Needed tracking systems installed in a couple expensive vehicles. I shopped around and 559 was not the cheapest place (by far) but knew they were the most knowledgeable. By painful experience, I know it’s better to pay more for a quality service vs finding the cheapest place possible and gambling whether they’ll do the job right the first time. Don’t hesitate to lay down that money; a professional install is worth every penny.

559 did a fantastic job on installation of a brand new touchscreen radio, speakers, tweaters, and a kicker! The price was fair, NOT cheap, but fair and Sako gave the price upfront within 10 minutes. Friendly service and I left my car with them overnight. Overall, great business! After installation the system was really great, I had a small concern after having it a few days; however, I was able to bring it back to them at a convenient time for me and the issue was taken care free of charge. Go to 559 for all your audio needs!

Walked in randomly on a weekday and was greeted by Sako. Told him what I wanted to accomplish with my 2021 Tacoma. I only had done a little research of what I wanted. Sako was able to suggest me a better route for roughly about the same price of what I was planning to get. Sako gave me options and suggestions. Answered all of my questions and curiosities. We were able to build a whole system and priced within about 15mins.I purchased 2 tweeters, 2 front speakers, 2 back speakers, a subwoofer, 2 amps with a bass knob controller and tuner. All JL Audio brand. Also I wanted fast rings around my speakers and sound deadening for 4 of my doors.Every single component I got was the exact same as internet price. I was not charged for shipping fees at all!Everything was ordered and set ready for a phone call to set the actual date when all of the components came in. It was only a week later that I got a phone call from Sako that all my parts were in and asked what day I was able to bring my Tacoma in and it was going to be a 2 day turn around. I was able to set the appointment 2 days out.I brought my 2021 Tacoma first thing that morning at 9am of my appointment date. Left my car there that day and was able to get my truck completed by 3pm the next day!Im ecstatic with the finished product and I will be coming back for future vehicles and upgrades! Overpriced. Expect to pay over $400-$600 more than any other local store. They quoted me $600 more for the exact same stereo + install from their competition. I recommend checking other places and leaving this place as your last choice.

Went to get my LED lights fixed due to a bad job someone else had done. I was charged $400 and was never given a detailed receipt with the charges. They installed low quality LED headlights that were just as bad as what I previously had. They also removed the seals and overall did not even care to explain the alignment was never done. They also promised to help me get better headlights and never followed up. They may be good at stereos but clearly lighting is not their expertise. Would never recommend. Overpriced with low quality parts installed. I ended up buying my own headlights and paying a 3rd person to finally fix them.Reply: You took down my number and told me you would look at ordering the headlights but never followed up. Whomever installed the LED headlight bulbs also removed the rubber seal caps. I also was clear that I needed the headlights to work as that was my main concern due to a trip I had and needed good lighting for the road, something you failed to deliver.

Called to get a price on speaker bracket adapter for my vehicle. Was looking to get sooner than ordering online. Anyways I was told $40 for a pair. Wow what a markup on stereo parts! I’ll just get for $8.80 from Amazon.

Heard great things about this place so I decided to check them out on my way home. Helped me pick out what I needed for my Jeep and installed it right away. Super fast, reasonably priced, & not to mention great customer service.

This is the best business in town when it comes to audio and alarm system. I am pretty picky and I’ve been to 4 different places before going to Sako and his team - all of them told me that it was going to cost $$$ for a low quality brand and it was going to take two to three days to finish just to change my speakers and subs. But Sako was able to get it done in 2-3 hours and makes an effort to squeeze you in so it can get done sooner. This business is all about professionalism and quality work. The prices are fair, the service was fast and really customer driven. I’ve been ripped off before but his team knows exactly what they’re doing, hence why they have the best reviews in the Fresno area. I encourage you to support this business because they are honest and extremely reliable. I also suggest instead of calling the place, it’s better to visit and talk to him in person. These guys always stay busy and we have to be understanding they can’t always reach the phone. Don’t base your experience on someone who doesn’t understand that concept. Sako works with you and puts together the package you need. Got a full system +install quote, and went back gradually to get it done little by little. There is no rush, no over selling or pushing to buy. He just said whenever youre ready. So we got it done and it sounds amazing, once I found the bass boost. The sound was already very clear and sharp.I would have preferred someone going over the system with me at pick up and showing me around, as I am new to this.So what I would like to say is, leaving the lot it sounded good, but I knew Ive felt more bass than that with one 10 and I had two. Later after playing with the settings I found the bass boost I was looking for, and now its a ground shaker! I will be going back with another vehicle.

After hearing about their shop I took in my suburban to get a new alarm. All went well they were friendly and professional. I explained to them what I needed, they told me they had exactly what I wanted. They Install the new alarm for $200. After a few hours I came back, right before closing time and it was finished and exactly as they quoted me.Everything went well, I thought until I got home and realized the alarm would not lock and unlock the doors as I discussed with them before . As I need it to do, my doors do not Lock and unlock with a key.I took my vehicle in on a Saturday. Theyre closed on Sundays so I had to wait till Monday. On Monday morning I gave them a call and explain to them what my problem was. they told me to bring it in and within a short time they had my problem fixed. I was told it was warranted and not to worry about.everything works now and I was one happy customer.In all I was happy with my experience they were polite and professional. they had what I needed and when I had a problem with it they took care of me instead of saying there is the door. I would recommend 559 Car Stereo & Alarm to anybody.

Sako is a man of his word, hard to find that in todays world. I messaged him about installing an alarm in my older 4runner and he gave me suggestions as what he would go with. Ive done enough research prior to coming here and his price were just a little higher than other shops but I wasnt looking for the cheapest, I was looking for someone who had a good reputation and was looking to maintaining that reputation. Im a firm believer of you get what you pay for because many shops can do what was done, but everyone has their own way of going about it and I am super glad I went with Sako. Went in for a quote and estimate he said well check it out right now. So I pulled my truck out back he seen it and told me what I needed. He then told me if I don’t get the work done for checking it out it would be $85. So I paid $85 with out even knowing I was going to pay $85. No sign no heads up just a okay you owe us $85 for checking my truck for a minute or 2. Very unprofessional and rude. Don’t recommend this shop at all.

The service here is terrible every time i tried to have this business perform an install i was told they were busy and to try back in a couple days to only be told the same thing. They didnt ask if i wanted to schedule an appointment or nothing they just said there busy and hung up the phone. It seemed to me this guy doesnt want to make any money or serve customers. Better off not even wasting your time.

I had an alarm installed. However, it really never worked properly. After I had my vehicle broken into and my alarm never went off. I schedule an appointment to fix it. I took the day off and went there Friday morning to drop it off But they canceled my appointment. I had to do something so I took it to Js alarm they took a look at it and told me there was features missing and it wasnt properly installed. Js alarm fixed it now it works great.

Back in early January, I was told they were competent enough to install a high end aftermarket alarm (viper 5706V)for my new 2020 Supra. It took them a total of 2 days to attempt the installation for $1200. As soon as I got my car back an error code showed up on my dash. And the only thing they got working was the alarm (no remote start). Took my car back to the dealership to get the problem checked out, and turns out 559 blew a fuse attempting to jump my car battery. The owner was nice enough to refund the alarm and repay me back for the diagnostic Toyota charged. At first, 559 tried blaming how faulty these “new cars” can be.Update mid February:The car battery was pretty much completely drained. After I tested it and attempted to charge it. Note that I also brought it to OReilly’s to get it tested/charge. It cost me another $200 to get a replacement for the battery. Considering it was very new(maybe 2 months old) and Toyota had replaced it on the spot.If you have a new/luxury car, I’d recommend avoiding this place. You’ll save a lot of time, money, and headaches.

These guys are amazing! I took my SUV into the shop, as I had recently purchased it with a non-functioning stereo. I stopped by to check out a few head unit to replace my factory radio on my 2011 Dodge Caravan . After being helped by Sako, he put a great Sony system which included a Apple CarPlay with front and back speakers. We kept my steering wheel control and back up camera fully functioning.
