There is nothing worse than walking into a liquor store and the person at the front is quiet, doesn’t greet you, makes you feel uncomfortable and you have questions but can’t find anybody. I come here because they always know what to suggest depending on the event, always greet me with a smile, and are always willing to go the extra mile to help! They have so much to choose from and it’s my go to spot 😎 thank you!!

False advertising competitor coupons are not accepted. I was told the price was too low, and they will not honor it. Also I was told Id receive a discount next time but it was highly unlikely and I never returned

This is a great store! Staff has always been extremely helpful and polite. I have been doing delivery since Covid and it is always correct and prompt. Lovely people. I highly recommend Freeport liquor warehouse.

I would like to give this place 1 star, the customer service is lacking. I have been a rewards member, but do not plan on returning.The gentleman at the checkout was dismissive and impatient when my transaction would not go through at first.Customers should never ever be talked to in a way that makes them uncomfortable.

It is my go-to place to get my liquor. As soon as you walk through the door the staff ask you is there anything they can do to help. And I think their prices there are very good. I would definitely recommend it.

Under these circumstances I have found Liquor Warehouse to be so helpful, accommodating, and genuine. Their prices are great, service phenomenal, I highly recommend using them. Support such a nice establishment!

Always great service thumbs up

I went there last friday 1/17/2020 around 9:30pm. As soon as I entered I was greeted with a rude What are you looking for? I responded tequila, he pointed to the back wall. I wanted to look at the selection because I love wine and rum as well and wouldve bought more if he didnt blatantly follow me around the store. This man did not offer assistance to me at all but made sure that he always had eyes on me. Once I grabbed my bottle I realized he followed us to the cashier. While checking out with a different store rep this man still had his eyes on me. Another customer walked in, he wasnt questioned or followed. Honestly I will never go back. It was an uncomfortable feeling and wasnt warranted. With such obvious bias, he should not be in the customer service industry. Bias training should definitely be in his future. Either way I will never visit this establishment again.

They are a bit pricey (contrary to name) but they always seem to have what u want. We are out of towners and come to long island to visit family once a yr. Second yr coming here and it sidnt disappoint.

When we are in New York and need top of the list wine or rare whiskey, we go to Liquor warehouse of Freport. Selection is spectacular, salespeople are extremely knowledgable and friendly, which makes it a very pleasant experience overall. Highly recommend!!
