I had to return an air mattress and was expecting a hassle even though I had a receipt. They took care of everything & were wonderfully nice. The manager even took the time to show me another option when I showed him the picture of my colored campfire. Very knowledgable and helpful.

Customer service at this location was great, they helped me find what I was looking for. They even let me open the package to check it out, the 4 star rating was because they didnt have my size and are limited on what they carry.

Good place to purchase sporting gear. Prices seemed to be reasonable and store is clean and carries a lot of merchandise.

Didnt have what I was looking for and they called security on me thinking I was stealing or whatever profiling me like crazy but of course I didnt steal anything and I paid for my stuff and left

Receive promotional online coupons and use them for specific items. During covid-19 restrictions, was able to walk in, ask an associate what I wanted, and they helped me find the item. In and out quickly, very good experience. Highly recommend!

Helpful people throughout the store

Had lots of things Id like to go back n get like their weighted blankets r so kool. I went for sum pepper spray for the stray dogs in my neighborhood that attack my dog as well as me whenever we go for a walk just in front of our house hopefully it will keep us from getting bit again. Only thing was the workers were following us really closely and at one point even told my friend to lower his mask which he did thats when they kicked him out told him 2 never go back he did Im not sure what that was all about but after that happened I also started feeling like I was being targeted, for what I dont know for sure I was allowed to purchase the spray n left thats when I saw n picked my friend up on the side of the road half way home.

Went shopping for walking shoes, didnt look at there mail flier until, yesterday. I would have missed a great sale if I had waited another half and hour. The sale people are nice, but on a holiday weekend sale, you need the staff to cover all the areas and help customers until you close. If you need any type of sports equipment Big 5 is your place to buy it from.

I took the guy behind the counter at his word and bought a rifle he said was new. Looking at the bolt when I got home, I found it had carbon on the face and body. Its the principle of the matter and I will no longer buy anything from that specific store again.

Well I ended up having to go to 2 different stores to accomplish my goal of exchanging a pair of shoes that the 1st store had ruined when my son purchased them, he didnt notice it until he got home and went to put them on. It was a minor issue and could have easily been remedied with another pair of laces that were cut when they removed the security tag, but the Kings canyon store would not do that and they didnt have another pair in the correct size. They did however call the Blackstone store to place a pair on hold for me there and that store was very friendly and helpful and didnt even make me walk to the back of the store, they handled everything right up front right quick. Thanks for your professionalism.

Best sport things

They have great special customer help and their good supportive reccommendations on all kind of shoes. I would like them to be supported by others that need the same services if not better. Than given to me and I am African American. Even their managers Are good and polite.

One of my favorite stores jst wish they would have people at the gun section I mean u see me standing there for like 10mins at least ask me if I need assistance

My first time at this location was to help my step son return some shoes he bought that were to small. The employees greeted us at the door and explained how to exchange the shoes. It took us a little while to get someone to go to the back and get the shoes in the right size but we got them and the employee at the front did the exchange even though the shoes we brought back had been worn a few times. The store was a little overstocked and hard to get around but they did have everything we needed and they took care of us.

You know they got pretty much anything sports related. You can use coupons/sales to save but its not crazy expensive. Shoes are always a good deal the only thing I think is pricey would be apparel but I wouldnt get any there so yeah I love it! Kids love going too so win/win right?

They had what I was looking for, camp pillow and friendly staff.

Decent selection, but only average prices. Friendly staff. If you need a seasonal item near the end of the season, they usually have something. More convenient than driving across town to larger chains.

I came to buy a life jacket and paddle for my kyack and the size that fit me was on display infront of the store between the glass a peg board (display wall) and I let the person know behind the counter and she was very help by calling the manager and even though it was a very tight access and he had to climb over and around stuff, then partially dismantle the display just to get to the life jack to see if it was even the right size. Fortunately it was. That was amazing costumer service the type thats hardly ever seen anymore anywhere. So in my opinion if you need or want any type of sports gear or shoes or clothes..... that store would be my first choice to go to because I know if they didnt have it they would do everything possible to get it for you and if they couldnt get it..... it probably could not be gotten anywhere. So thanks

Went to buy fidget spinners that were on sale. At first the sales person directed me to a different item. When I questioned them they were prompt to correct the situation and give me the right item at the advertised price. They were courteous and friendly.

Dirty floors, workers into each other not customers, no greeters, no help, and sloppy inventory. I would say its old outdated merchandise clean-up the place . NOTE: management if I walk in its 11am and Im avoiding( sticky dirty floors) with my shoes then its dirty, mop it or I moved a box and had a sneeze attack ( wipe down dust ) dont just visit worker to worker.

Really happy with the customer service. An employee there name Jason is really polite and very helpful. The store is well stock with many options.

Bought a new shotgun and the manager had a new electronic system they had to use for the paperwork and it was his first time using it so it took a while but not really his fault they didnt train him on it they just gave him printed instructions and said here ya go. But when all was said and done not a bad experience
