This shop turned a horrible experience into a less traumatic one. In my office parking lot the catalytic converter on my car was stolen. My insurance recommended this shop. The entire process was seamless. I had AAA tow me into the shops lot late at night - there was a drop off box for my keys with check in paperwork. The following day the shop contacted me and let me know what was needed from me - additional signatures. From that moment they kept me up to date with text messages. The person assigned to my case was friendly and professional. I was notified via text when my car was ready and when it was ready. I stopped by, picked up my keys, and I was off again. Highly recommend this shop.

Not only did they educate me on what needed to be done to my car but how they were going to do it. The most impressive part is that they did what they said they were going to do. With no complications. They walked the walk and talked the talk. My estimator Jesse was the most knowledgeable. Made me feel like what I was paying the insurance company was well worth it.

I am beyond satisfied with this place. I took in my vehicle on Thursday and met up with Jon to inspect my vehicle. Two obvious issues were not taken care of ... yet. 1. Radio has very poor reception as if the antenna is disconnected. 2. Third row left seat back will not go all the way down. (See photo)

Great customer service!

I dislocated the plastic front bumper cover on a fairly new Dodge 1500. I took it in to shop to get an estimate and to see what they could do with it. We discussed several different issues and ways to go forward and ended with them taking a look at in the shop. While looking at it they managed to remove the bumper flashing and re-install it so that it looks almost new. They walked me though what they did and gave me a list of suggested repairs/replacements (it is plastic after all). They were very professional, they are nice to work with, and because of this experience I will most likely go to them when i have something more substantial to repair.

They went above and beyond to help me. Someone keyed my car and their generosity and kindness helped so much and made me feel so much better after feeling so violated. In this crazy time to have someone be kind and helpful is so rare right now. They even buffed out my headlight just because they noticed it needed it. In and out in two hours and no adding things on or charging crazy prices, which is something I’ve had happen to me many times when getting my car worked on. I’m so grateful for today and they have 100% gained a lifetime customer! Shout out to David for being awesome.

We have a work vehicle that we left overnight in Stockton. Well, instead of simply trying to break through the window, the genius BLOW TORCHED THE HANDLE OFF to try and break in. I wish I was making that up.So we brought the vehicle back to Fresno. Caliber was my first call because Im aware that the company exists (I suppose I could google body shops Fresno but I skipped a step - yay me!)Caliber got the door and window replaced (yeah, the crook broke the window trying to pick the lock after they torched the handle. Like I said - genius), and even coordinated with our sign guy to get the store-related decals replaced.Our service rep was Jon, and he was great. Communicated thoroughly, quick to respond to any call or email - he saw it through to the end. So extra thanks to Jon.Oh, and also extra thanks to the gals up front who pop the popcorn. Snacks are always a bonus. And popcorn is the king of snacks.I hope I never have to use Caliber again - but if I need to, I certainly will!

I rarely have positive auto shop experiences, there always seems to be someone overselling and underdelivering. BUT I recently needed help with a claim and was connected to a man named Robert at this Caliber location; he was a great listener and clearly explained how the claims process works. And better yet, everything actually transpired the way he said it would. If you need efficiency, ask for Robert.

I would never do business with Caliber Collision again they told me going to be ready first thing in the morning theyve been telling me a week the same thing going to be ready first thing in the morning my AC went out the next day and they didnt put my car back together write is was missing a couple of plastic part I had to take it back again in the morning 😡

I was shopping at the target near auto center and when i returned to my car i noticed someone had backed into it and did not leave any insurance information. Since i am not familiar with the area or these types of situations i quickly turned to google and searched near by body shops. I found caliber was closest to me and has great reviews listed on google. It was a few minutes past closing time but i was still able to get in contact with Jon. I explained my current situation and was just looking for directions on how to handle this situation. He was able to get one of the techs to help fasten the bumper to the fender to keep it from causing anymore damage. I will be recommending my friends and family to the auto center location.

I would truly never take a vehicle here again they damaged my vehicle and provided some pretty sloppy repair work. The F act that they lied about my alignment and frame specs is beyond bad customer service. My vehicle is in another shop being fixed thanks to this business I will most likely end up having to file an additional claim for damages with my insurance. I have clear proof of bad specs yet the shop denies there being anything wrong still. They then refused to release my vehicle to be towed to a new shop because I wouldnt sighn a release of liability that they called a final bill. Sorry but if you damage my vehicle I pay you, my insurance pays you, and then you think you can hold the vehicle to force me to sign a release of liability you really should not be in business. !!! If you value your safety go else where with your vehicle .

The experience was so good I almost want to crash another car and go through it all over again! Well, not really but you get the picture.

Walked in had a short wait for the adjuster he made his notes took about 10 minutes to make a quote explained everything and hopefully the parts will be in by the end of the week probably Monday they will call when they are in and I was out the door painless.
