Courteous, highly professional service. I appreciated the advance call, giving accurate, easy-to-follow driving directions. The office was clean, and roomy enough to maintain social distance, even if the office were busy. Masks were always worn by the staff and are required to be worn on the premises. My examination was quick, (about 30 minutes) but thorough, and all necessary sanitation precautions were maintained.My test results were evaluated and explained clearly to me, and the technician made sure that all my questions were answered to my satisfaction. Surprisingly, all this was FREE as advertised.If you have any concerns about your hearing, I highly recommend HearingLife in Freeport, Illinois.

Appointment was very efficient. Hearing Aids cleaned in no time. Staff was very friendly and willing to help however they could. Plus the gift bag was a nice bonus.

Receptionists are friendly and helpful. Dr is knowledgeable and helpful. He does not talk over your head. I recommend Hearing Life to anyone who believes they have a hearing problem.

We were confused; should we go to the door, which is locked, or go to the drive through? The only other car that was there was parked in front, so we parked in front to see if the door was locked. As I was walking to the door, Jon came out and helped the other man. We told him what we wanted and he went back in to get to cups for hearing aids. He came out very quickly with our cleaned hearing aids. Very impressed. And we were all wearing masks.

My own experience at this place we happened to be responding to a service call. Upon arrival at the site the provider Celina Benson denied our request for the services requested. Asking for an alternate provider stating my previous visit is sloppy. In my response shes not the HR and even though she might have the right to pick who she wants around her and who not shes not a technical recruiter. Im very sure shes well educated and does understand where her responsibilities end. She is unaware of our Scope of Work and Barely calling my work sloppy is not healthy. Im sure she dont discriminate at her customers, i could also be a potential customer in a white robe!!
