Besides the outstanding job they did on my GMC Sierra, (which was super quick)…they all kept in contact with me. Very professional including the technician that I’m assuming performed the work on my vehicle. The ladies at the front were amazing always keeping me updated. Had two vehicles repaired at this facility. They really do great work but I had a few minor details that needed attention. My first vehicle had a few little discrepancies but they took care of them without any hassle.... just had to drop the vehicle off a second time for them to address. Second vehicle came out great but wish that they would wash the car before returning it to customers. Its a small detail but after not having your car for several weeks, itd be nice to pick it up ready to go. Both my vehicles needed to be washed when picked up. Overall, highly recommended fix auto body. They do great work and keep you informed of your vehicle status.

Fresno Body Works on Sierra did an excellent job in repairing my vehicle. They used genuine auto parts to replace my rear bumper. They did a wonderful job matching the paint as well. My car was repaired earlier than expected and I received constant communication throughout the repair process. Their staff is knowledgeable and courteous. My dealership recommended them as well.

Fresno Body works was wonderful! I got in a fender bender and needed some car repairs as a result. The staff was super friendly and informative. They got all my repairs done very quickly as when I got my car back it looked new! They did an amazing job! I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out! They really have done a wonderful job. I’ll be back if I need any future repairs (hopefully not due to another car accident).

Ive had several vehicles repaired over the years and have never encountered better and timely communication. I never had to check on my vehicle. David reached out almost daily with updates. I knew what was going on every step of the way. Professional, courteous, clean shop. When car was delivered it was immaculate. Work was outstanding. 2010 vehicle looked absolute brand new. Will never take a repair any place but here.

Worst experience ever....they only care about getting their payment from insurance companies. Very misleading information. Went by their good reviews but completely regretted.

It’s a family owned business starting off from their father and then to the children that has been around a long time. They do good work and they have good people working for them.I would’ve given them five stars but there were several smudges on the car that I had to rub off when I got my car home. You had my car a month for a 2 week job. I had to come back twice to sign the estimate which changed several times anyway. No updates in the beginning. When I picked up my car I was promised a gift card for my extreme patience. I’m still waiting.

Extremely easy process. I was a 3rd party and was referred here by the Insurance Company. While it was minor damage, the completed work was excellent. The amount of time with paper work was minimal. I am a retired Claims Person and know first hand the problems associated with this process. There were none here.

Fresno Body Works Ross recommended by the dealer dealership and insurance company to have the car fixed after an accident. The facility is easy to spot from the car and it is off a good size. The interior is nice and clean and the people were very polite and helpful. Were in there to get an estimate for the repairs and the estimator was very friendly and give us all the information that we needed and set up an appointment at a later date after he brought the parts from the dealership.

I had a great experience with Fresno body works north. They did body and paint work on my lower door, cab, and bed as well as subbed out some major suspension, axle, and alignment work.They turned it around in a reasonable amount of time and did a pretty good job of keeping me in the loop.

Horrible experience, I got in an accident and needed my driver side door fixed, thats all. 2 months later (yes, 2 months later) I get my car and find out seats are switched out with old ones. Thank goodness I take videos and pictures of everything. Now, im going on 2 days waiting to see what they do with my black leather seats, since they look absolutely nothing like the ones I left with them 2 months ago. And hopefully thats all they decided to be shady about. Ill find out when we look more into it. I Do Not recommend This place. We come to people & trust their work, when something like this happens, All bad for them.

I took my wifes 2011 Chevy Equinox there for a collision bumper repair. They are easy to work with but after she got home from picking it up her key would not come out of the ignition and we noticed several other electronic failures. I took the car back for them to check it out and they fixed it within an hour while I waited. Then they apologized to me about the inconvenience and accepted complete responsibility for the issue. It was resolved and I left very happy. I am very impressed with their customer service. The guy that assisted me was amazing I highly recommend them.
