John was extremely flexible when we were thrown a few curves - his primary supplier’s main facility was heavily damaged in a storm and he switched the order to another supplier to keep us on schedule. Couldn’t be happier!!!

Wow! I used Watkins to install interior storm windows, and it was one of the finest customer experiences of my life. Not only was their price competitive ($1000 less than online competitors), but the service was 5-star the whole way. The estimator, the measuring crew and the installers all called while they were on the way, showed up on time, and cleaned up after themselves. They even asked if they could drop off materials ahead of time to keep them dry from the predicted downpour the day of installation. John even followed up with me after installation to make sure I was happy. They were consummately courteous, professional and easy to work with. I would highly recommend them.
