After attempting twice to install the tint on the rear window of the new Prius prime, I called around Fresno and asked for help. Mauricio said to come by and his guy Daniel would try his best.The tint came out perfect! No contamination or creases like on my attempts.Super happy and would recommend this place to anyone!

Very dissatisfied with my experience here. They do not do the full job required and the customer service is not good. He put in a stereo after taking my car to Super Tint and before my car didnt have an issue at all. After he had input the stereo the SRS red circle pops up and he denied service to fix it. He told me to get a quote from the dealership and said he wouldnt reimburse and he didn’t know how to fix it. This is obviously not the way customers should be treated and he didn’t keep his word. Then he told me to go outside by my car and stop taking to him, because he knew he was wrong. Refused to fix my car after I had paid and he left it in worse condition then i found.

I had a viper remote start installed in my Mustang. Since then I’ve had multiple issues!1: I have remote start that doesn’t stay on longer than two minutes and when it was installed I was told it would stay on for 12 minutes.2: The remote start will start my engine and just cycle starting the engine but would never turn over. I was afraid that was going to ruin my engine. So then I took my car in for the second time and told them I wanted to remove the remote start because there were too many issues and I don’t want my car to break.They fixed the issue and guess what? 1 week later?😡 All within only three months of having this install.#3 issue Is my remote start doesn’t work at all. My blue light on my Viper signal is not Blinking and my remote doesn’t work for anything, completely dead.I’ve been trying to call and I keep getting sent to a voicemail box that’s not set up. I live in a different city and it is not great that I keep having to drive back for something that should have never broke. VERY UNHAPPY AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

I purchased my car in August 2013 and took it down to get the windows tinted the 5%. I was pleased with them. The tint was super dark and with time I thought my eyes were adjusting to the darkness. I added a sticker to the back of my window almost immediately and about a year and a half later decided I did not want the sticker on there anymore. When I took the sticker off, it was dark where the sticker was and extremely light where the sticker wasnt. The tint had faded dramatically. I took my car back to them and their tinter said the tint they had used in the past was faulty and now they work with a better one. I asked him if the tint was bad and he said yes, but now they add aluminum to the tint. I showed it to the co-owner and he said he would call me. I called Super Tint a few days later and spoke to the co-owner and he said he would need to speak with his partner regarding what to do. He let me know it might be a while since his business partner is in Spain. I called back a few days later and he quoted me $75. I told him I refuse to pay for another tint since they used faulty tint and it didnt even last a year. He said he would get back to me. I called him a few days later and he quoted me $50. Again I told him absolutely not. He said he would get back to me. Again, a few days later I called him and he said $45. I told him he must not understand, he sold me bad tint and now he expects me to pay to replace it. This went on for several months and a different amount each time. FINALLY he said he would do it for free. Since August 6, 2016 I have been trying to get them to complete the work. At one point the co-owner tried doing it and there were TONS of bubbles in it; he said he didnt have time to clean the windows from the previous tint. Another time there was soapy water in my trunk (see picture); luckily I had Clawson Honda put a rubber lining in my trunk when I purchased it. OF COURSE THE OWNER DENIED ANY RESPONSIBILITY! I only noticed it when I went to Costco and was about to put my groceries in the trunk. I have taken my car back to them at least 10 times and about 6 times to have the tint replaced since it is always scratched or has bubbles. A couple of times I have brought my car in as scheduled to have it repaired to be informed at the end of the day, the tinters didnt come in since their cars are unreliable. I am scheduled to go back in AGAIN on New Years EVE. The co-owner TOLD me I need to go on Yelp and give Super Tint a good review, because they only take care of those that take care of them. Seriously, was that a threat?? Sad when you can only get good reviews by threatening your customers! If it is not done correctly this time, I will see them in court. I am so DONE messing around with this! Also, BEWARE the 5% tint is not as dark as advertised.

I had a great experience fixing a stereo install I tried to tackle myself. The staff was knowledgable and the owner appreciative, unlike the shop I used previously. Im going here from now on.

I bought a sound system for a great price came with warranty. A couple months later I had an issue with the stereo system not working. I came into the shop and they took care of the problem which was a 2 fuses that were blown. The owner took care of the issue! Excellent customer service!

This is my 2nd Time coming back to Super Tint and Mauriceo always hooks me up. First time I came in I got a 20inch flip down tv for my Toyota Sienna and the thing is amazing. Two bit garbage installer of Alarms. They had to redo my alarm twice still doesnt work some little indegenous kids installing stereos and alarms. My bad should paid for pro install. Now Im screwed out of time and an good solid alarm. Avoid if you think your time worth more than what they rob from you.Thanks for nothing

A huge rip off. On the phone he quoted me 125 to tint my windows, when he finished i paid 238, just for the tint!!!!! There were bubbles in the tint. Additional he scratched up my hood, and scuffed my paint!!!! He also said it would take about 1 hour and I had an appointment... I waited 4 hours!!!!!!! moreover i asked for a quote on a sound system (before i knew he work quality), he quoted me $1200... i did some research later on and the parts he wanted to install are all valued at $260.....

It was open earlier on the weekend than any other car audio / alarm places. They immediately started to work on my alarm issue. Some hidden problem was uncovered and they treated that as well. Nice guys

These people seem like these are lazy . I took my 2015 mustang to get my windows tinted and they left stains under the tint and my left window with a lot of bubbles. Don’t trust these reviews they don’t do a good job and will make you walk to pick up you’re car. They made things awkward and made me pay $20 more then what they told me before I gave them my keys.

They installed everything okay, but I didn’t like that they didn’t even tune my amp, I took a picture of how it was before I gave it to them and after and it was the exact same tuning. I purposely left it untuned and they didn’t even tune it for me. I’m going to another shop for that I can’t even trust them doing it now.

When I came home my tire went flat. There was a peice of razor blade stuck in tire tred. When I spoke to owner he said they dont use razor blades. He also sent me a picture of his high tech machinery. The picture showed tools with razor blades on desk, proving him to be a liar. He insisted it did not happen at his shop I am not going to pay it did not happen here his words exactly.... I drove straight home and realized my tire was flat only 2 hours later! :( 100$ for a new tire! I should have known better his eyes were blood shot red and he was walking into bar next to his shop first day I met him at 2:30 In The afternoon. Quality of tint was mediocre. I dont recommend this establishment.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I made an appointment to tint my car windows at 12 and at 6 (they close at 6) they give me back my car. The only reason they even acknowledged how long I had waited for was because I went to the manager to complain complain after 4 hours of waiting there. That was when he told me he was missing employees and that I could bring my car again later. He never apologized for the inconvenience if anything he seemed bothered that I was bothering from cursing someone on the phone. Horrible horrible horrible business. Do not recommend to anyone. Please save your time and money and go some place else.

Super Tint installed a Viper alarm in my vehicle. It took 4 hours when they said it would take 2 to 2.5 hours. They left a blood stain on my head liner. Im not impressed.
