The entire staff at Awender audiology were professional, prompt and focused on my needs. Dr. Awender gave me several choices to enhance my hearing, and went above and beyond by allowing me to test systems to best meet my hearing loss . It was a wonderful experience from a professional staff.

Dr. Awender and her staff are fantastic. I needed hearing aids but I kept putting it of I did not want the inconvenience. Boy was I wrong.I am a very technology driven business user of tablets, smart watch,, cel phone and computers. She helped me pick the brand and model that worked best with my android platform. I cant believe how great they are for my hearing loss. But there even better for convenience and productivity. I can attach up to 8 Bluetooth devices to them. I can stream and listen to tv and answer the phone with just a tap of my ear. There unbelievable for zoom meetings, you tube, training videos, net flicks and music. One of the great features is you are not disturbing anyone around you with the noise. I recommend Carolyn Awender and her staff110% !

My client had an appointment at Awender Audiology and I was amazed at the level of service. The staff is very knowledgable and professional. The office is located right off the main entrance, so it was easy for my client (who uses a walker) to get to. I will personally use Awender Audiology personally from now on.

They were very caring and courteous. They never pressured you into buying anything. They showed you the differences in the hearing aids by loaning you a pair for a week and then letting you try another pair for s week and do on so you could personally see the difference in each model. The testing was easy and quick with a printout showing your hearing loss if any. Prices were probably about the same as others. Dr. Awender and her assistant doctor were very easy and friendly to talk to. Would recommend giving them a try if youre in need of this service.
