Not enough staff, expected me to wait 4 hours just for an oil change. Wouldnt let me leave to come back, so I went elsewhere

Should have never brought my car here. Over an hour just to plug a tire leak even though I was told 20 minutes wouldnt be a problem. (Ive had it done in 6-7 minutes at other places). I was in a huge hurry for a flight in chicago. They wouldnt return the car before they were fully done and wouldnt let me pay before getting the keys. Awful experience

Cant shout from the rooftops about this one, but they got the job done.

I was quoted 45 minutes for a simple oil change, that actually took 2 hours. When I left, my steering wheel had an oily/greasy feel all over. They told me that they reset my car but yet the very next morning, my car let me know that I needed an oil change!

GET ANYTHING VALUABLE OUT OF VEHICLE - I took my truck in to have to tires put on and left the watch my wife got me for our wedding in the dash, after the (2.5hr) wait when I got my truck back the watch was mysteriously missing and they couldn’t find it anywhere in the garage and no one has turned it in.

Great people and great service! Needed air in my tires, the guy checked them for me and added air. I go here for my oil changes as well, they always do a great job! Cindy and Tony are amazing and caring people!

Had a quote for a set of tires that had to be ordered and when they arrived tried to make me pay like eight dollars more than the original quote so I went to Farm and fleet same set of tires fourteen dollars more than the original quote from Walmart get it together Walmart thats not good business

This place is poorly ran I was 2nd person after they opened up. I wanted 4 tires put on it took them 4 hours. The auto manager thats in charge named Chris needs to go back to his other job because he is not good at what he is doing. Stay away from here unless you have a whole day to waste waiting. Its the same story everytime I come here.

BEN ROCKS!!! Had a blowout on the highway and needed a tire for a boat trailer. Ben helped save a boat and trailer today. Thx Ben, Good man. Bravo!!!

Arrived right at 8am when they opened so I could be the first one there and hopefully in and out. While I was the first to arrive, I was told by the snail-paced attendant on duty that she would need 30 minutes to set the shop up and another 30 minutes to do my oil change. Shouldnt a shop be ready to go by the time it opens? It had already taken her 15 minutes to get my information, so I just left. I have never had great experiences there, but this took the cake. I will never return.

I am very disappointed in this place, Big misunderstanding when we could have our car there, their loss as well as ours

Terrible. 45min oil change took 2hrs.People working had to get management approval with the manger no where in site for the 2hrs. Awful costumer service.
