Awesome place... The best in town... When I needed my speakers installed on a Saturday with no appointment, not only were they able to do it, they did a fantastic job installing my speakers, with advice that was honest and a fair price. Top of the line equipment inside from speaker to decks and all in between. Friendly and knowledgeable staff that stand behind their work. Only drawback was theres really no lobby to chill in, otherwise a five star experience!

Great prices. They were able to get me in and out fast. Install was clean on my 2021 chevy silverado.

Called ahead of time to ask pricing and they said $150 an hour to mirror tap a radar detector to my mirror. Went in and the guy says its $180 and when i told him on the phone i was told $150 he quickly agrees. Big red flag there already...Then i try to ask him if he thinks he can do the job in an hour or if it would take longer and he refuses to give me an estimate DESPITE me providing the instructions for the mirror tap that the manufacturer provided. Refused to even look at the instructions and was just trying to rush me to sign the invoice...Safe to say i made a good choice going elsewhere.

Was hesitate to go to a stereo shop due to prices, but when I went to audio outlet and the manager gave me a quote and a good deal that I couldnt refuse, install was easy and even when I was changing my mind on products, they took care of it. Last min changes for the clients desire. manager even tells you the honest truth about the products and what you need, does not over sale you. Installer great guy and always asking what else can I do. Every time I call them about questions, they always ask me to bring it by with no problems. The stereo place in Fresno to go towith crazy sales on kicker and everything.

Will never again take my business to them again after leaving my vehicle in their hands to install my new audio upgrades and then returning to the shop where I was forced to pay first before seeing what was done first which ok don’t mind too much. So after they had their money I soon figured out why they did that, because they had put a huge dent on the door frame of my brand new vehicle and when I confronted them they said it wasn’t them and that it was like that. Like really, I know everything that’s on my truck I’m not a kid.. All I wanted was for them to man up to a mistake that sometimes happens. But to be spineless and not take responsibility of something that happened on their premises and to treat me like that after giving them my business and spending thousands of my hardworking honest money and the worst part is they just walked away and had nothing else to say. Not an apology not anything just thanks for your money and here’s your damaged vehicle.. Never again will I spend a penny there.. I’ll spend more to deal with professionals that know how to install things the right way!!

Don’t waste your time looking around @ other shops. Audio outlet is place for all your installations. Shop is clean & work is clean. Their service is 100 you get your money’s worth. No hassles no sugar coating. Straight business, they keep it real. No pressure @ all. Definitely b back for more work

I have to say these two guys Mike and Javier give the best prices and service in town...I have a 01 Lincoln towncar had them put in a new pioneer head unit and two kenwood subs with a kenwood amp and being a guy that spent 22 years in car audio and due to serious back injuries I really couldnt do it myself ..THESE GUYS ARE AWESOME... they make sure u are 100% happy before you leave!So if you looking for great work a absolutely awesome selection PLEASE STOP IN TO AUDIO OUTLET...THANK YOU THANK YOU...I LOVE MY CAR...
