I absolutely LOVE hot topic. Though the prices are sometimes outrageous they have really nice things, especially if you are in to graphic t-shirts and anime (which I am). They also have a lot of cute merch and jewelry for TV shows, anime, and other things too. Honestly just an all around great experience even the people are so so nice. Would absolutely go again. Have a nice day.

I had a great experience the other day, the store was clean and the shelves weren’t messy. My transaction didn’t take long and the cashier was friendly, I couldn’t ask for anything more. I would also like to acknowledge Parris, this employee was very personable and talked to me like a friend, while still maintaining excellent professionalism. Employees like this are the reason I keep coming back!

They are handling Covid phenomenally compared to other places Ive seen. Meanwhile keeping the hot topic atmosphere. Everyone here was so nice and I really enjoyed going for the first time since the beginning of 2020.

Nice place for unique trendy gifts, constantly changing their kiosk selection. Also very friendly staff every visit. Some items a little pricey, but there are good deals to be found.

This is by far my favorite store! I love coming here when I go to the mall. I always have my Hot Topic benefits card so I can save some money when I am shopping. The last time I was here I gotten $5 off all my items. They also had a very good sale the last time I was here so I saved money.

Line to get in and funko variety was slim, but it was Christmas.

Hot Topic and Japanese culture for the win!

Hot Topic clothes are good quality and all of the accessories and merchandise in the store are fun to look at. Some of the T-shirts make me very nostalgic. This store is great for music lovers and pop culture lovers.

I love hot topics clothing and merchandise but its always a struggle to visit the store. It can have very judgmental customers and the employees arent reliable. While checking out the other day I was super excited for a shirt I had picked out but when I got home it wasnt in the bag. I checked my receipt and realized that the cashier never rang it up. I registered her setting it aside but I thought it was to bag. That was not the case. There was an issue ringing it up and instead of telling me she just went on and completed my order. I have no problem ordering it online except that the sale of buy one get 50% off allowed me to get a half priced shirt. Therefore costing my money. Just reminding that if you shop at hot topic the employees are probably like you... antisocial. They can be too socially awkward to actually do their job.

My kid loves the clothes. The backpacks were on Sale and they last the whole year. The backpacks were cheaper than national discount stores.

My favorite store to go to in the whole county. I can literally spend hours looking at everything in there. Its pretty small so it can be akward moving around other people but its not too small. Staff is always very friendly and helpful. The only downfall to this place is that theyre a bit pricy but most of their stuff is usually on sale so its way cheaper than some of the other alt stores online. Overall great place love it.

They have a lot of graphic tees and accessories to shop from. Every time I go there usually someone keeps asking me if I need help- which I dont mind until they ask every five minutes...and the store gets cramped time to time because it isnt that big. But all in all I like the store.
