I have brought my vehicle in for service. A couple days after leaving my tire continue to say low air even though it got checked and serviced during visit. I called service Department and Harry Took care of the issue for me! Thank you very much I truly appreciate taking my car to Michael Chevrolet!
I like that the expectation were set early about the wait time. It allow me to plan ahead. I also liked that I got a call back when my car was ready for pickup. Most of all the customer service was very friendly and helpful. I didnt even have to prove I had maintenance insurance this time. And that helped reduce my stress going in.
With an appointment, my car was held at the dealership for 6 days and was not even looked at our evaluated until the 5th day there and that was only after I had to physically go back to demand answers because there was no communication via telephone. The third time I called attempting to get any sort of information, not only was I basically dismissed by the service desk receptionist, I was given a name for someone who isnt employed there and transferred to an employee who wasnt even working that day... Im never coming back to this dealership for anything other than an oil change.
Recently went in to do a trade in, honestly did not think we would actually end up leaving that day with a new car but Lorenzo Medina really helped us out and made my family and I feel welcomed, he made a smooth, hassle free amazing experience for us. When my service was completed I was called to be informed there were two nails or screws in my right front tire. The service person stated it was recommended to REPLACE the tire. The punctures were in the middle of the tread. Were you trying to sell me a tire I did not need? I had the tire repaired and the technician that repaired it laughed at you.
Our salesman was friendly and tried very hard to be helpful. Not a huge selection BUT a quality selection which in my book is the only way to go. Would I recommend or use again. Yes

Not counting the soft of construction going on, on the used car area which is affecting the service area in space.....they are doing awesome. My appt. was at 9:30, got there at 9:00. (I travel an hour and a half to get there.) It was packed! You would of thought they were having a clearance sale! Jeremia was great, always makes me feel welcomed. Michael from service called about the filters needing replacement, he was knowledgeable and answered my questions calmly....all in all about two hours I was out of there.

Walked in to ask where we could get items for our Cadillac and schedule an oil change.. stood there for about 7 minutes listening to an employee on a personal phone call did not attend to us at all.. until we were going to walk out and another employee walked in..wont walk in there again.. waste my time.

They kept upping the price on a vehicle I wanted and at the end of it they ended up giving me numbers on a vehicle I really hated. Especially after running my credit so many times. Then upped the price again for the vehicle I originally wanted. I felt unheard, ignored and left feeling very disappointed. I feel like they took advantage of me because I was a single mother of three.
The services done on my vehicle were great. The recalled that was inspected in my car was perfect. The only thing I did not like is the fact that I asked for an estimate to add fog lights to my truck. It wasn’t done even though I express that to the consultant that assisted me. Not sure if he forgot or just had other things going on but I wish he would have at least assisted me with that or refer me to someone that would have. Not the kind of services I was expecting.
As a first time car buyer, my experience here was amazing. They are not your typical car salesmen and I mean that in a positive way. I was alone and basically was a mess but they made the whole process comfortable and easy. Try and get Dan if you’re considering purchasing a here. (The whole team is awesome, friendly and personable) I love my new car and I’m so happy I purchased here!
When I arrived at the dealer in the morning, no one greeting and directed me to the right lane. I was entered the wrong lane and no one care about that. I tried to find the service advisor and can not found one. After about 20 minutes, I finally was able to get someone thru the valet boy that asked me what I needed done today. I was notice a lot of service advisor around but hardly any customer come at that time. The dealer need to improved or change on their service line with the service advisor or trained better service valet boys. Service advisors need to be trained more on the customer service.
Went one day wasnt sure about buying the truck went back three days later and was offered the same deal and left with the truck my husband wanted thanks for the patience went above and beyond
Service took almost an hour longer than promised after waiting almost 20 minutes just to verify my appointment, no service writer to be found that was willing to help when trying to ask why my car was taking so long to be done. Requested multi point inspection and sheet with results, didnt receive, when I asked for it I was told theyd email it to me within the hour however 3 days later it still isnt here. Terrible service all around except for the porters who were actually doing their job. Extremely disappointed with this service and this will likely be the last time doing business with Michaels.
Hector was the best service rep I’ve had by far. I’ve bought both my recent vehicles from Michael Chevrolet. Living in Lemoore makes it hard to come get my oil changed because most the time I wait 2 hours or more. Hector was professional and very very efficient and had me on my way home in no time. Worst customer service in the service department! No updates no calls unless it’s about wanting to upcharge a service and the call center to be transferred to service has rude women!! The only saving grace was the service manager (who by the way I was told numerous times wasn’t even there at the time) was there to handle the situation and went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of in all honesty he is the only reason I will go back to give this place another shot!
Service was fantastic!! I drove in with a possible battery problem with no appt. They took my car right away checked the battery it was gone!! Let me know every step of what they were doing and got me in and out.

I recently purchased a new 2021 Chevy Trailblazer and I love it almost as much as I love the service from the dealership! Roy, Ryan, and even Daniel in the finance department, were unbelievably accommodating and helpful throughout the entire process. I was amazed to get in and out within about an hour and a half! Their service was suburb, I couldnt believe it. Dustin Felix (I believe he was the Finance Manager or Sales Manager) went ABOVE and beyond to make sure he earned my business. This is the second vehicle Ive purchased from this dealership, they now have my business forever at this point. I wouldnt choose any other dealership. I have literally never experienced this type of service anywhere else. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

The service was good.I am not happy about the recall for the battery on my EV Bolt. I should be able to set the charging at hilltop and keep the option of full charging when I start on a long trip, which is seldom.Instead I had no choice, and I lose 10% of my range.GM has no apparent motive to find a better fix for this problem, so my range is likely lost for the life of the car.
You could improve on your customer service. i had an appointment to get my remote installed at 2:00pm and i arrived at 1:30 to check in. i was told it wouldnt be too long. however i watched 4 customers have their car pulled in for service. once i called the salesman who sold me the car and asked for help. He asked the service writer what was taking so long and the reply was the were waiting for paperwork. I would have been more at ease if the service writer would have explained that in advance.. i left work early to get this completed and felt it was a waste of my time. I feel each department should work hand in hand. Thank you Mike R.

My vehicle was kept for 2 days and only 4hrs of work put into it. After the 2 days they still dident fix the issue because they said there was “nothing” wrong with it. They also never confirmed wether the work would or Wouldn’t be covered under warranty. The service advisor just kept saying that it might be or might not be covered depending on what is the problem. When I picked up the vehicle they charged me for the visit because he said the vehicle had no remaining warranty. They said my vehicle would be finished or they would let me know what was wrong with it on the second day, I never received a call. I called and left the advisor 3 messages with no response. Untill 5:40pm I received a call saying my vehicle was done and I could come pick it up and they close at 6pm.
Due to low inventory they are price gouging any new customers. They are charging over msrp on all vehicles
Word of advice for women ALWAYS get a 2nd opinion because automotive establishments take advantage of the fact that we arent experts when it comes to vehicles. I had to drive my car back here after being serviced for a rotation because they failed to put the proper air pressure in my tires before allowing me to leave & when I brought it back to them to correct the issue the gentleman named Louie whom assisted me earlier STILL did me a disservice by telling me it was just a mishap of forgetting 2 reset sensors however I still ended up having to take it to a gas station myself to place the correct air pressure because my Rear Right Tire was reading at 29 and ALL the others were at 38😤
It took one month to replace two fuel injectors. People kept dropping the ball, passing me on. three different Service consultants /advisor Until the manager Dan took over it did the right thing. No one return my phone calls. Couldn’t get a straight answer. I appreciate Dan keeping me in the loop telling me what was happening. he’s the only one that did his job right. And I’m sure dealing with my warranty company was part of the problem, but not the whole problem.I’m changing my rating from one star to three only because of Dan’s professionalism.
I had the worst experience a few months ago. The veteran advisor that had helped me was terrible, not knowledgeable and argumentative, I was scared to go in because of this. But I have to say that the guy that helped was very professional and took care of me. He did state he was new. Very impressed. He took approached me quick and returned my car faster than anticipated. I’m thinking about returning if he helps me next time. Good job man Great service advisor!

I had an appointment set for 8 am for some carpet that lifted. The man told me it would take 2 hours. I agreed to wait, but let him know I had work later in the day. I had waited for 3 hours when he told me my car was done and on its way out. After 30 minutes passed I asked him where my car was and he told me he would look.He then told me that the technician is on lunch and I will have to wait an hour and half until he gets back. He also told me that the carpet is not covered under warranty and that I would have to pay for it. When I told him I have only had the car for a month he then told me it doesn’t matter because I did something and that it’s my fault. I am leasing with excessive wear and tear coverage. After I asked if someone else could give me my car because I have do have work. He then told me that it is my fault that it is this late and that I agreed to wait this long. I do not agree with that way I was treated.I had to speak to a manager just so that I wouldn’t be charged for something that was not my fault. I waited for 5 hours for a spot of carpet lifting which I had an appointment for. What’s the point of having an appointment if they do not get to the car at the scheduled time. Why are their employees allowed to talk down to the customers the way I was. Also I had to explain that I have an EV and do not need an oil change. They need to teach their employees about the cars they sell.
I recently purchased the 2021 Chevy Silverado LT Trail Boss and would like to speak about my sales experience.Firstly, I would like to thank you for giving me the opportunity to purchase from your lot. Leo Montes really went out of his way and made sure the buying process was more of an experience. As a business owner myself, I really appreciated the customer service he provided. I have dealt with numerous dealerships in the past buying a vehicle and this was by far the best.Now with the truck I purchased, I am a little disappointed that the check engine light and Assisted brake system repair light came on once I drove it home. I contacted Leo and he was able to get me in right away and see what’s going on and why the truck pulled the check engine light.As I type this email my truck is currently sitting back at the dealership in the service department. Everyone at the service department has also been great. They set me up with a loaner vehicle until my truck has been fixed.I would rate my total experience as a 4/5. Had I not had to comeback because of the issue within the vehicle I would have rated a 5/5. Although this issue was more on Chevrolet than it is on you guys, I still purchased it from your dealership.

Everything was fine at the dealership very professional people I dealt with.I happen to open my Hood to find that the oil cap was not even on it, it was sitting where the spare battery is supposed to be.Luckily since I got the oil change I have not driven my truck very far and Ive had it parked for the past few days I opened the hood so I could check on the air filter and thats when I saw the oil cap

Got an oil change before heading out of state. The air filter was never checked and BLACK. My coolant was bone dry (I took pictures). I have no confidence that my oil was even changed or that ANYTHING was done. I called the next day and asked to speak with the manager. I was told he was busy and would call me back. To this day I still have heard nothing.

Took my car in because it felt like the transmission was slipping, arrived at 7:15 checked in and was told that I would be advised as to what they found. Heard nothing that day, had to call 4 times the next day to finally find out that they could not find anything wrong with the transmission, but now the check engine light is on. I informed them that the check engine light was not on when I dropped the car off, was told that its on now and that to check that out it would be an additional charge to check that. He also told me that the only thing the technician did was drive the car, nothing else. Will not be returning there for service again.Update: Dan (service manager) contacted me and asked me to bring the car back in and give them a chance to resolve the problem. I did take it back in and talked to Louie (service writer) along with Dan, they made sure that things were taken care of. I believe that those two went to great lengths to make sure I was happy. They succeeded! They turned a bad experience, into a pleasant one. I will be back for service on my Car.Thanks to Dan & Louie!

Brought vehicle in for 1st Service and a frontend alignment and speedometer recalibration. Received vehicle back with only an oil/filter change and 1 gallon of DEF added, all other services included in my 1st Service and the alignment and speedometer recalibration were NOT completed with the excuse given that I had aftermarket wheels and tires.
The sales rep Lorenzo Medina was thorough when showing the vehicle pointing out specifics on the vehicle. The overall purchasing process was organized, and time efficient.

My chevy 2016 4x4 stabilitrak, trailer brake, and power steering light came on . Steering hard to turn, they told me they found the problem which just needed new + and - cables, battery, and fuse block that cost $1125 ...soon as I drove away from the lot the lights came back on and steering was hard . Problem not fixed so took back less than 2 min... they wanted another 2k for rack and pionion with no refund for prior payment stating they needed to fix that problem with battery in order to get to diagnose ...they didnt tell me that They said the $1125 would FIX the problems with all service lights ..Bullard and blackstone Fresno, California 👎
Fantastic buying experience, I can’t say enough about Eli Lopez my salesman- he is brilliantly honest, something I’m not used to in the car sales world- I’m known for being difficult in car negotiations- Eli worked hard to get me a good deal and yet never pressured me. Everything went smooth. It was my first time there. They did inform me that there was a recall on my vehicle and they were going to take care of it. That was great. It would be greater if they inform me that my first check up would be cost free. It would also be great if they did a complimentary wash on my vehicle. Other than that, everything was great.

The service team was good, but after spending over $1100 my check engine light is still on my 2008 chevy truck. What do I do now?
Had appointment at 10AM. Stood around 10 minutes waiting for someone to talk to In service. Just wanted battery checked that was previously Installed and seemingly failing.Wanted to charge me $170 to check entire electrical system. Asked him to just check the batteries. Then told I had to wait over 2 hours for them to test the batteries. Glad I bought a 2021 Ram Limited.
They got me in and out within 1 1/2 hours.
They are polite, attentive, and respectful towards the customers. They allowed me to test drive the truck by meeting two conditions based on having my driving license and insurance. They had a good variety of choices and I was able to find the trim level that I was looking for.
Had cabin filter changed, wasn’t done right. Had to come back.
When I got to the lot I was just looking, James approached me and answered my questions but was never pushy. He stood back while I talked to my daughter to give us space. Just an awesome sales person. Felt really comfortable and not pressured. He was knowledgeable and helpful.
After weeks of my mom looking and talking to different salesmen we finally found the car for her! Brandon asked us what we wanted and didn’t want; immediately was able to point out the vehicle that was right for her. She had a fear that he would be like the other salesperson from another lot and try to get over on her because she was a female and didn’t know much about vehicles. Brandon was so kind, patient, and very helpful. His team stayed past closing to make sure we would be satisfied with her purchase. We would definitely recommend to others.
I made an appointment for my 2019 Chevrolet Silverado regarding transmission issues (surprised right). Upon making my appointment, I asked for a loaner vehicle if it was going to be an all day appointment. I was told that a service representative would be in contact with me to discuss a loaner. I never recieved a call. I showed up for my appointment this morning only to be told I must reschedule because they had no transmission technician on duty. I told the service representative that I had just drove 50 miles to make my appointment. He advised me that I should have received a call and my only option was to reschedule. 100 miles round trip for nothing! This is my 2nd bad experience with Michaels Chevrolet.

I made an appointment for an oil change well the wait time to get it done was 2 hrs just for oil change and on top of When I was ready to pay The lady give me the paperwork to sing and I notice the amount so I told her but I have a coupon from Michael Chevrolet web site that I give the code number to the person who make my appointment and I thought that they’ve register already but not well the lady had a rude attitude and not to friendly anymore just because she had to ask for correction on the paperwork due to the coupon! ! I Don’t like that ! She has short hair shoulder length with highlights on, No name tags on her well that’s my experience hope you take care and teach your employees a good customer service tactics
Took my vehicle in on April 21 was promised back on the 23rd. Called three times on the 23rd and was promised a call back .... Never received a call back on friday the 23rd.... Called on Saturday the 24th still no response or call back on the 24th . called Monday the 26th and told them I was comin in to pick up the vehicle ready or not. Car was ready.... But then again no calls returned to give us status on vehicle, nor to let us know it was readyld get ours back!!!!!!!!! NO I will be looking for another chevy dealer, maybe Clovis as long as it is not affiliated with chevy of fresno. Worst service and adviuce I ever have gotten from a dealership. I was looking at buying a second used vehicle from them, but now they wont get anything from us again!

Went in that Saturday and with he help of thier sales man Austin Ikeda was able to take home Our New 2021 Chevy Blazer. Every car lot needs an Austin, he was very nice, answered all our question about the car, was caring and was genuinely interested in us and our choice of the car we wanted, even bought us something from the store well we were waiting. I was overcharged and under-serviced. I didnt mind at all paying to service my vehicle however there was no clarification as to what was done and what was still needed to be done. Over the phone or with the clerk.
