Very disappointed in my first experience with AVSSept 3rd ordered was place before opening, on sept 7the due to the 3 day weekend my order was moved to awaiting shipment. On sept 13th I reached out for a status update. I was told someone would call me back. On sept 14th I called again was told again someone would call me back, this time was told Carlos would call, again no call. On sept 14th I waited till late afternoon to give them a chance. I called and got a hold of Carlos this time. He told me he never heard anything about my order before that moment. I asked a status on my order and was told it hadn’t shipped because a close out item was no longer available (that item is still posted on the website as this is being typed) Carlos agreed to upgrade my order to the better version at no extra charge (have yet to receive the order to confirm this) I explained to Carlos no one reached out to me to tell me there was an issue over an entire work week and I needed 2 items from the order before Saturday. Carlos insured me he would over night everything in the order except one item (60lb item) he mentioned those would be shipped ground which is understandable due to shipping cost. He insured me he would get them shipped out immediately and would send me an email personally to advise me it was taken care of (items were shipped but email did not come) I pulled up my order and noticed there was only one tracking number received which was chosen as UPS ground. So I found a invoice sent from Carlos to my email during my original order and asked for an update on the tracking info explaining to him items were shipped ground and if he could advise me if the other items were over nighted. His response “this is the info that was given to me” not once did he even acknowledge my concern.I chose AVS because my original shop fromMy last build was closed up during Covid and I wanted to find a new reliable shop and there prices were competitive. Unfortunately AVS after being a reputable shop for so many years just wasn’t the answer in this experience, I posted on my Facebook before leaving a review hoping someone would reach out and resolve my issue but after 3 days with no prevail I decided leaving a review was necessary.Changed my review from a 2 star to a 4 star because Kevin Avss Sales Manager reached out to me after my expirence and Righted the ship. Avs is helpful if you get the right peoples help.

This shop is great for your custom car needs. But . .. the listing for AVS on Google Maps says in-store showroom is open for shopping with a green check mark next to it. But when I got there, there was caution tape across the front doors with signs saying that the showroom is closed for in-person shopping. The news says on June 15th the entire state of CA is opening back up for in-person shopping everywhere, so I will just wait until then.

Just got a call from the shop thats doing my truck after this shop spoke incredibly highly of this place and I was against it but I trusted my shop no order this kevin guy gives them the run around day after day and now hes out for covid and it will be a few more weeks on top of the two of run around DONT ORDER FROM THEM THERE WILL BE MAJOR ISSUES!!! I Feel bad for the shop because they had nothing but good things to say no its blown up in their faces

These people were great.... with great products to bad they are moving to Texas.... go see them and get what you can before they go.

Great company great parts friendly staff

Bad customer service. Sold me a tailgate shave kit and rerouted me to a metal fab shop, I scheduled an appointment over the phone . When it was time to pick up my part and go to my appointment no one knew the address to the shop they left me waiting the number they gave me wouldnt answer anymore and no call back . I came from out of town to get service and they just wasted my time.

AVS is awesome, Ramzey there was great. I started my search for an air suspension kit for my car on their site and they had quality parts at great prices. I called them up because I live in Washington State and had some questions, spoke to Ramzey. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. I had called him a few times over a couple of days, as I kept coming up with questions and he was always gracious and made sure that he answered my questions.In the end, he got me a great deal and I cannot wait to get the kit I ordered and get it installed.I will add photos of the items, once I receive them and will post pics of the car before and after install.

I work in the auto industry at several shops and this is the best suspension place by far and Ill will never go else where . If anything is wrong with the parts theses guys will make it right i have never had any issues with the people or products . dont bother ordering off Amazon or any bs online site save the stress and anxiety and just go to AVS to get parts very well worth it trust me this is the place

Ive had a arc 9 switch box for 6 yrs and I had a toggle go bad . Called AVS talked wth Ramzey and he got me back up and going wth a new arc9 and he customized it so the wire was a extra 2 foot longer ... best price I could find wth super quick shipping ... did I mention that they make them wen you order .. Quality .. thank you Ramzey great customer service

This customer services is the worst! Upon arrival I had lots of requests for my 51 project. GORDON at AVS was sure that they would be able to do all of them . This process was about to take a fee months time . After a 8 months later none of the items installed at AVS had any functionality . The brake system the engine and transmission, and the air ride from Accuair were all partly installed. Very disappointing after 40,000.00 I will never refer any person here

I have never heard of the place or have been to the business. However, when this family owned business listens to the word of God what more can you ask for, but honest hard working Godly people.that wont take you for a ride, but they want you to enjoy your ride.May God Bless this business..

The shop look nice has cool stuff but if you dont want air suspension. Theres no point of going there i. Went there looking to spend some money but they said they dont want to do any custom work but air suspension right now. I dont know why they advertise they can do it all when they really cant.The gentlman told me that the owner said that if Im not going to spend money on air suspension they cant do any work for me at all HOW SAD...

So I hear this AVS place is the best place to go for lowering products... Lol... wrong!! There customer service department is terrible. Their scheduling department only has one person, so guess what, if shes out no scheduling no new business! What kind of company that wants to make money does this? I guess they do. Hopefully me being African American had nothing to do with this. Keep up the good work AVS 👍🏾

Long wait time for 1-2 parts and paying..

Customer service was just non-existent... there are plenty of other shops to visit that will actually listen to your needs and desires.
