Friendly staff, but admittedly its the low, low priced, still decent quality tools that keeps me coming back to Harbor Freight Tools. I got a TON of necessary stuff for my new-to-me RV here without breaking my wallet (or marriage) and found a handful of other things I was needing for the home! And if youre loyal to your brand-name tools, cool, but let me just say that Harbor Freight Tools is the absolute best place/way I know of to get virtually any quality/size tarp for your needs... quickly. Enough said.

This was my first time at the store to purchase a hammer drill. Even though I understand the principle of operating it Im never quite sure about the bits, not only did we have one but two store associates helped us with this. We also joined the harbor freight club and saved an additional $30 on our hammer drill we bought some additional items that were very cool... We will be back!

This one is typical. Harbor freight has its advantages. For tools only needed for occasional use and you cant beat the price and availability. Quality and reliability are not always what you would hope for, but you get what you pay for, and this is true here.

Ordered a garden cart for Father’s Day. Product arrived late. Went to put together and it only had 3 wheels. I contacted the company and they said they were unable to ship the missing wheel and I must return the product. I told them I couldn’t lift the item and they would have to send me a shipping label and have fed ex come back out and pick it up. After much reluctance they agreed to send the label by snail mail. That was 3 weeks ago and I not received the label. I know if this were Amazon, they would of immediately sent me out a new product, emailed me a shipping label, and had UPS come out and pick it up. This was my first and last purchase from Habor Freight Tools 🤬

Excellent place to shop for tools, although you do need to know which companies furnish quality products and which do not. I come here pretty often as i have been doing extensive repairs and touch ups to our home (built in the 1990s). I go here because if they have what i need, i can avoid Lowes and Home Depot (not that these two stores are necessarily bad, just usually i can get things here less expensively.)

Great store. Huge variety of stuff. Mostly one-off brand name tools, but in most cases they hold up just as well as the big box store tools. I Like this location, convienent to everything else. Pay attention to the ads and flyers, you never know what you might need that they have for cheap.

Hit or miss, if I need some cheap hand tools I dont want to care about messing up Ill get them here... the cheap power tools on the other hand I stay away from. I have bought a floor jack here that seems to be of decent quality and a rolling tool box as well. Just know that you get what you pay for with most of what they sell here, dont get too mad when whatever it is breaks sooner than you think it should have.

Great place to shop for tools. You always get a surprise when you get to the checkout there is always some kind of extra discount added. If you need something obscure check them out.

Great tools, and more, especially for the price. The staff is more knowledgeable than the big box stores. Ive been replacing the battery cells in my tools for years with the insides of HF tools for years saving me hundreds.

THE best run HF store Ive been to across the country. Manager Pierre does a great job of taking care of customers and keeping the store well stocked.

1 power strip in the entire store. Can’t find the long ones for the garage here anymore either.

It is difficult to find a better value than Habor Freight. May not be the best quality product but for the price and selection, not much compares.

Ran in just before closing to pick up a solar trickle charger. Although busy, a clerk told me just where to find it. By the time I got back to the front of the store another register was open and I checked out and was back in my car in no time hardly.

Ive had better harbor freight experiences. There were low on stock on many of the items and not sure if it was me or them, but the price has seemed substantially higher than they were the last time I went.

Great prices for good tools. I bought a General Tool box. It was very well priced. Got a few other things that are working well. They may not have the major brand names but who really needs them when it comes to great prices. I would have paid at least $900.00 more for a comparable tool box with the brand name. Ive been using Harbor Freight for many years and have never had any problems with any of my power tools or regular tools. I used to buy all Craftsmen products but Id rather keep all that extra cash... Great store and good people working there. Although they could use more than two workers on the morning of Fathers day. The ladies there did a awesome job but they shouldnt have to do all that work by theirselves. I had to wait about fifteen minutes to get help loading my truck, and the poor older lady had to do it. Im injured but I still had to assist her. One thing would really help this store. Get people to walk around and assist customers! There were many times I wanted other things but chose not to get them because I couldnt find them, and didnt want to wait to ask the cashier!!!

Great store. This HF is very well stocked, they have some long time employees that are really friendly and knowledgable. Management listens carefully and helps you where they can. It is worth the drive, it amazes me how much this company has stepped up the quality of tools and generators. Give them a try.

Always a great place to visit! They are expanding their quality of products and always have major discounts on their merchandise. I bought 5 of the wooden bench tables for my studio at an unbelievable price. Always friendly staff and is perfect for the average home garage setup. Come visit and see if you can resist buying!

Went to the rt3 Fredericksburg store and had a great experience. The only had one of the tool box I wanted left but there was minor damage. The manager, Nick, worked with me on the price and made me feel much better about my purchase despite the minor damage.

But too many customers and staff not wearing masks or social distancing.

Just stopped in to buy a jack and I want to commend the cashier for taking time to find me the best deal. and she did! She asked me to step aside and helped a few customers so they wernt held up, which I didnt at all mind. Who doesnt like browsing all HF has to offer? When it was all said and done I left with a year warranty for only $1 over the sticker price. Just wanted to say thanks!

Some functional tools at a great price can be found here. I was going to get a hammer but they did not have a solid steel built estwing. I had to go to Home Depot for that. Id probably buy nice powertools elsewhere but for most of your simple functional hand tools its a great resource. Its harbor freight! Love this place!

If I could give a 0 I would. Employees are RUDE and not willing to help. Will be making the drive to the woodbridge location.

Went here to return a Christmas gift. Item we wanted was out of stock, have looked for it before, also out of stock. Located in strip mall, lots of parking. Restroom OK clean. Just a large selection of tools and garage items. Also have online shopping.

The usual relatively cheap tool that I would recommend for hobbies and work around the home. For real professionals you may want different power tools although the hand tools can be good for either person.

FOR WHAT THIS IS...its a bargain. WHat I mean by that is...CHEAP (and I mean CHEAP) and inexpensive tools. They are NOT meant for commercial use/Heavy Duty full time use, but will do a Harry Homemaker just fine. They constantly offer coupons and freebies when you buy certain items.

Typical of the name. Inexpensive tools. Some cheap, some decent quality. I still keep coming back. Restroom was absolutely nasty, but it worked. Inside track club seems overpriced due to coupons and sales available to general public balancing out.

Called to confirm they had a product. When I drove 30 minutes to get there they could not find it. They completely blew me off and acted lile they didnt even care.

Excellent variety of equipment, knowledgeable staff - IN Fredericsburg. New Waldorf location still struggling with staff competency. What took several unsuccessful hours in Waldorf only took minutes in Fredericsburg for same stock/items.
