So Ive been going here for a while and I dont know what happened to everyone they had working there that actually wanted to help you, but now all of the employees seem like theyd rather eat a bowl of nails than answer a question. So Ill be finding another location to go to!

I go here all the time and the associates are extremely friendly. Even when I take 30 minutes to choose a hair color, theyre still friendly and helpful. The store is organized and clean. 10/10 recommend!

All of the sales ladies are very polite and helpful.

Theres not a lot to choose from like before. I use to be able to go in and find what Im looking for but its not like that anymore.

Love the store and professional help on products. Cant get that at Walmart!

The young lady at the counter today, 11/11/2020 @6:20 with the short brown hair was GREAT. I forgot to get her name and its not on my receipt, but I hope management sees this and praises her for handling things well.

I love this store which is why I gave four stars but its really unfair that your hours online are different than the hours youre actually open. I have to drive 20 minutes one way to get to any Sallys and thats a waste of time for me. A little bit of adjusting would be appreciated.

Its hardly anything in the store. Nobody seems to have knowledge of products. SMH

Staff is super friendly and extremely knowledgeable in all areas from hair care, color, nails and even the difference in shampoos. Love this team and this store!!

I understand why they are low on product because of Covid, my 1 star review is not because they were out of everything. I give 1 star because their customer service was awful. When we entered the manager was sitting right next to the front door and did not even look up to acknowledge we walked in. When we were ready to buy the items she called up the cashier who was friendly but seemed out of sorts. I asked what the 10$ grab bags were that were on the table and all behind her and she said Idk, asked her manager to which she responded uh makeup and stuff.

Better prices on products Ive seen in other stores. Definitely will shop there for my black natural hair products in the future. So many choices!Get silk pillow cases too!

Went to Sallys today at 11:35 am and its closed. No sign in door about the closing and according to Google its open.Yall need to update things to keep customers informed.

Just went to sally beauty supply on 10/1/15. Needed help finding a good shampoo, conditioner and haircare for permed hair. The girl did not move from behind the counter and just looked at me and told me she did not know what I should use. Could have gone to the Kmart next door for that much help

I’ve been shopping at Sally’s for about 20 years but today they lost a customer for life. My daughter and I went in for a bonnet hair dryer, they only had 2 and I stood by them and looked up the reviews on them. When I looked up from my phone 2 workers where very close to me acting like they were adjusting products. Looked over and the others were by my daughter like they rehearsed the whole scene! We moved and they crowded us to the point they were making me think I might have to defend my daughter if they touched her! Everyone working there looks like a meth addict but we were the ones being cornered. I’ll spend my money where I am respected.

Ive been here a couple of times and couldnt decide how many stars to give. The first time, the lady there was amazing! Helped me and answered my questions like she actually wanted to. But on other trip, was very disappointed. The girl asked if she could help me when I first walked in, to which I declined. After awhile, I went to ask a question, they acted like I was disturbing them and clearly did NOT want to help. So Id say it depends whos working at the time- could be 5 stars or 2.

The workers are lovely, and extremely helpful. theyre beyond friendly and super sweet! i always have a great experience when i step into my sallys. :)

Worst customer service experience I’ve ever experienced. Felt like I was bothering them by trying to buy their products. I hope she was having a bad day and she’s not always this way.

Went in there today 4-15-2017. Asked about hair color for in between salon color an cuts. The young lady acted clueless. Like I was bothering her. 3 of them just sitting behind the counter talking and I was interrupting their social meeting... guess my service wasnt important enough will not be going back to this one.

Very poor customer service... couldn’t buy a single durag.

Horrible service. No one greeted you, no one offered assistance, staff actually suggested me going next door to Hair Cuttery for what I needed. It was obvious I was the least of their concerns, so I walked out with nothing.Culpeper location had always been helpful and so polite, never ever going back to this store.
