The best way to go about your car 🚗

This is one of those chain auto stores that the staff makes the store fantastic. Stopped in for an alternator since pep boys wanted to charge $650, they ordered one for pickup, and helped me get the belt back on the next day (I was stuck in the lot overnight). They were super nice and overall a great experience compared to most auto shops. Go here if you need stuff nearby.

This location in Westwood shopping center in Fredericksburg VA has the most friendly and helpful staff. Every visit has been superb.

My car battery was dying out and I stopped by to get a new one. Chris assisted me and even changed it for me. He was excellent!

I’m not really too familiar with working on cars, guy named Spencer provided very good customer service to ensure that I had everything that I needed, and was also very helpful guiding me throughout the installation process. I’ll be coming here for now on. Thanks again!

I didnt get the name of the man who helped me today, but he was awesome. Relatively new car owner and couldnt figure out how to get a simple steering wheel cover on 😂. We were about ready to return the darn thing when he actually walked out and put it on for us haha. Dude was awesome. Thank you so much!

I went in to find a battery for my key fob. They not only got the battery, but they installed it at no additional charge. And since it was a brand that she was unfamiliar with, she looked it up on YouTube! Who does that? I believe she was a manager, but the other employee was friendly too. I felt as though I had stepped into Mayberry which was uncommon for such a busy, impersonal area. Based on the quality of service alone, I highly recommend!

Have to take a moment to write this review.Mr. Burr helped me diagnose my vehicle today. He went WAY ABOVE and BEYOND when he grabbed his personal diagnostic tool after the house tool did not find the error for my ABS system. Talk about service! You just don’t see that anymore.PLEASE pass on my thanks to him!

Very easy transaction (returned something at another Auto Zone store,but this store had what I needed in stock). Great customer service.

Went looking for a trash can type thing for a car and no luck, seems like they have everything except that. Maybe its not high demand.

Its ok. But they didnt scan my reward card. I also had to wait on a prepaid part.

Had an awesome experience at Autozone today. Younger guy with a beard (didnt get his name), helped me get a new battery and offered to install it. Appreciated his help.

Helpful staff but AutoZone did not have stock of better quality oil filters that I usually use.

The staff was very helpful! Crystal diagnosed my bad battery and Sterling replaced it for me! I could have bought a car battery somewhere else, but the customer service was so extraordinary I chose to purchase it here.

Stopped here to return a core. They had some issues with getting it because it was an online purchase, but Nathan was very helpful. He called online support and got it sorted. Would return to this location if I were in the area and needed parts.

Staff was super friendly and angel helped me put my spare on when I got a flat tire. Would definitely come back to this location if I need anything for my car!

This is my home store everyone is so nice & they do not mess around I that store!!!! They are always busy doing something (As they should be, unlike most stores).... Daniel is really good at his job & knows soooooo much about my car!!!! All non domestics hes def got great knowledge in!!!!!

I went here last weekend and my experience was great!!!!!!! the review before mine down below stated that this store dont like Spanish or colored...... I cant determined that. I will say when I walked in the store they whole staff did stop and looked at me and I did feel uncomfortable because I was the only black person in the store but in less than 5 seconds a gentleman did offer to help and the rest of the staff did speak to me as I approached the counter. The gentleman that assisted me walked through the whole process of the part that I was buying and made me feel so welcomed that this store is my auto parts store for good. I left there feeling good and glad that I stopped by there because the parts I needed I went to Advanced Auto and all they could tell me was they dont have the part and none of their stores do either. The gentleman at autozone got my parts and waited while I shop. I am all about great customer service because if its bad I will write a review up on badly I was treated but this store and staff treated me well. No complaints

I went to the store today and i need to ball join for my truck and the desks sales person doesnt want to go to get the part that I need because his not going to lose about 15 minutes looking for the park because he preferred to take care of the other customers and leave me at the last I feel like Ive been discriminated because I Im a Spanish because I be in the store a couple of times and they always no matter what time they have to be with a customer they always finish with a customer and I had to wait even something up to half an hour until they can attending me today is the last time I go to AutoZone to buy stuff I am recommend to anybody that is Spanish color or any other race that is not white dont go to the store locate in 2005 plank rd Fredericksburg va and also I will make a complaint to commonwealth of VA license and business department to tell them about what happened in the store

Needed a plug kit for my flat tire on my truck and the 2 guys inside told me they were closed and to “come back tomorrow morning” at 8:15pm. When the sign on the door says 9pm.

Usually always has the parts we need in stock or will refer you to another location. Only very few incidents with rude/bad customer service.
