We stopped into both sides of the store and were happily greeted each time. I was looking for a backpack with a specific type of strap that was hard to hunt down and even though the backpacks initially didnt quite have what I was looking the sales associate continued to look throughout the store and eventually found a match! The backpack we purchased is a Fjall Raven High Coast 24L and is absolutely perfect for our biking/day hike needs. Great customer service and very appreciative of the associate taking the time to continue looking for a match. Definitely will be back to shop around next time we are in the area!

The folks who work at Toad&Co Freeport are absolutely lovely and very helpful. Toad also has a great selection or clothes, shoes and accessories. I find myself returning again and again.

High quality clothing, great sandal selection, and a great staff

I appreciate toad and co’s clothing. The store itself has a nice vibe about it but unfortunately not all the employees do. I’ve been in there a few times over the course of the past week and each time I get unwelcoming vibes from whom I believe is one of the store managers. I won’t go into detail but I ended up putting my items back and leaving the store. Some of the employees are fantastic but unfortunately I can’t say the same for the manager. Please always remember to treat customer equally and always make them feel welcome.

Staff is great!

They have their own brand clothing as well as Fjallraven products and couple others. Its a nice place for shopping for a gift.
