A lot of the stuff on my list wasnt in stock. I know things are hard with the pandemic ever store is having trouble with restocking shelvesI did see more of other things that werent on shelves before. Thats life in a pandemic what can you do. The staff that we dealt with were very friendly and helpful.

I usually find whats on my shopping list, but I guess some shortages are popping up again, and Walmart is not immune. I can say, I always find some unique or interesting item that catches my eye.

I travel and always stop here when heading south in my RV. This place is a zig zag store/restaurant village. Not sure how to explain it but EVERYTHING is here. Just Google this location CARL D SILVER. Its not just WALMART. Down the road in this village ...lol....is Planet Fitness and I did a review years ago...5 star. If you have the black card, you can exercise and shower with using up you stored water. Well, I love their prices. 60 eggs for 3.00 and change.....oh, ya. Maybe a dozen for .78 I think? I took pictures. Come here and save. Tons of pick grocery up areas and RV parking far left side of Walmart. There were 2 other RVs here. So, I did video trying to avoid people and pictures. I cant list everything but DSW, Ultra beauty, Verizon, Chinese food, BBQ, Furniture, Skyzone for kids, Wine shops, Hobby Lobby and 100 more. Good Luck and Be Safe!!

With the couple dozen people.on the floor, youre lucky if you get a Hello out of any of them (except the amazing door greeter in the garden center). And most the time they do not return a smile. I only go if I cant find something somewhere else.

Terrible. It was a MESS. I spent 10 minutes searching for pancake mix in the aisle marked pancake mix and not a single box or bag to be found. Finally I opted for oatmeal instead and quickly grabbed the last variety pack of the packets only to find it had been cut open on one side and several packets missing.The party section looked like a bomb went off with stuff from different departments strewn about.Lastly, my checkout station had some weird brown sticky substance on it so I had to be careful not to place my stuff down anywhere.It was gross. Im not going there again.

Came to walmart fredricksburg, Va pharmacy for unexpected med. People are friendly. Store is clean where i walked. Greated nicely at entrance and pharmacy. Great expierience so far. Out of respect for others privacy just took pic of cleanliness by pharmacy.

When we first signed up for Walmart+ at the beginning of the pandemic, we thought it was great. That only lasted for a couple of orders! Since then, this store is ALWAYS out of several of the items we get on a regular basis. The pickers will list items as not available, but Ill walk in the store and find them while my wife waits in the car for our pick up order. And today we had placed a delivery order. The driver arrived on time and left our items at the door. As we were bringing the bags in we realized that several items were missing. We then realized that the missing items were all cold items like meats, cheese, lettuce & frozen items. So, it seemed like maybe the person that took the items out to our driver...and the driver...both failed to notice that half of the items werent in the bags. Okay, people make mistakes...it happens. So we call the store and a young lady answers and says Ill transfer you to that department. When she did, the phone rang for 2 solid minutes before disconnecting me. Then we could not get an answer for the next 10-15 calls that my wife and I placed over a 15-20 minute timeframe. I finally selected the option for the pharmacy and apologized to the lady that answered and explained that I had been trying to get through the right way with no luck. She literally said they dont answer for anyone! So, their own employees know theres an issue! She checked and got back on the phone and said she spoke to someone in customer service and would transfer me directly to them....at which point the phone rang for over 2 minutes until I hung up in total frustration. I ended up driving to the store and going up to the door that the employees come out with pick up orders and spoke to someone there. Five minutes later they came out with my missing bags. Im sure lots of great people work here...but poor management & customer service have caused me to take my business elsewhere from now on!

Im not easy to offend, but felt a little profiled today. I bought 3 items today and proceeded to leave the store, when I was stopped and asked for the receipt no problem with this. Yes Im a black 50 yr old male, but. 3 white customers stroll pass with carts full of merchandise, and he doesnt need to see them.DISTURBING. If your going to have someone checking receipts at the door, check them all not randomly or profiling customers.Its sad and my trucks supply Walmart distribution centers.10yrs going this store SAD.

This Wal-Mart was out of alot of stuff . So its not much I can say 🤔Because the things we wanted was gone . Ice cream, chicken lunch meat and mozzarella cheese sticks pumpkin biscuits and a lot of meats a lot of cheese. And didnt have my dogs treats or anything it was terrible.Oh well. Thank you

I am enjoy shopping, at the Walmart super center you find everything at one place.

I dont normally come to this store because its out of my was, but I was shopping and when I went to the self checkout I put in the wrong card information for Wal-Mart pay, so the machine wouldnt let me continue to change my card info. The nicest associate named Elijah helped me out for almost twenty minutes so that I could check out. He was wonderful, so helpful and kind.

Store was limited on choices due to in-stock. Money service associate definitely needs more training. Over all wasnt the worst Walmart Ive been to though.

Worst Walmart when it comes to their grocery delivery and Im not sure why Ive given them as many chances to redeem themselves as I have. Last week I set up a delivery only for it to be delivered an hour earlier than expected (I wasnt home yet). The driver left it sitting outside in 90+degree heat at my basement door (not the front door). Then today I placed an express order at 3:30pm,expected delivery at 5:30pm. Online chat with corporate said that driver took my food back because apparently it wasnt refrigerated and was room temperature. Its now almost 8:30pm. No delivery and absolutely NOBODY will answer the phone at the store (called 5 times so far).

Walmart is Walmart not enough check out. Now they want you to check out on your own so dont really like going to Walmart

I like the Walmart on southpoint better. This location had most of their grocery sections depleted of product. Nothing was stocked, or everything sold out. I could NOT get the $50 worth of groceries I needed because they didnt have anything to sell.

This is the closest grocery store to my house, so its always the default when we need something quick. I am not a fan of their new checkout system. It doesnt make sense to me to have customer scan their own groceries, while 3 or 4 employees stand there and watch. If theyre going to stand there and watch me scan my groceries, why did you need to make the change to all self-checkout? Seems like the reasoning to do so would be to reduce labor costs, because you dont need any cashiers. However, now you just have them standing around watching me do what used to be their job

Found things i needed quick n good prices

Grocery shelves need restocking. Many aisles missing products. Retail sectoon much better. Pharmacy aisles need restocking (dental & pain relief).

There were no normal lanes open. Only then 25 items or less and self checkout. I dont mind using self checkout but I had a cart full. I asked customer service to open up a lane, there were four people standing around with full carts that also wanted an employee to check us out. Customer service said they wouldnt call anyone to check us out and we had to use self checkout. If I didnt have my kids with me I would have just left my cart full and gone somewhere else. I had to go home and make dinner for the kids so I went through self checkout. I will not be going back though.

Its your typical Walmart but in an uncommon fashion many of the shelves were partially empty.

Ordered groceries online for delivery. I pay for their Walmart+. Order was supposed to be delivered between 5pm-6pm. Get notice at 5:30 running late, 6:02 email of substitutions. 7:20 still not here so I call customer service, & told be here within hour. 8:30 still not here, call customer service again and advice delivery is closed should be delivered in the morning. 9:25am call store no answer, call customer service who calls store & he conferences me in. Lady is talking to another employee about customers(I say very professional) customer service apologizes for her and she still talking. Finally she acknowledges us & she says she has to find the order and would I like is ASAP. Umm yes it was supposed to be here yesterday between 5-6. She asked did I get email saying delay & I said yes around 5:30 and nothing else about time. Her response was at least you got something. Then she say I will schedule your order now. So my order wasn’t even scheduled to go out. I call store to speak to a manager and associate advices me that the store manager won’t help or take the call. Nor would she give me any info to leave an email of vm. Told me to call customer service. All that had to be done was at the very beginning to say there is a delay can we reschedule. That simple not me calling & calling, nor them being rude.

Associates are very nice and theygo out of their way to help and it doesnt matter the department or the question. Have a great day 😊

Typical Walmart, clean and full of deals.No issues or bad experiences.

The main thing is finding everything that I need for myself and my Family. We came in initially for a pickup which turned into us shopping which always happens. The first thing we ran into was the new way that the pickup process goes inside the store. I called the number and another gentleman and got a recording so I went to customer service and after that an Associate appeared with my bags without having to check in. After that we tackled our obscure list which all was obtained minus one item (which I was thinking would not be present anyway but took a chance). All in all it was a very pleasant shopping experience which is why I gave five stars in addition to issues that arose being quickly rectified. A good place to take on personal lists no matter how obscure they may be.

Never really go to Walmart but of course nothing changes with only 2 registers open and the cashiers make turtles look fast. Everyone jammed into self checkout. Shelfs looked empty when for bath mats really had nothing to choice from.

Not a lot on the shelves here today. And little to nothing in the way of international groceries if thats your thing. The staff were slightly irritated but it was almost closing so I get it.

I had the oil changed in my car. They where friendly and efficient. They took my car in 10 min and was done in 20. I also bought my groceries. They had almost everything I needed. I am very pleased with my visit today.

Great service on a very busy Friday night! Wait times were 20-30 mins. We did check out other places and they were pretty similar.Food was amazing! We were pretty surprised that they didn’t take long to cook given that it was pretty packed and the quality was great.Highly recommend going here!

Its a hit or miss, sometimes they have lots of registers open, other times not. Its Mothers day weekend and its nuts. Place is packed, few registers open, lines to no end. Crazy. But, as always, prices are good and selection is plentiful.

However there was no one on duty at the door to check and make sure everybody was wearing a mask or to do account of people coming in. And there were two customers in the store without masks inappropriate and careless. Thats why you got a three and not a five

Use the small cart, and purchase my preferred brand of groceries that Aldi and Lidl do not carry. The fuel prices are usually lower than most places. I purchase a Walmart gift card at the pump. The remaining amount I spend inside the planned purchases to keep from carry the gift card.

So happy I found just what I needed and little gifts for my grands all within my limited budget!

Location had what I needed. ; Mrs Joyce stocking was 1st employee that spoke to me. All other employees taking up the aisles were focused on fulfilling online orders vs ppl physically shopping in the store. Acknowledging customers goes along way and if customers need help. Even the self checkout ladies didnt greet any customers or a thank you for shopping.

Decent store but beware of the creepy tall white dude with brown hair and glasses who wanders around the aisles towards the front of the store. and he will try to sell you on his MLM scam. No idea how the hell he hasn’t gotten banned from the store for doing this.

Employees and some of their friends were following us becuz of some tattoos my bf had. That obviously were obsolete becuz he was with me. N IT STARTED WITH 2 FEMALE EMPLOYEES OF THE STORE.

The line wasnt long for a change and the cashier was very nice, thoughtful and quick.

Took a long time but found what I wanted. Employees were very nice. Noticed that a canned good that I normally purchase at Martin’s was almost $2.00 less here!! Huge difference! Parking lot was crowded but plenty of parking spaces available.

Nothing like the East Coast Walmart the employees are very lazy! They dont know about customer service in Barstow!! They make you search for certain food yourself and being handicapped they will not help you find a riding cart! No turkey wings say thats a seasonal meat!! Where Im from you can eat turkey all day every day! They are limited on pork items! Very poor quality of meat! Food doesnt last very long! Also make sure you check expiration dates!!!
