Had an excellent experience with Jeanette and Trevor from Glass America. I requested a quote online and they got right back to me. Jeanette was polite and professional and they quoted me much less than the other two companies I called. Trevor called to set up my windshield replacement the next day. He was on time, did beautiful work and even fixed the exterior molding and rear-view mirror at no charge. Highly recommend Glass America. Thanks for great service!

It’s very disappointing when a company doesn’t at least meet your expectations. Called to have several windshields replaced on one day one location, making it easier on both parties. Made sure to give specific vin numbers for each vehicle. Once they arrived the first time one glass was already damaged the other was wrong. No biggie mistakes happen. Came out a second time to fix remaining two vehicles, only one gets fixed because they had the wrong glass. Was told it was a glitch in the system by the office lady Tricia, just confused how an exact vin number can lead to a glitch in system. Now waiting a third time to get remaining glass fixed. Techs were nice as could be and did a good job but disappointing that this process has become what it is. I guess expecting the job done right the first time is expecting to much. Due to my experience I can not recommend this company.

They did a wonderful job. Friendly and better price than 6 other local locations I contacted, not only that they were able to replace my windshield the same day with a hiccup! If I ever need glass again this is where I’ll go.

The technician was quick and efficient.

I had Glass America replace my front seat passenger side window glass in my 1998 Ford Winstar. The technician, Treavor was very courteous and highly conscientious, and did a superb job.

So professional and nice!...... and then the window leaked.I tried calling multiple times for 3 months with no answer. All the phone numbers I would call would just ring and ring. I even called my insurance company and they could not get in touch. Finally, I gave up.Then a rock chipped my windshield. I called insurance and they sent out Glass America. The guy showed up and told me he could not fix the chip since the windshield was installed incorrectly. To his embarrassment when he tried calling the office- no one answered. Long story short they told me that they had to order a new windshield and arranged with me to have it installed at my home (which is 1+ hour from my work) On the day off, I move all my work stuff to my wifes van and vice versa as well as move the two car seats for the kids over. I have to go to work so my wife is left waiting....and waiting....and waiting.... finally we get a call from the tech stating he is on site, but he is at my work address- over a mile from the correct address. So.... we reschedule (time number 2). We arrange...yet again...to have it done at my house. I confirmed the address with the lady and she stated a tech would arrive at 8 am. Perfect. Except 8 am came and went. I called the office and she stated the tech would call back right away- 45 mins later I call back since the tech has not called. At this time they tell me he will be there between 2 and 5pm. I at this point am still over an hour from work that I usually get to at 8 am. So in this scenario I lost 3 hours of work and they apologized with a $50 gift card.Recap- 3 visit, still leaking windshield, still chipped windshield and 3 hours short for work. Now we arrange visit 4. Tech calls and makes a point to tell me the other 3 visits was not his fault but does change the windshield. I am working so he said he would just email invoice. When I get off work I go down to the car and there is a new windshield but also pieces of glass all over my seat and dashboard. Oh and the roof of the car- where is meets the windshield is all scratch up so I have to get a body shop to touch that up so it doesnt leak....but yay (very sarcastic) I got a $50 gift card for my troubles.Needless to say- they may be the cheapest but in my opinion lack customer service. I usually do not write negative reviews but if you are like me- whether you drive a focus or a Ferrari you pay a lot monthly for your car and insurance. Use a different glass company.
