Some of these people need to calm down because this company helped me choose good products, yes they are very busy which is why its good to give them a week or 2 to get stuff there and a time for installation! It worked out great they even gave me some stickers! 👍Got the rims swapped to my tires and step bar installed took 3 hours. 🤙Thanks guys!

Ordered tires on 3/23. Asked several times for an ETA. Its 4/18 and still waiting for an answer. I understand it takes time to get some tires in but at least provide an update. I called other places and they have the tires I am ordering in stock. Had some other work done. What was to take 2-3 hours to do ended up taking almost 10 hrs. I made arrangements to wait since I was from out of town, really sucked to wait that long there. They did do an excellent job on the work so at least it was done right... The longer the tires take the more frustrated I am becoming and contemplating using them in the future. Will provide an update when the time comes.Update: got a call that the tires are in on 4/20/21. Said it would be 2 more weeks before they could install since I could only do Saturdays because of work. Called me in to get done a week early, super happy about that. Took only as long as they said so pleased with that. Overall Im happy with the work they did.

Went in to get some quotes on some work that I wanted to do on my Chevy Silverado 1500, the person was knowledgeable and outgoing and gave me some good advice on how to proceed, I was very impressed of how they helped me. Prices were reasonable as well.

Very nice place. Looks like they have anything you would want for aftermarket custom parts and they do the labor there also. Very helpful!

A great place to get bling and farkles for your off-road rig staff was super friendly and to the point.

They installed my directional tires inside out. I took it in to get it fix again at no charge. However, this time they didn’t even tighten down the nuts on my spare tire. I was on the highway and my spare tire started to wobble. When I check my spare tire, the nuts came off with a couple hand twist. It could’ve cause an accident. At the end of the day, check everything before you leave the shop.

Rene was very informative and helpful answered all my questions, fo my Toyota lift and tires

This store has terrible customer service. We order from online and had ship to store and they took a month and a half to let us know the tires were in store. We asked to cancel the order and they wanted us to pay a restocking fee 15% the customer service agent Paul answered the call first and told me he would check on the fee and put me on hold for about 5 min. When I was then hung up on. After I called back I get the customer service agent Rene who try’s to argue with me about my order and asked why I didn’t try to cancel sooner. He kept giving me the run around. This place has terrible customer service and I would never recommend this place. And I will never shop here again.

I want to this store Nd the guy that help me got the model wrong idk how he did that wen I told him jeep Cherokee 1999 he thought I said wrangler lol how doe does Cherokee sound like wrangler lol Nd I needed thim for this Sunday now I’m stuck with no spacers I needed to lift the front of my jeep for the tire won’t hit bad experience 👎🏼

Honestly couldnt even get through. I just had a single question of if they carried something in stock but instead spent 30min on hold after calling several times and just immediately getting put on hold instead of atleast checking what I needed first.

For specialized retail like they carry, it is more than good enough. Stock in hand and a gigantic database of parts and pieces still has a place in the physical world.

These guys always treated me with respect even though I was a kid when i started building my jeep, from stock to 40s these guys always took care of me, big thanks to Renee and the entire 4WP crew.

Great service, I called in before I went to see if they carried a truck tent. Unfortunately they didnt carry the one wanted but they were able to order. It arrived in about 3 days which I thought was extremely fast. They also offer an extended warranty on some of the items they sell which I think it great.

This place is a joke. They tell you what you want to hear on the phone to get you in the store. Then you order parts, say theyre in and theyre not. Never call you when they actually are in. Cant mount tires for 2 weeks after spending 3 grand. All that then you get in the store where customers are waiting in line for far too long just to here employees giggling in the back room. Not cool.

These guys are too busy to help anybody who actually walks in the store. I was there to spend thousands of dollars for one of our business work trucks and after waiting almost 30 min first in line at the counter, the clerk took 5 more phone calls before telling me they couldnt help me because our vehicle was too new to find parts for. Waste of time just to deal with arrogant clerks. Ill never even consider giving them business in the future, they dont want it and obviously need it!

Has the worst customer service I have ever seen im just here to pick up some hubcaps and been standing here for 20 mind not being helped and they have answered and put people on hold about 4 times and then never even pick the phone back up this is unacceptable and this store needs new employees all the way around or they all need an attitude adjustment.

Best group of guys to help with 4x4 parts and installation. Anybody can order parts, but these guys know their stuff and know how it all goes together. Mike, Kevin, Patrick, Rene, and Chris have all helped me build my rigs over the years. Its super cool to have guys working there for so many years. Prices are always the best, but its the service and knowledge that keeps me coming back. Everybody knows mike is the man!

Tried to make an appointment to get a part installed they said theyll call me back 3 weeks later I get the call. Said we could wait in the lobby while they did the install that it shouldnt take 45 minutes when we got there they told us we couldnt wait there so we had to walk somewhere till they called us since were from out of town we had to find somewhere to go for +3 hours so far and we still havent gotten a call back I tried calling but have been on hold for 30 minutes so far

Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Everybody there asked if I needed help even though I was just there to look. I ended up having a few questions and they were all taken care of extremely quickly. When Im ready to make my purchase I will certainly me back these guys are great.

They had what I needed and it wasn’t over priced. I also had my truck lifted here and they do solid work! No complaints.

Really helpful staff, knowledgeable about what they sell and 4x4 in general.maybe a little pricey but the install and warranty everything they sell. Dont know if this is the best shop around but they are far from the worst. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to modify thier 4x4

Good tire prices online, but your better off having them mounted somewhere else that can road force or dynamically balance tires. I would strongly suggest doing business somewhere else . Besides cheap online tire prices my experience with this company has been awful.

Parts boxes opened.Sales guy didnt even offer to tape shut. And missing correct mounting hardware. Sales team was just ok. I might not be back. Oh except to go get the correct hardware.

I think an alignment for $ 172.99 for a 13 chevy crew cab is absolutely out the ball park. You can only align the front.. Everywhere else I called was at least$75.00 less.. And they never have parts you need.. much cheaper if you order yourself and wait..

They dont know near as much! I left my jeep there for a week for a shifter to transmission bushing. They put on the wrong part and didnt know what the right one was. Terrible customer service too. Takes forever to get help or speak to someone on the phone.

Everyone I have dealt with at the Fresno 4 Wheel Parts store has been awesome. I dont know if I have ever dealt with a retailer that treated me better. The manager Mike is a super guy.

Very poor customer service, ordered my parts on a Thursday to get pick him up Friday for some reason had to wait till Monday and went to go pick up my parts on that day they gave me the wrong parts...not very good at doing there job in the front parts department

So disappointed. Was looking for a pop up tent and found one on 4WP website of all places. I bout it and it said my item was immediately ready for pick up. So I go to get my tent today and am told it will be ready for pick up next week. What a joke.
