My first time at this Auto Zone location and it was a Great experience. I usually don’ review every purchase that I make. This was a different story. I am pleased to say that I met one of the managers and he was kind enough to stop what he was doing and help me out. I found out his name is Andre and he is a customer service manager. It was only a $12 dollar purchase but he treated me like I bought the whole store.He used his tools, talent and time and now I will only go to his store. He is a real gentleman and I hope that Auto Zone knows that they have a super dedicated employee like Andre working for them. Thanks ‘Andre’

Walking into the AutoZone in Freeport yesterday and receiving excellent customer service support help calmed my overwhelming feelings after purchasing my car. If you find yourself in need of car supplies, dont think twice and make your way to this AutoZone, where you will be greeted with active listening, empathy, problem-solving and great communication. This autozone is a great place to shop. Besides having the parts needed most of the time to complete some jobs. The staff here are helpful, the store can get a bit busy sometimes but its mostly a pretty easy going location to shop. I recommend this store if your in the area.

Service was great and we got a new battery after testing.

I liked autozone even more made me feel welcome in my own neighborhood

Came in here late tonight to get a part for my husband on my way home from work he texted me the part and they quickly got it for me I paid and I was gone they were so fast and so nice appreciate great service

I stopped in this morning with my Audi Q5 for some windshield washer blades. Andre was a pleasure to work with as he explained all the options available and said they offer installation at no charge. They are always low on stock. Its frustrating but the staff is customer friendly..

This place would be a nice place if they carried more than one audio equipment. They only stock one sound mat, which sucks when you are trying to apply it to the trunk or doors.

The guys were very helpful they looked in the computer to find the right parts for me they changed the batteries for my car remote control with exchange a few friendly jokes what more you expect

I would advise asking for help from Robbie. He was very patient with me and was very knowledgeable. The workers in this autozone are much better than the ones in Baldwin.

Theyre two locations close to my house...this one and the other in Baldwin...neither is known for great customer service...I go simply for convenience. They dress sloppy and it seems as if the culture in both locations is to do the least consulting as possible...in a nut shell...I cringe whenever I pull up in either parking lots.

Very sarcastic customer associate at this location. Just asked a question and was given a unprofessional answer about a car part.Poor customer service.

Had them read out the codes on my check engine light. Diagnosis matches the dealership, but AutoZone was free!

Oh my goodness they gone beyond with they customers.

I had ordered in advance in order to do curb side pick up. Called as instructed in the order confirmation the store associate tells me they are very busy and puts me on a more than 5 min hold. When being back on the phone he tells me my order is ready and hangs up...Actually autozone apparently acts the same as advance autoparts they offer this service according to advertisement but in reality it does not exist.Btw I see ppl walking in and out without mask, @village of Freeport maybe you should close the store for violation of social distancing rules!

I saw that they had dusk masks and had to option to buy online and pick up in store, so I rushed over to pick some up and I was told I could not have them and they are saving them for themselves. Then why offer buy online and pick up at store. Never again will I shop here!

I visited this store today for some car oil. Andre R. was so very helpful, and so very cheeerful as well. He checked my oil, showed me a great special that the store has been running, and he topped up the oil for me as well. Nice guy and great employee!!!

It was my first time in this place and I was very disappointed. I asked for help and they made me wait for 15 minutes while they walk and talk by phone. Go to other auto parts. Not recommend this place. Maybe other locations.

Better then most other stores Ive been in.

This is by far the best auto zone I have ever been to. Helpful staff who came outside with me in 15 degree weather to look at the oil on my dip tub bc I say some build up. Went above and beyond. I will drive the extra ten minutes to this auto zone instead if using the Uniondale one which is two minutes from my house.

Was working on my last minute project on car and realized I needed a part. I called several auto zones, pep boys, advance auto parts, auto barn and no one could help. I figured I’d call this store and a nice gentlemen greater me on the phone and was very helpful with our issue. Funny how Greg was the only employee at Autozone to give me option of ordering and receiving my item tomorrow in the morning or the option of picking it up in the 24 hour autozone in Levittown. What an informative gentlemen with such a warm and pleasant demanor. Thank you Greg! You are the man!

This store is a total disaster. I ordered breakpads for a minicooper and it almost took 3 weeks to ge it. When i went to pick it up the black guy at the counter was rude nasty i just took the breakpads and walk out. But never spending my money at that place again.

The staff is friendly, courteous, and very eager to help.

This store seems to be less stocked than the others in the area. True, I do not go in there that often, but when I do, the same items in other stores seem to be lacking in the Freeport store.

The store its supposed to Open at 7:30am Right now its 8:15am & the store its still closed, I just saw to employees walk inside now but the doors are still close todays date is June 9, 2017

Staff is always helpful

Has what you need, but wiper blades and windshield washer fluid is overpriced.

Too much updating. Took an hour and 40 minutes for an oil change.
