire week out from my phone call for simple things to be done on my basically new car. I dropped my car off for an appointment for simple maintenance and an issue with my window buttons peeling trim. I stood in the service lane waiting to be greeted for over 5 minutes. Then I specifically asked to have my vehicle ready by 2. I had to call for an update a little after 1 and was told that it had been started and would be ready by 2. I show up a few minutes after 2 and it’s not ready...better yet had just then been pulled in and not started on after being dropped off almost 6 hours earlier. I had to take my car without being serviced to get to my appointments for the day. I have had nothing but issues with this service department, this is not the first time. How ridiculous is it that you have to dread taking your vehicle to the only Ford dealership in the area to be treated like you and your vehicle don’t matter. Not even worth it to come here to use FordPass points.
Great service and employees fast service from service dept. Been customer there for 10 yrs
Daniel from the service center was extremely helpful and knowledgeable over the phone.
Purvis Ford service is on time, on schedule, able, and courteous. I had to reschedule my appointment three times and every time Purvis Ford was able to adapt to help me.
Again, I took my car for service and inspection. I arrived for my appointment and was greeted warmly upon my arrival. The oil change and inspection went well and I was on my way quickly. Purvis is providing quality service whenever I need to take my car in. Their customer relations is top notch. Thank you.
Took my Explorer to Purvis Ford for scheduled recall work and an oil change. I was later notified by the service area that additional work was advised to ensure that my vehicle was safe and ran efficiently. One of the service managers (Tony) kept me informed and let me know when my vehicle would be ready. When they brought my vehicle to me, Tony was there to explain exactly what was done and thanked me for my business. Everything done in less than a day, and I was on my way!
Ive been going to Purvis Ford for over 25 years. Ive bought my cars, trucks and SUVs there. Have had my services done there. Overall, the most recent service experience was good. I made the service appointment on line, the vehicle was ready when promised and no hidden surprises. Which I like.
Im not one to sit around the dealership for a day or two just to buy a car. Purvis had a great selection of cars on the lot, a knowledgeable sales rep, and a very clean, inviting, and accommodating sales floor. After I picked out the Lincoln Aviator that was just right for my family, it wasnt but 1.5 hours until we were driving away. They negotiated with the bank to get me a rate that beat all the rates I thought were great and gave me absolutely the top value for my trade-in. I have purchased a car from them before and I will do so in the future - buy with confidence.
Ross was the best help there. Made the transaction quick and smooth. Best service ever, thanks to you Ross!! Will definitely recommend you always
Quick precise work in the service department. Very professional and courteous.
I am very unsatisfied with the level of service provided from Purvis Ford and Lincoln. It took 60 days to get my vehicle fixed with little to no communication for the first 44 days. I can only assume that if you are provided a loaner vehicle then the staff believes you are ok. Once I starting calling them and complaining about the lack of communication and status of my vehicle, only then did I get regular updates on the status of repairs. I also contacted Lincoln Concierge Service to see if they could do anything to help get my vehicle fixed and they explained that they would monitor the situation. On two separate occasions I was notified that my vehicle ready for pickup and both time the repairs were not complete or checked out by the technicians. I was able to identify the partially repaired issues and had to get Purvis to complete the work. I will say this was the worst customer service experiences I have ever had after buying a new vehicle from a dealer. I have lost confidence in Purvis and Lincoln.
I was given a written price for diagnosis by Greg, in the amount of approx $185. Greg gave me an appointment. I had to wait 1 week. I took my car in for the diagnosis but Greg was not in. Tony, the service rep came out to my car and asked me questions about my car. He then told me it would cost me $520 to have my car diagnosed??? I showed Tony Gregs business card where Greg had written$185 quote for diagnosis. Tony said the quote was wrong. I asked to speak to the manager. Tony came back and told me that the manager was busy, and that he would drop the $520 diagnosis down to $320. My problem with my car was my windows would not operate from the main control on the drivers control. Also, my car kept blowing a 10 amp fuse. Tony told me it would cost me $320 just to find the problem, and then I would have to pay extra to have the problem fixed. I became dismayed and asked why the price for the diagnosis went up to $520 from $185? Tony said it takes time to find the problem, but he could not explain why Greg quoted me $185??? I left
One of my better experiences buying a car. Not high pressured, answered all my questions, not rushed, and was willing to work with me on price.
Had my F-150 inspected. It was the easiest inspection ever. Even came and picked me up after inspection was completed. Would highly recommend everyone to use Purvis Ford.
As always my service experience was excellentEveryone was very professional and friendly
At this point I am absolutely furious with purvis. Recently sent my car there for work still under manufacture warranty. I feel like they have been totally BSing me about my car. They currently are asking me to provide them with maintenance records from the previous owner before they can lmk if it’s covered. That alone has me confused as to how they can hold me responsible for maintenance on my vehicle prior to ownership. How can they totally deny me for my car to be covered Bc I can’t provide previous owners maintenance log.........NOT ONLY THATSince my vehicle has been there I went by on the weekend to grab something out of my car. It’s parked by the service center on a hill. I go to open my driver door and my car starts rolling toward my buddy’s car infront of it. They left my car in neutral without the e brake on. I then proceeded to try and find someone to speak to about the situation. It was slightly after closing for the service department, I walked to the entrance and there was still employees there. Explained to them what was going on and they were rude af to me about it. Asking me why I was messing with the car in the first place!.? What?! That’s my f**Cking car. They then told me they’d take care of it. It took 20 minutes of my buddy and I stopping my car from rolling, for them to finally walk out to my car to pull the ebrake.walked out with the key pulled the ebrake and walked right passed me to go back inside without saying a word like an a**hole. How can you be that careless. I’m tired of my car sitting in their parking lot.
Good service. Technican willing to explain the solution to my problem.
Very professional, attend to all my needs, kept me advised on the status of my truck, and explained every detail.
The staff was very attentive to my wishes when buying my new truck. They worked well with me on the price and my trade-in. I am very pleased with the service and the price. I highly recommend Purvis Lincoln Ford to anyone looking for a vehicle.
No problem with my truck getting serviced. They have always been great with that, so far.My only complaint is and has always been is with making you feel guilty about staying with your vehicle when you try to make an appointment. They always say we want you to drop it off or will say we will have it done by close. What’s the point of an appointment?First let me say when I do make an appointment and say I’m going to wait, your always done in a reasonable amount of time. So why do you always say we rather me drop it off. COVID excuses are over.My wife has a Toyota and stafford Toyota has never used this excuse. They offer limited appointments spaced out appropriately and they offer free Lyft rides which you don’t. Your shuttle service has a very limited range and Toyota doesn’t. They even send the Lyft to pick you up.So if you really don’t want people to wait offer Lyft or only offer drop off only. I’m sure many would go elsewhere then Again, this is and has been my only negative service experience. But after a year of arguing/stating I’m waiting, it gets old every time I need to make a service appointment.
I had scheduled my vehicle to be serviced for a safety recall. Drop off was easy. The service personnel i dealt with were friendly and courteous.
The salesman was very knowledgeable and friendly. The finance manager Kathy was very nice and seemed like I had known her for a long time. They got us in and out as quickly as they could. I would have liked it to have gone a little quicker but I love my car so its all good. The price was good, we got the car fax, nothing was an issue with them and I loved that. Thanks so much to all of you who helped Scott and Carolyn Richards on 6/20/20.
Greatest Service in the World. Excellent staff, management, and the technicians are great and knowledgeable about Fords newest vehicles. I have been driving a Ford all my life and well never change. I am looking forward to all my services on my 2020 Ford Expedition Platinum. The key to a good visit with Ford is to purchase all the warranties. Pay at purchase of your vehicle or you will pay later.
Friendly, professional, efficient. In and out in 45 minutes. Reasonably priced. Comfortable waiting area.
I recently had the pleasure of meeting Barry Johnson who helped me with my 2019 F-150. Professional and thorough. Great place and great work. I recommend Purvis Ford and Barry Johnson and the team at Purvis Ford.
Service department was quite courteous and fast
Ross was a great salesman. Once we all agreed on price and trade-in value I was in and out in 30-45 minutes. Thanks again and I love my new truck.
I took my vehicle in for suspension noise in the front. The initial contact was great and the service advisor was very helpful. Ford quoted me just over $1860 for parts and labor to replace the shocks all around. With the large pricetag I decided to get a second opinion and scheduled an appointment at another shop for the following day. While picking up my vehicle there were two men, one was the valet and the other was another worker gossiping. I handed my key to the valet and stood there for a moment while he and the other ford employee continued to talk. I was a little shaken when the valet looked at me and said you need to take a step back, big guy. Im having a private conversation here. I took a step back inside and waited for another 5-10 minutes while he finished his private conversation and another 5 minutes for him to bring my car. 0/5 stars for the performance and customer service of the valet and the other employee involved in the private conversation. With that being said, luckily I only drove the car home and parked it because the next morning when I went out to my car the front driver side caliper had leaked break fluid all over my driveway. Now Im stuck with towing my vehicle to the shop just because the tech at ford was either in a rush or just didnt know what they were doing. I have not had a single start to finish good experience at purvis ford and I cannot say theres anything they can do to earn my business again. Customer service and workmanship standards must be put in place and enforced.
Great place very friendly and helpful.as an independent driver contractor was shown much respect after delivering a unit to them.
I bought a new 2020 Lincoln Nautilus on Nov. 17, 2020 at Purvis Ford. It was an excellent experience. We love this dealer and our sales Rep. Ross Decatur. Weve been purchasing personal and commercial vehicles from Ross for over 10 years. I would highly recommend Purvis Ford to everyone!
Back in December 2020, I set an appointment due to a recalls for my explorer. A weeks later, the dealership called and rescheduled my appointment. They did not have enough, because they had to get the emergency vehicles done first. I said no problem and they rescheduled my appointment a month later (Jan 22). I got the email & text reminding me of my appointment several times. I got to the dealership to drop my vehicle and now they tell me, that they don’t have the parts.I had to take off a few hours from work. My wife had to take half a day off from her work, so she can pick me up.All I got from my dealership is ops sorry. That’s unacceptable.Service rate poor
This review is regards to the Body Shop side of Purvis. Brought a 2017 Ford Explorer here due to recall notice on the hood of vehicle due to rusting and that was under warranty. Appointment was easy to book and that was not an issue.Round 1: Received a call vehicle was ready for pickup. Upon inspecting the paint job noticed that there were runs in the silver metallic in reaction with the clear coat. Some areas had silver metallic paint splatter which is probably from a dirty spray gun or someone unexperienced. Vehicle stayed to get fixed on the poor paint job.Round 2: Hood was correctly painted, however, now the lower black valance of the front bumper, windshield, side skirt lower black valances ALL HAVE OVERSPRAY on them of silver metallic paint. Called back to deal with the Body Shop Manager and was told that there wasnt anything she could do to help.... Youre a real gem for messing up my car and a great representation of customer service let me tell you..I had to end up having it detailed to get ALL of the silver overspray off my windshield, lower black bumper valance, and side skirt valances.Attempted to contact the GM of the dealership to give the benefit of the doubt before writing this review and got ignored. This is EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE........(joking)
I took my vehicle in for an issue with the battery not having enough power to start my vehicle after only having the vehicle for two years. Matt checked out the battery as well as the entire vehicle until the problem was found and solved. They kept my vehicle for several days to ensure that they were thorough. I appreciate Purvis Ford’s service and reliability.
No issues with Matt and the service team. All went well. No questions. Good job to all.
Great service as always. The estimated time for todays appointment was accurate. Tony takes great care of us.
I but took my F150 in for a 45k maintenance. My greeting was delightful and easy. I thought I was going to be waiting for quite a long time but ended up only being 2 hrs. My Service Manager was professional and we discussed a number of things. I look forward to taking my vehicle in for service. I know my vehicle and I will always be taken care of professionally.
Staff was extremely professional. My service advisor Matt met me as I arrived in the drive up line. He had my service done quickly and to the amount he quoted. I had new shocks and tires put on and my truck drives great. I will be coming back for my service in the future
