Staff in person were attentive and pleasant. Selection was limited, as expected for an outlet.I decided not to purchase the Nuuk parka in person because the tag, attached to the garment, stated that the parka was water resistant, not waterproof. Later in the day, hours after leaving the store and the area, I decided to google the parka and every website, including the Fjallraven website, stated that it was in fact waterproof.I called to inquire about the waterproofness of the garment, and to find a way to buy the parka, and was informed by the store associate that it was in fact waterproof. After being told that I would not be able to find the same price in NYC I asked if I could purchase over the phone or online and have it shipped to me, to which the answer was no. The associate was not pleasant, and offered no recommendations to try and help solve the problem.I will not be returning to this store, or any of its other locations or website, based on the fact they cannot label the clothes correctly. I have no faith that what I could buy will be marked properly and have the characteristics I am looking for.

First time ever trying this company. Returns can only be given in store credit, which sucks when youre not a local. Hopefully the quality will make up for it.

Amazingly friendly and accommodating staff. Prices are what they are for a very high quality product... branch manager well versed in the art of old school customer service, great experience and left feeling very taken care of

Nice store good staff

The store was nice, but the staff there was really rude and condescending. They acted like we were poor and were sort of looking down at us the entire time. I don’t think it was racial, but nonetheless, they were rude. It’s funny because some friends who stopped by afterward told us that the staff were nice to them. Perhaps the boss was nearby?

Always find something. For relentless Northern New England winters, this is tops for rugged arctic wear. Hiking clothing is plentiful; layering-type clothing too. Lots of matching items. Worth the climb to the 2nd floor. Very good selection (usually/so far). Clearance or sample prices are excellent, when available.

Someone else posted that you should walk straight past Patagonia and the others and come straight here. I should have listened. Some great prices. There were some backpacks marked down... Mostly old styles/colors. The clearance racks were fabulous ... Great discounts. I ended up returning a lot of my Patagonia purchases- I dont understand why they are referred to as an outlet. This fjallraven store is a genuine outlet.

Its Fjallraven items at discounted prices. The employees were also wonderfully pleasant, especially with the surge in holiday shopping. From clothing to accessories, youll find everything that youd possibly want from Fjallraven in the space.

This place has amazing gear and really good prices. Megan really provide a good service while I was there. She even shipped all my stuff back home for me for free. I look forward to my next shopping trip to this store!

Walk right by Patagonia and North face. Buy a coat here. Highest quality around guaranteed. Really good stuff if your an outdoors person.

Was surprised to find this gem today. Even, the super helpful Manager explained to me all the responsible manufacturing processes the company uses and the products fit right into my ethical shopping requirements. I went it to buy winter weather gear for my husband but ended up buying for the whole family. Glad to have you guys in Freeport!

Received some deep discounts on a primus cook stove for backpacking and a nice pair of pants I expect to last years. Thanks to the helpful staff for pointing out what I should be looking for in the store. Helpful and friendly

So impressed with my winter jacket I got. Such great quality and incredibly warm.

Love the brand and I hope to see more of it in outlets. Unfortunately they dont offer discounts on their bookbags (their most popular items) but i hope that will change in the near future.

Pretty good selection of fjallraven gear, some on markdown. But unless youre later than a medium good luck finding stuff

Great selection, but not sure how this is really an outlet when the prices are still so high. Jackets still run in the 300s when they dont even have a real fur hood! Outrageous prices for jackets that arent really that stylish and arent really that comfortable.

This place is really expensive but the quality of the gear is the kind of stuff thats meant to last a lifetime and really classic, lovely stuff. Staff are super helpful too.
