At the local Home Depot, I experienced an excellent shopping experience today! The manager, Ron, rendered superb service and expertise.Also, on numerous occasions, as I walked throughout the store, Sales Associates politely offered assistance.Please convey my deep appreciation.

I ordered a pump online from home depot . I was given a time frame of 5 to 7 days. Long story short it took more than 3 weeks with no communication from them. When I would call I was told it was on the way. The last time I called I was told that it had been there for a few days but nobody checked it in so they didnt know it was there.

I saw something on the internet and this home depot is out of my way. I have one closer to my house. I couldnt find the product. I asked 2 people and they said if it isnt over there (they pointed) then we dont have any. I said even though your web site said you do? Well I walked around and someone asked me if I needed help and I stated my case again...well the woman said well then its in receiving. THEY ACTUALLY WALKED TO RECEIVING AND FOUND IT. so a great shout out to Aaron (Im sorry didnt get the womans name but I think she was a manager) he looked for me and I got what I asked for. GREAT JOB!!!

They were sold out of some of the items I wanted, but their sales staff was wonderful, and it was a pleasure to shop their with kind helpful people that have me good suggestions and helped me find what I needed

After going to Lowes where they told me they dont sell corrugated pipe, I went to Home Depot and found John B in plumbing was helpful on the phone and when I got to the store. He helped me with what I needed and didnt seem to mind. Great employee !!

Bought a new front door for my house from Home Depot today, I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Joe to find my exact fit for my rough in. Really a great guy, put my door on will call and my son went by later today to pick it up. Will call was very good as well my son told me, he said the young lady was very helpful and reconfirmed the door was the correct door. Again thank you door Depot. and Home Depot!!!

More than once have walked out of store and gone to other HD in area. Either they didn’t have product or we were discouraged of selection and knowledge of staff for what was available. Last visit went through 10 2x4s to find one straight without knots

We have had the same delightful lady at checkout each time - Judy - and she makes us smile! Even when products are in shortage or we dont find what we need on that day, Judy is a ray of sunshine with her rhinestone cap and pleasant engagement. Was able to find the product I wanted quickly because the location was identified on the website. Very nice.

Went in to buy a new washer and dryer. Anna in that section should work on her customer service. She was very rude and not helpful. I ended up leaving and am now headed to another Home Depot. I could not even continue dealing with her. Very unfortunate.

Every time I go to this store location there are 100 employees but no one available to help with lifting or anything really. I’ve tried calling the store multiple times but the phone keeps ringing. I waited 10 minutes last time, what kind of establishment let’s the customer service line ring that long before answering? The garden center is ok but lacking in variety and good bulbs that aren’t dried out.

We are installing a kitchenette in our basement, so we went to Home Depot to purchase a sink and knobs for our cabinets. The floor associates were very helpful and knowledgeable in their departments. The best experience was at check out. Cindy greeted us with a pleasant smile and offered to check us out. She was just personable and her eagerness to step over and help us check out was refreshing. If HD is in the position of offering early raises, Cindy would definitely be a great candidate for consideration.

Went to check out some information about sheds. Was told to wait while they called someone to come talk to me. Thought I would be able to speak to one of the experts but the kid that showed up basically walked me out through the outdoor gate to the sheds and the parking lot and pointed to where the brochures were displayed. Not exactly the service I was hoping for. Needless to say I did not order a shed from Home Depot.

I generally love each interaction with staff at this location. Unfortunately, today’s interaction with the Sales Cashier, Jasmin was very different. Initially I was met with a cavalier attitude, Jasmin began to ring up my items. Here is where the customer service tanked. Jasmin rang up an item which came up at its original price even though it’s was on sale. After explaining that the item was on sale, she began to explain that it was not. I asked if she could have someone take a look at the location where the garage doors were staged because there is where the big, huge banner marketed the sales price. Jasmin told me to walk to the back of the store and take a picture. Unfortunately I did not have my phone and unfortunately she did not to check the price! In her words, the is not on sale because the original price was ringing up on the register.Thank God for Ryan who was standing by. He contacted Ron, a very professional and courteous manager who then walked to the back to verify the price. It has always been a joy visiting this home depot. I is good an clean for a store of this nature. Pricing is as expected. But the staff Ive interacted with has been very friendly and helpful. I do recommend this store to anyone looking for home improvements.

Great visit today, found (with help), pieces to replace the facing on our enclosed deck. This will allow us to give it a long overdue facelift. The guys at HD knew exactly what we needed it, discussed how to work the material and gave us ideas for tackling this big task.

My pup was was welcomed and enjoyed all the smells.I found everything for my closet project.

I was assisted by John ( I think) and others but I remembered him because he came up to me in aisle 36 whereabouts. Then asked me if I needed help which I desperately needed. Especially when there was another worker ....SMH cleaning or wiping a refrigerator...who knows. So he showed me everything I needed. He walked me to it. I indeed appreciated that. At check out the person was Awesome 😌 She took time and found my card As I just got approved for a credit card but had not yet received it. So I knew I would need to go to customer service for this reason. She even requested for someone to get an item while I was checking out. Each and everyone I asked for assistance ...helped me without hesitation and everyone was friendly. (Except for the guy in the electrical outlets aisle very dry... Personality that is.) I will be returning again.

Store much neater and lots of new stuff since I was there last. Bathrooms were being cleaned every 30 minutes .NICE

I like home Depo. Their prices are comparable to Amazon, they offer a veteran appreciation discount of 10% on every purchase with very few exceptions. I recently got TV boxes. They come with corner pads and a special static free bag, too!

Really like this Home Depot. It has become my go to store. I have used the Home Depot in Spotsylvania for many years but their service has deteriorated so bad, especially as of late. There are just a handful of employees that are willing to help you and try thier best buy the majority of them just dont seem to care. Compare that to the Home Depot in Fredericksburg and it is not even close. Whether it is online pick up or returns (Mellisa is an excellant example) or just getting someone to assist you this store is tops. I have to drive 20 minutes more, round trip, to get there buy it is well worth it. Great employees usually mean great leadership. Thumbs up to the entire staff and the management team and the store manager.

Overall Good but some things to work on. Over the 12 years I have been living in the area, this Home Depot has made great strides and I now prefer it over the Lowes nearby. The store is usually clean and stocked. Two things annoy me about this store however. Whenever I place an order online to pick up at the store, it sits at the store for several days before it is ready for pickup. Every time I call and everytime they tell me it hasnt been delivered even though the Home Depot website and FedEx have a delivery day and time saying it was delivered several days before. It has come to a point that I cant rely on their delivery dates for projects. One of the orders took TWO weeks to get it off the truck. Customer Service never seems to care when I voice frustration.

Been here many time. The store is never busy and never staffed. I have been there tye past 2 nights trying to get someone to help me get a tool I need. I have asked 3 different people for help and they all said they will send someone. Both times I waited for 30 min before giving up and leaving. I will go back tonight and if they refuse to help I will take the 8mm bolts out of the locking d ring that lockes up the tools and help myself. If lowes carried milwaukee I would never step foot in a home depot again.

Excellent customer service

I ordered a grill online and when I went to pick up the short lady at online pickup was hating her job and you could definitely tell it!! When I was given my receipt and told to wait outside I waited almost 40 min before I actually received it. And in the process of waiting outside the young kid told her that we were disrespectful toward him, but when I approached him outside he swore he never said that to her! All in all I would rather drive a few extra min to shop at Lowes!!

Great store, awesome staff! Pretty much everything I needed for my bathroom remodel, I was able to easily locate. Anything I had questions about there were very knowledgeable staff on hand to assist me and point me in the right direction.

Always find what I need and if I dont there is always a helpful employee.

Great selection of tools, household items and building supplies. Home Depot is the only store that carries Philips Hue. The staff is helpful and attentive.

The people here are wonderful and kind and friendly, and they have so much to choose from as such a reasonable price, I love coming to this place, I wish I had found it years ago. I recommend this place very highly.Still in the process of designing my little pond slash. Fountain. Picked up my pumps and most of my plants from here at a very, very reasonable price. And the people are so great. I will update pictures when I get done with my little area with my fountain slash pond.

This is my go-to hardware store. I have never had an issue here. I even stock up on toiletries, soaps, etc. to make it a true one stop shop. I have nothing personally against Lowes; its just closer for us and we like their flooring products more. This store is always kept clean, the associates are always friendly and Ive had numerous times I needed to return items that they were accepted readily.

I just picked up a few items and was shocked at the curbside pickup process. The associate was very nice and my items came out in a respectable time, but the associates were not wearing mask.I witnessed all the customers including myself wearing mask, but the associates weren’t. By the guidelines, the mask customers are wearing Are practically useless since the associates aren’t wearing any. And they come pretty close to your vehicle’s window to verify your identity and order before going to get it.I called the location back once I got home and they told me they don’t have mask because they have to send them all to hospitals and front line workers. That’s very understandable and I appreciate it, but that isn’t an excuse why not to have some kind of face covering for your employees. A shirt, a sock, a scarf, I mean anything!! The lame excuse I got saying some coworkers are volunteering to make some for other employees is not very professional.Home Depot is a billion dollar company that should be able to provide their employees with some kind of face coverings to protect their workers and their customers. That should be the standard while we’re going through this pandemic.Again, I had no problem with the associate or the service but I didn’t feel very comfortable considering the circumstances. They need to fix this ASAP! Home Depot does, not their employees that’s trying to make mask for a very profitable company.That’s the reason for my one star and I won’t return unless this change.

Wayne is quite possibly the laziest and most useless associate I’ve ever had to deal with...Not only does he have a horrible attitude but he will avoid doing anything that takes longer than 2 minutes.He could have very easily solved my issue had he not been so impatient.I called for the MOD and he took the time to take care of my issue.It really blows my mind that Wayne has been employee of the month at this store.

Unlike Lowes, that offers a veterans discount on everything, Home Depot excludes a number of standard lumber yard items from their discount.

Home Depot website said 1inch EMT: 25 in stock, actually only 7; so I couldnt buy the bundle of 10 I wanted. Id also like to see a somewhat better quality dimensional lumber... maybe even at a higher price for #1 or select pieces.

Theres never anybody in the department when need help and when you ask somebody where somethings at they look dumb founded and dont show you where things are even though they dont work in that specific department or get somebody who does.

I came in to buy mulch and to to return a small window. While I didnt have a problem returning the window, I was ignored when greeting three of the most miserable unprofessional staff. Definitely will not be returning and recommend everyone find a different location.

Love home depot for choices, tools, and pretty much most things, except organization. Home Depot has no organization, things are all over the store but i still like the store. The tool kits like ryobe, think the spelling is correct on that, maybe. Like the way the tool section is layed out . paints, so so...dont care for bear paints much but you cant have it all. Employees are curtious and quick to help. Most are knowledgeable but as is lowes. Prices seem to a bit more affordable in home depot. And you can usually find what you want in home depot.

Its hit and miss. One of the few places I go to now since COVID. Sometimes the staff are really sweet and helpful and other times they dont give a rats. I get it. I probably wouldnt be real happy working in this kind of place or in 98 degree weather at min. wage either. :/

This is regarding home depot credit card accounts.I recently opened a HD credit card accounts. I did not receive my bill in the mail. I DID receive a late notice. So I called Cust service to investigate. They said they would send me a copy of the bill in the mail. l never received it.The next month, I get a late notice and collection calls. I call them again. This time the girl tells me Your set up for online billing. I didnt set that up. Why didnt the last service rep tell me that?Will wait and see what happens next month. If the slightest problem... This card is getting CANCELLED.

We have ordered twice curbside and both times they have not given me my order correctly. 1st they forgot ½ of it second they gave me wrong items. So the first time I let it slide but this time I couldn’t finish my project. So beware if you order for in-store or curbside check each item to make sure it’s correct.

I drove 30 miles to the Fredericksburg Home Depot because the Home Depot website said they had my product in stock. One of the items was on a restock shelf and an employee quickly grabbed a ladder to provide us with the product.You might wonder why I only gave them 2 stars when 1 employee gave us 5 star service. Several reasons.1. They did not have all of the products we wanted to purchase.2. We are in the middle of a pandemic that is spiking. We easily saw at least 10 customers walking around with no masks insight. When an inquiry was made to customer service about the enforcement of the state mandate, we were told, Well we try. . . . As the employee seated to her right had their mask on their chin and customers were maskless. One of the customers was attempting to use her hand over her mouth as a mask.We have learned our lesson. We will NEVER go back to that Home Depot. We now call it COVID Depot.

Placed an online order for 22 sheets of dry wall that was ready for in store pick up in less than 20 minutes.
