I dont do rates but this pharmacy i think they dont know billing, when a newborn has medicaid only they have to bill it to medicaid bc the baby dont have a secondary insurance yet until you call your carrier and tell them that the baby is born, they so dumb i have 6 yrs of billing and they think i was dumb about it . Please be more careful and call insurance before paying anything .
Trying to pick up a prescription at the drive thru is a nightmare. Waited half an hour behind another car before I gave up and left empty-handed
The waiting time at the Drive Thru Pharmacy is terrible, Ive been in line for 30 minutes and I still have a lot more waiting time waoooo.
Fills my rare script wen I called literally 15 Walgreens and wouldnt even order it. Would tell me ask doc for diff med.
Store is clean and organized and staff is pleasant and willing to assist.
The pharmacy cashiers take every customer instead of directing those without prescriptions to the front cashiers giving priority to those in need of medications. After waiting for about 15 minutes on the line between 3 customers picking up prescriptions and one without who disputed prices to the point of calling the manager to clarify, I felt my blood pressure raising up and quit waiting. Hopefully Ill be luckier next time.
Great place, I get all my prescriptions filled here. Staff is ok for the most part. Sometimes the line for picking up can be a bear. I wish they would make customers without any prescription go to the front of the store to pay.
I was waiting for about 15 minutes too speak to the pharmacist to ask her a quesition she said shell be right there but never came too answer my question. I think this was very rude . S I had too go to the cvs in atlantic ave and they answered my question there.
Yesterday, I filled a prescription for amoxicillin for my daughter. Before giving her the medicine, I attempted to shake it up first. Apparently, the bottle had not been closed correctly by the pharmacist, and the medicine went flying everywhere. I called CVS to let them know what happened so I could have the meds replaced, and they told me to call ER Urgent care, who gave me the prescription, and tell them to send another prescription over. Well, from 6:30 to 8:00 I kept calling back and forth to both places. I found the pharmacist at CVS to be most insensitive and unhelpful. The urgent care doctor was unhelpful as well. I was told that he resent the prescription to CVS and refused to send it again after CVS claimed not to receive it! They just kept me waiting around and I never got the medicine replaced. CVS and ER Urgent Care both suck! Seriously considering going back to Walgreens for here on.
Staff helpful and friendly. Denise was excellent.
I can find things that I need staff very helpful and friendly I just love shopping there and the rewards that YOU save you just cant beat it
Last part went good but not the first.
Such a convenient location. Good selection of products and overall good place.
The pharmacy is the worst I have ever had to deal with. Actively unhelpful, and likely an active danger to anyone on life dependant medication. I live next door, & still never use the pharmacy anymore. I have few complaints about the store section-save that often sale items ring up regular price.
Good selection but often a long wait due to too few registers being open.
I went there today to get slippers for my father who just had surgery, even though it is so hot outside,in the middle of summer, the gentleman who works there was nice enough to go to the back and and look for a pair from the winter time.Very helpful!!!!Thank You!
Love cvs they always have everything i need!
What ever happened to customer service. Not a word is ever mentioned no welcome, thanks, f you nothing. Horrible store
They always asked for the cvs card but they not give the sale price they give to you, the regular price
Clean and staff is helpful.
Great experience
Fatal 35 minute wait !!!
