The young lady was very nice & helpful although they would charge $50 to run a master reset when i could easily do this myself all you have to do is look this up on youtube ppl its not hard at!

Submitted a request for a quote on a charging port replacement due to my Galaxy S8+ not charging. The website was pretty awesome to begin with. It generated me a quote of $80 after answering a couple of questions. Quote was reasonable but I wasnt sure if I wanted spend the money considering I could charge wirelessly.What I was most impressed with was Rudy calling me to give me some simple advice on what I could do to fix the problem myself. The fix he told me wasnt overly difficult but he told me if I couldnt do it, he would gladly do it for $20. Significantly less than I was expecting to have to pay to get my phone working properly again. I was able to follow the instruction and get my charging port working correctly saving me some cash!I truly appreciate the honesty displayed but this interaction and will highly recommend anyone I know to get any repairs done here. Also, anytime I need cellphone/tablet/electronic repairs I will definitely go here.Thanks!

Walked in expecting to pay a lot of money but was given a great deal. The staff was extremely helpful. I believe their names were Felicia and Rudy. They made the expirence easy and fast. I work crazy hours but they were very convenient and willing to work with me. I recommend this store.

Came to Cell Pros in Tower District to fix my broken screen on my IPhone 6s Plus and Rudy took care of me. Price was very reasonable and fixed it under 15mins. Very happy with the customer service and would gladly come back here for future repairs.

One problem fixed, took a week for parts, the other they couldnt..but nobody else could either. They were friendly and priced right. I recommend them.

This cell phone repair spot is awesome! I would totally recommend it for LG phones. I took my phone in at 1pm and got a call to pick it up around 4pm that same day. Rudy was very friendly and professional and he gave you reasonable prices based off the diagnosis. My LG6 had a battery charging problems and Rudy was able to tell me right away if it was a battery issue. I am glad i didnt loose any data or pictures either. They returned my phone fully charged and super clean. I would totally go there again!

The people at Cell Pros in the Tower District are AWESOME! I had a cracked LG V20 screen and they worked with me because I live out of town. They are helpful, professional, and easy people to talk to. Not to mention giving me a 90 day warrantee!! A week later my new screen had some issues, and they came to the rescue again with a replacement screen and some tweaks to get my phone back to working forum. Go get your phone fixed here...
