I found the staff at Custom Ink in Fredericksburg VA to be friendly, efficient & very helpful. Kat made the set-up & design process less intimidating when there were so many design options available. Her co-worker (sorry, I cannot recall her name!) had actually created a logo design for our school before I had even walked into the store - based on the comments Id provided in my appointment request. The prices here are better or competitive to other online or local tee printing vendors. I would definitely go back in the future.

I placed an on-line order for my school and it turned out fantastic. They were so kind to me and worked with me on all the little details i needed fixed, from color balancing the image used on the shirt to letting me order sever different colors in the same order, they had what i needed. It was so easy to get in contact with them and they helped me out so much and even helped me get replacement shirts when someone got the incorrect color. The shirts themselves came out great, the color is pretty true to what people ordered and everyone thought they were so soft and the design was printed on there fantastic, these shirts are going to last everyone a long time and thats so exciting. They worked super nicely with my school and our clubs purchasing manager to make sure that we got what we needed and the payment given was adequate. The company is so fantastic and i hope i can order shirts from them again in the future.

The Walmart location works great for me! The staff is great and the Hispanic representative that assisted me with my order was wonderful. My order was placed on short notice and arrived on time for Fathers Day. I had a funny t-shirt designed for Fathers Day for my oldest son which she added a couple of other ideals that made the t-shirts hilarious!The recipient loves his gift! And I will return to them with other designs to order soon.

After doing some checking around for a club t-shirt on-line, I happen across Custom Ink in my local Walmart and wow was surprise on how friendly and helpful the Store Representative was in helping me design my clubs shirt. I was able to set up an account in order for fellow members, who are located around the world, to be able to hit a link and place an order for their own club T-shirt and to their own size. Those shirts will be mailed directly to the club members which cuts me out of ordering them, arranging payment and mailing them off. It was fast and easy and at a very good price. Khayla who was the Representative was pleasant and very helpful in her service. I believe this is the start of a great working relationship with this company. Highly recommend!

I only needed a couple of sweatshirts and t-shirts, but found out on line you have to order like a minimum of 12 each. You showed me the items where I could customize for only two orders...you/we designed them perfectly together. Kat was great. We had a last minute idea for a family reunion shirt. Our own custom design and front and back of shirt printing. We were assured it would arrive on time. It actually arrived three days ahead of time, neatly printed, shirts very good quality Hanes tagless. Never such a worry free, high quality result on a project.ever. And the printing was excellent. For a design we drew up, the details were crisp and clean. I have done printing projects before with more prep and thought out in advance with other companies and the results were not nearly as good. Kat was easy to work with and communication with emails from every phase of the production never left any space for concern where we were in the process. What a wonderful experience from store front to front door. Highly recommend. I will be doing a charity event and using this company again. Price per shirt was much less and quality results exceeded expectations. From family reunion to charity events this is the best way to print on shirts, hats and jackets. Location is right inside main door of Walmart.

The girl at the custom ink outlet in the Walmart onI-17 was incredibly helpful, she told me right away that there was an issue with stock and that my order might have to be put on hold, but she found a way to make it happen anyway.

Gave it one star because the people were friendly. The t-shirts were a bit pricey. I got two of them for 50 plus dollars plus I spend an extra $18 it was almost $70 in total. They were supposed to be the ones Ive already pre wash so they wouldnt shrink. Unfortunately this is what happened... Today was my first day wearing one of the t-shirts I took both just in case one got messed up dirty, the T-shirt was very starchy and the design was very sticky still but I have no other choice but to wear it so I wore it met with the client spend all day cutting grass. Not to mention I had another grass to cut so I took that t-shirt off turned it inside out cuz I knew it was going to need wash when I get home. So how you use the other t-shirt to finish cutting another clients grass got home Boca t-shirts this was the first day they were ever worn I put them in the wash on gentle cycle cold when they were finished I hung them outside I did not put them in the dryer because I was afraid that they might fade or peel off or whatever happens with the design and the lettering that was on it. As I got up the next day to go get the t-shirts off the line guess what happened? The size L shrunk all the way down to a small, my youngest daughter can wear it now. And even worse than that all the lettering has became very faded old and crackly after one wash on gentle cycle hanging outside to dry because I was afraid to put it in the dryer. Almost $80 to have two t-shirts made and have them shipped to me in 3 to 5 business days. Im so disappointed oh, I will not be from them again, I was excited that we had a local custom ink store here at a local Walmart thats what made me want to go in there and give it a try I figured since Im spending this kind of money the quality would have been a lot better but just to wear it one day and to wash it. Im very dissatisfied, now I have to show up at work with just a plain T-shirt on that looks unprofessional because I expected better from Custom Ink. I will be posting a picture of what the t-shirt looks like when I get home just so everybody could see exactly what it looks like it looks like I had the T-shirt about a year. I was cutting grass on a zero-turn.. so the shirt wasnt really dirty it was just sweating and a grass clippings on it. But for it to come out and look like I wore it for a year faded shrunk, so please use my review as a caution. If CustomInk reaches out to me to try to resolve this situation Ill be more than happy to update everyone but as of right now I havent had so much as an apology or a follow-up phone call. So just use your best judgement sometimes the local guy that doesnt is much better than going to and bigger printing store like this. Have a great day :-(
