I purchased an N7 from J&T for a 2004 Cayenne TT a couple of years ago. This review is long overdue. From the very beginning, Jeff has been quick and courteous with questions, concerns, etc... At one point (a year+ after my purchase decision) my N7 needed a major update on a Friday night before a Saturday morning vacation. Jeff connected late Friday, multiple times, to get me up and rolling. Seriously outstanding customer service. His attention and friendliness continues to this date. Id like to take this guy out for a beer.
I had selected the priority over night shipping, and it was going to cost me $154 dollars, and then they actually called me to tell me that that method would take three days because it was the next business day, and I placed my order on Friday and they didnt think the price was worth the wait. They then offered me a faster true next day shipping and saved me 40 bucks! I got my order exactly at the Saturday noon delivery estimate! Fantastic!I mean, who does that? Dynavin North America, thats who, and that is fantastic customer service!
These guys are great!! I purchased a new touch-screen unit for my 2004 330ci and it was a BIG job to install with GPS and Backup camera. They were there for me the entire time. I would email a photo with a question and they always came back with an answer in less than a day.
If I could give these guys, or at least Jeff, 6 stars, I would. I bought a BMW with a Dynavin N6 unit in it, which had display problems. I determined applying pressure to a certain spot induced the problem. I sought help from J&T, and rather than simply telling me to send it back and charge me, which was an option, Jeff helped me troubleshoot it, and I was able to fix it myself. Whats more, he was assisting me with messages on a Saturday and Sunday, though I had no right to expect it. Who does that? And on-shore to boot! Simply awesome!
So far, I have purchased 2 Navigation & back up camera systems from Jeff. One for for a 2003 Range Rover I gave my son, and the other was for a 2003 Audi A4 that I gave to my daughter. Both were Dynavin systems. Not only are the products excellent, but Jeff personally gave me telephone support to install them up here in Canada. I will always go to Jeff Bechtel and J&T from now on for any of the stuff he carries. 5 stars for amazing customer service and great products!
I would like to say that the customer service that Jeff gave to me was amazing. I reached out to him with issues I had with a unit that I didn’t even purchase through j&t. He was super responsive and walked me through all of the problems I had. The unit is now working flawlessly and I don’t think you can find a better value then the dynavin nav unit. The company is exactly what they say they are - family owned and operated. I spoke with Jeff before my purchase, and after my purchase to ask a few questions. He remembered right away who I was, and how I was using the product.On to the product: for 10-14 Ford Mustangs, this should be the defacto choice for radio installs. You get Android Auto/Apple CarPlay, OEM fit and finish, touchscreen navigation, touchscreen climate control, and fantastic amounts of options for configuration. The kit comes with everything you need to make it work.
I bought the N6-e9x model for my BMW. It was well worth the price! Customer service was great too! What else can you ask for?
I bought the N6 for my BMW a couple of months ago; however, Jeff, failed to mention that the N7 would be out soon. If Jeff had mentioned it, then I would undoubtedly have waited. This company is just interested in making a buck, not really considering exceptional customer service.
I picked up my Dynavin used not only did they search their warehouse for older compatible parts they supported me over the course of more than 20 messages and over 3 weeks as well as swapped out my incorrect purchases for only the cost of shipping and then when I found out my equipment was a different version not only did they find it in the warehouse they got me squared away as quick as possible even though it was my mistake
