Very nice people and business and they sell exact fit body parts and radiators as well. You CANNOT beat the prices they have to offer even EBAY is more expensive than KSI!

What a joke company 0 customer service it will take 2-3 days to deliver your parts if you are lucky, management sucks, no return on parts, i suggest use empire auto parts or microfit auto part way better same day delivery.I would never buy from them again.

It used to be the best company to order part . I will tell now the should be at the bottom the worst company to order from. When you call for order 9 to 12 minutes until you talk to someone . Then the put you on hold for another 2 to 3 minutes . Order the part last Thursday today is Tuesday . No sign of getting part as of today . Do not know if I called them and be on hold for another 9 to 12 minutes .
This place was great a couple months ago. I loved KSI. It was GREAT! - Ordered ONE SINGLE part from ANNA, told her I would be down to pick it up in about an hour. Well i showed up 3 hrs after to give them plenty of time to pull the item of the self. I get there. They didnt EVEN HAVE THE PART IN STOCK!! Anna didnt do her job right. Its really sad how a couple of lazy individuals bring a company down but everything starts in management. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS - This is a sinking ship. Good luck.
Why would you change a company which was doing very well . Everyone want to order from . Now no one . I have called at least 5 other body shop the say the same thing . 15 minutes on hold to talk to someone to order part . Do you think any body shop has 15 minutes to wait for one part. It you need another part then add another 15 minutes . You guys must be crazy . Impact pro parts .
Youll be lucky to get hold of somebody at phone. Extremely long hold time. And about 8 out of 10 times theyll get the order wrong & simply wont be able to help you. The staff is lazy & not knowledgeable. that wasnt the case a few months ago.
Worst job ever..worst training..No lunch or breaks taken...do to..having do many deliveries. Dont apply unless you have experience in delivery of Hoods an bumpers. And after market parts.

Ive been ordering parts from them for more than a year now and Im so not pleased with their service theyve provided. The manager is so disrespectful when it comes to exchange parts for a better one, they kept sending damaged parts. If you dont want parts that you have to Repair, Dont order from them. Their parts are not good.
