This is a great small business with employees who enjoy the hobby. There are arcade machines there, and if you ask them they will turn the machines on for you. The retro game prices are hit or miss but generally you can work with them to find a common ground. Trade in value is good as well. Never messed with cards so I cant attest to that part of the business. Overall its a great store with good employees and a very nice game selection (including rare and old games).

Very kind and helpful staff. They have TONS of retro games across all older consoles. Above that they have places inside to play video and board games live, they can fix a scratched disc and so much more! They even let you test out refurbished or used controllers before you buy just to make sure you like it. Fantastic retro gaming store that pretty much offers everything you can think of regarding games! Definitely recommend!!!

Games and tcgs selection are the best in the area if you are trying to find specific things.Prices are fair to sometimes a bit high, but thats resell for ya. There are some items I can only assume were bought when they were market priced higher and have not lowered in price with the rest of the market.They host a large variety of events for tcgs and video games.The owner is a guy whos doing his best.

Very reasonable and helpful with everything. I never leave unhappy. Great selection of trading cards, comics, and video games. Shop has a very comfortable vibe to it. Prices are fair and any questions I’ve ever had have always been answered. This is the only place I go for trading cards and video games.

I have been going here for the past decade. Love this place! Always have hard to find games, trading cards and some amazing things you might have never seen before. The owner is extremely knowledgeable and if you follow them on Facebook they post a lot of the gems online when they come in stock. Highly recommend!

This cute little shop is literally the best of the best!!! Whenever Im in town I make it a point to always stop by to say hi and browse and get my fill of childhood gaming nostalgia. There was a point in my life where I didnt have internet for 4 days and you bet your sweet butt I was there at Sages gaming until my hearts content. Sages shop was also there for me when I needed some quick cash and he took 100% of my gaming collectibles and games at the best price on the market and I was able to pay bills for the month! This is also the only place Im able to find all the pokemon single cards Ive been looking for to help fill in my collection. Thank you for being so awesome Sage!

Great experience today I was actually on the highway when I decided to make a detour to pop in this shop! It’s the perfect location right off of the highway and I happen to meet the actual owner in the store (Sage)! He was more than welcoming to me and very customer service oriented! Absolute joke of a store. They lie to customers about the value of items and try to rip people off. They want money for having items appraised and they dont appraise anything. They sit there and pretend they are doing work and then try to tell you that appraised the item.How are is store gonna charge $15 to google and call that appraising? They are absolutely full of it dont give these dudes business.EDIT: They looked me up lol. Hopefully they will not try to take advantage of potential future customers in the future.

It’s 3:30 in the afternoon on a Friday, the year is 2008. A group of 6 Highschool friends in lifted and trucks and lowered cars all pull up to SageMantis Game Haven. We have all coaxed our parents into handing over a couple bucks the night prior… We walk inside and are always greeted with a smile from our man Sage. We all hop on the Xbox’s with COD MW2 loaded up. The room is filled with yelling, cheering, and laughter until the wee hours of Saturday morning. Sage was a second home to us.

But they were selling them for $30 over retail. I couldnt find them anywhere. Absolutely love this place! They have retro games, new games, trading card games, comics....they have a little bit of everything AND they even repair game consoles!! Best part though, you can go in to hang out if you choose to, theres no pressure to buy anything. Sage definitely has an excellent shop here & Ill recommend his place to anyone.

Its a cool shop and the employees are very nice, but their card prices are outrageous. $90 for a champions path elite trainer box lol. These are $50 retail and $70 on eBay. I understand they have overhead and rent to pay, but thats still way too high of a price. I feel sorry for any sucker who pays those prices.

Game stop recommended I try this place for an item for my son. The gentleman that helped me was very friendly. The clerk had a mask on, buy no-one else did. There was a group of people sitting at tables talking, no-one had a mask. Other than that, glad we discovered another place to find used video has.

I am not a serious gamer but I came by this store today to purchase a few items for my son (a PS2 and some GBA games). The man behind the counter went out of his way to find what I needed and offered it for a great price. Amazing customer service, great selection (as far as I can tell), and honest prices. Easy 5 stars! Will visit again.

I was looking for Basketful of Heads issue 2, which was sold out of the first two stores I went to. Sage was sold out also, BUT the comic guy gave me his issue! It was the nicest customer service I’ve ever experienced. And he convinced me to buy another similar volume of a different comic. I was impressed and appreciated his help!

Oh let me tell you about this place. I was referred cause I was trying to find parts for my GameCube that I couldnt find any other place. They went out of there way to get everything I needed. I will go back when I need more games. The staff was awesome. I highly recommend this place if you are trying to vintage games and parts. Right now Im reliving my child hood with a stack of Zelda games for my GameCube thanks to them. Go check them out please.

Bought a 360 and plenty of games from here the past year. Unfortunately none of the employees wear masks anymore, even though there is a sign outside the door requiring them. Especially for a small space with 3+ employees in there at a time, I dont think Ill be coming back. Which is unfortunate, because I used to like coming in here.

I went in just to see what it was about and was not disappointed. They rent computers for gaming as well as sell comics and games. I didnt think I was going to get anything but I ended up buying a comic. When I was checking out the owner was very friendly and offered to get more of that series if I liked it. The prices are very, very competitive. They also have a cat.This place has my buisness from now on.
