I came in Saturday and had a issue with my phone and Kate was able to help me get my phone fixed without any issue. She was super helpful and didnt have any issues helping me fix my phone and making sure I was taken care of! I will definitely be back to this location to see my girl Kate

This is the best store. Elena helped get us (my husband and I) what we needed and done quickly and professionally. We will definitely be back for any upgrades we need in the future!

The customer service is unacceptable. The customer service representatives are unprofessional and rude, they always seem to have an attitude.

Horrible people, they sold me a phone that doesnt work and wont do anything to make it right. Ive been going to metro pcs for a while now and this is the worst store Ive ever dealt with.

The girl that worked Thursday when it snowed was rude, non helpful, and refused to sell me a phone. This is not good customer service! I was very upset and decided to find another phone provider. I will never recommend that store to anyone

Customer Service is terrible. When having a store that is managed by 1-2 employees, those persons should be given the tools to do their job efficiently. I shouldnt have to come back when X is working or only X can complete that task - unacceptable.Take the time to train & give your employees the tools needed that they can be efficient & effective.

Dont go to this store in the evening lady closes the store we she feels like it not at the time its says on the door and website!!! Went here this evening to add on mobile hot spot data was going to spend a good amount of money with Metro but when I got there at 8:20pm the door was locked and there was a lady in the store shacking her head No at me even though on the door it said close at 9pm. This has happened previous times at this same store, closing at random times. Will NOT be returning again!!

There is never anyone at this store to answer the phone or even in the store to help you. The open sign is always on...but the doors are locked and no one is there. If they are there....the employees are standing outside on a hour long smoke break. This is probably the worst ran store I have ever seen. My suggestion. ...go to Sprint. ..Verizon...or probably better off getting a prepaid from Walmart. Metro PCS...you need to invest in some new employees...Some actual management. ..and try staying open so you can at least act like you are providing customer service. You deserve 0 stars!!

Ive been with mpcs since 95an was only recently went to T-Mobile cause mpcs kept lying to me about a certain phone was trying to get for my mom that they kept advertising. Ill be back soon though if I dont like what Im going through

They suck!! The hispanic young lady who is at work right now, her customer service suck. Her attitude is terrible and whomever the owner of this store should fire her before someone hurts her. I wouldnt recommend this store to NOONE!!!
