Worse consultation ever. They werent even busy, I request something minor. Owner told me to come back in two weeks. WORSE customer service ever. Im not suprise, and Im going else where. Old school business man. 👎

They did not give me a receipt after I paid for my merchandise. They put in the wrong stereo. I should of made it a point to pick up the one I wanted not just say that one. They broke the inside drivers door handle. They are supposed to fix it this Friday lets see how it goes. I asked them to save my old stereo, speakers and put them in the trunk they just left my stereo on my passenger floor.

I bought a stereo interface from here for $141 after tax I got home and decided to search the interface a bit and realized I had been taken advantage of the same interface sales for around $60 and I actually found it online as low as low as $52 without even looking hard I totally understand a business have to make profit to stay in business but come on 3x the average price !

Stereo City Plus is awesome! Mike really knows knows his stuff and the crew was also very knowledgeable very friendly. They had way way more items in house than some of the other guys combined. They installed a new multimedia system with navigation, back up camera, steering wheel connection, amp., subwoofers with a box, alarm, remote start, and other goodies In just a few hours. And then he hit me with a very fair price much lower than the competition. So yes I am a lifetime customer now.

Stopped by an hour before they closed because my headlights stopped working. They checked fuses and wiring, etc. Asked if they could install new lights and in less than 15 minutes they removed headlights and installed HID lights. They were friendly and took care of what I needed. Very happy with the service they did.

Came here today to check on cost for a new state of the art audio system for my SUV, an Asian guy told me how much I would need, I told him I was going to the bank to get more cash, came back within 10 minutes and there was nobody in the store, nobody came to the counter after patiently waiting for a long time,So I went a few blocks down to Stereo Warehouse and they greeted me at the door and installed exactly what I needed within 30 minutes. Very weird UnAmerican behavior there at Stereo City. I suggest you go to Stereo Warehouse, far better service.

I am in the process of calling different locations to get estimates for car installations. I called this place and asked if they had a certain model in stock. The man who answered said no and hung up before I could ask anything else. This is definitely not how you treat potential customers and if that is okay with them, I will take my business elsewhere and not recommend them to anyone else!!!
