Heard about this place from friends. Didn’t disappoint! It was actually closed but we wanted to see where it was located. They were open because of a fund raiser and let us buy a few things anyway. Owner was super friendly and helpful. Love knowing this is close to home. Will definitely be back!

So far I have tried their jalapeno cheddar and swiss sausage and I really love it highly recommend these guys.

Friendly service, and truly delicious sausages — so many different recipes including Swiss, jalapeño cheddar, Italian, and many more — not to mention the best quality meats around! Highly, highly recommend!

The Swiss sausage ( Wurst ) is some of the best I have had. Being a German I am extremely picky and these sausages definitely are amazing. The Bratwurst is also terrific and I make Currywurst using these sausages. Definitely a great butcher.

IMHO very best sausages in the area.
