Customer service is on point. Customer service is NOT overrated. Customer service is consistent. Customer service is what keeps me coming back to this PARTICULAR location for all of my local Metro needs. Thank you for helping to make me a believer in Metro. (I honestly was afraid to give them a try after being with one of the mainstream companies for over 10 years.

Have received over 5 replacement phones after paying over $300 for a phone. And not one of the replacements work properly. Im paying for phone services that I cant even use with a malfunctioning device.
