Kiley is absolutely fantastic! The store was already a bit busy upon my entry, it only got busier from the time I walked in till I walked out and she still continued to keep a positive attitude, her customer service is unbeatable! I just left the T-Mobile store at 9823 Jefferson Davis Fredericksburg 48207 and I must say that I had one of my top customer service experiences. Kiley B and Lupita were knowledgeable, articulated the promotions and exhibit lots of patients with me while I made my decisions. I can not begin to express my appreciation for not feeling rushed. They set the gold standard for what customer service should be. I am happy with my iPhone, phone accessories and watch. Visit the store and see for yourself. Great job ladies!!!!!!!

I went there out of curiosity since I heard good things about this location. Ask for Maria she solved all my issues and was satisfied with her great customer service. She was very knowledgeable and personable. I will continue to see this location even though it’s almost 25min away from where I live in stafford.

This T-mobile store is pretty good. Lapita was a great help and answered every question I threw at her. She let me know how to effectively upgrade my phone and save money on monthly bill. Nick goes through the store like a hawk greating every customer and pin pointing their needs for coming the store.

I was a longtime Verizon customer, 15+ years. I had enough of their lack of customer service and over charging for every little thing. I decided to research other options and stopped by this T-mobile location. This was the only stop I made. Maria and Lupita are the best! Their service skills are incredible, always smiling (you can see it through the mask!), always helpful, and always going above and beyond.

This is the second day I’ve come into the store and have had to wait over 20 minutes. Two days ago I walked out after not being greeted for 20 minutes. Today they told me there would be a 20 minute wait…. 50 minutes ago. I just needed to make a small return. For this, I will probably be switching companies.

I spent an hour and 20mins in the store and because Im a sprint customer they kept skipping me cause they only have one sprint terminal. The reason I went there is because they made my sim card invalid so I have to switch to tmobile before I upgrade.

I just left this location and it was by far one of the best experiences I’ve had so far at any mobile store. There were a few transactions that took place but the lever of customer service was amazing! You ever feel like you’re being taken care of like you’re the only one in the building? Well when you come here to this location Alexis, Dustin, Will and Jacob will definitely see to it that you’re taken care of! Oh and Alexis the store manager displayed great leadership skills as she made sure that her team were on the same page and had an understanding of what was happening. Great job team!

Alexis the store manager and the associate Will were amazing! They were so helpful and friendly. This is definitely one of my favorite T-Mobile stores to visit in the area I would recommend 10/10 to everyone in this area. My team works with my wife and I to make sure that we have the best service possible. Promise to pay is very convenient. Great service at a great price. Phones are a little expensive but we like the finance option which makes it way easier to get the phone that you want. Our God daughters are mad because their Mom got them AT&T and they keep running out of data. Lol. Also, loving the free Taco Bell. The manager at Taco Bell did not like me getting free food every week but I told him that I would report him to corporate and notify T-Mobile and have not had a problem getting my free Taco Bell ever since.

When arriving there were two customers and two associates. I waited for 15 minutes to 20 minutes which is fine. The issue I have is another customer comes in after I have been there waiting patiently and they take them first. Didnt ask me anything went straight to that customer and started doing credit check and so forth. This kind of stuff makes you want to leave the company.

So I switched from AT&T to T-Mobile in July and the rep at this store told me all I had to do was turn in my final AT&T bill and they would give me $650 credit towards my wifes phone (she still had installments left). I confirmed this several times with him and decided to proceed.I turned in my final bill at a different location since I was in a different area and they told me to wait 2 weeks. I wait and then call and they told me to wait 2 more weeks. I stopped by after 2 weeks only to find out that my final bill WAS JUST SITTING IN THE BACK ROOM. No one touched it for a month!Then I find out that the first rep had misinformed me. Alexis, the store manager just simply brushed me aside. I would call and ask about the situation and she said she would call back and never did. Then she would just apologize for not calling me back when I called back and she said would call back and never did.Then I called today and she said theres nothing that can be done because that rep no longer works here. How convenient. So I have been paying $60/mo for my wifes phone for the past 3 months for nothing because she cant use her phone. Looks like I wont be getting that back. Looks like theyre just sweeping my problem under the rug because that rep no longer works there.The only person who really knows what theyre doing is Akira. She is a great rep. She was concerned that my first impression of T-Mobile wasnt so great and did all that she could to help me. She should be the store manager.

Sat here Christmas Eve do a ridiculous amount of time as to representative served an entire store full of people. After waiting 45 minutes just a simple question about purchasing a phone I was told that I did not qualify. Had this store been properly staffed I would not leave with resentful feelings towards T-Mobile

T-Mobiles $820 Paperweight | 7th Galaxy Note 8 & CountingI have been a T-Mobile customer for 2 and a half years; this year my tenure is coming to an end.I pay over $1200/annually for my service.I pay $144/annualy for the Premium Device Protection w/Assurant.I am on my 7th Galaxy Note 8 and counting. The previous six have experienced the same issue (The inability to ever take a charge again if the battery dies or reaches below 5%). Samsung has not stated whether this is a hardware or software related issue. What has been stated and confirmed by both Samsung and T-Mobile personnel in multiple locations throughout Maryland and Virginia is the fact this issue exists and has been reported by multiple customers.I submitted a claim that was rejected for two reasons:1. The activation date (the date the SIM card was last online) was not recent.2. Because of a minor crack on the bottom left of the device. The crack occured attempting to remove the device from its case for the 100th T-Mobile visit. I was returning the device for the issue stated above.Here is my issue with the stated reasons. If the phone does not RECEIVE POWER how do I provide you a online/active date? Why would I buy a $820 phone, pay $144 for device protection to leave it in a broken state? The crack isnt even significant. I could use the device without issue, BUT I DONT EVER GET POWER TO THE PHONE.Myself as well as their own personell in-store was not able to get in touch with Customer Support. It took over 2.5 hours just to reach someone and at that point we were purposefully passed around through the support line by multiple personnel because they simply did not want to hear/deal with my issue. They would transfer us to their peers, provide no details to that colleague on the 15 minute conversation we just had, and I get left with the opportunity to frustratingly repeat my issue to the next soul.I have wasted both my time and money with you all. I will do my best part to influence others not to do the same.I simply want a $820 device to POWER ON. Is that too much to ask for?I will be in touch with T-Mobile & Samsungs Corporate offices.Sincerly Frustrated and Motivated,Sabion P Frazier

Website and Google doesnt reflect it but store hours are back to normal. Monday thru Saturday 10-8 and Sunday 12-6. The store is cleaned frequently and curbside service is available for customers not wanting to come in directly.

The worst place to look for a good service, the staff is not trained, I waited 5 hours and when they finally gave me my phone, they had not transferred all the information, I had no contacts, no photos at all, I realize that at home and I go back to the store again, to stay another hour, they have a Manager named Maria, super busy wanting to attend to everyone and she does not focus on the work she was doing, mine, she left and left me my phone half, I supposedly had the lining of the phone and the plastic that the store gave me that she told me ..... and in the end they charged me for everything, this store is a disaster .... and still with my Apple Watch problem ⌚️ that there was no way or way to transfer it to the new phone, when she told me that it was not a problem, that it was 10 minutes to transfer it ..... now to wait for the surprise of the bill that I am sure it will be another problem ..... !! A bad experience a disaster ......
