To footlocker.comTo make a purchaseFor a couple of pair of shoes.It will not let me make a purchase online so I called 800 number.I had $96 on a gift card That The online store will not let meRedeem,So that was my reason for calling me 800 number.Upon checking out my $96 mysteriously disappeared. They offered the return of my money on a gift card witch i excepted on a gift card & i was tols i would get in within 5 to 7 days which passed and now I keep getting the runaround About the returning my money. Which should not have been taken From my card in the first place If the order did not go through.

This place is so cool because I can I see the exclusive sneakers that you dont normally see in the stores. I got a pair of Jordan 33s that Ive been wanting for a while and even seen online but had been waiting because I didnt know how they would feel. luckily this place had a pair I was able to try them on and they were comfortable so I bought them. Check it out youll probably be impressed.

The shoes look good but the prices are too expensive. The lowest price here is around the 70s but the lowest priced one doesnt have much attraction.

House of Hoops is a must need store in your city always have the good colorway releases and normally have the shoe in stock, they are a little hard to contact at times when you try to call in but once in store the customer service is great and they back area where they have the basketball section wish it could be a bigger area but it does the job for the shoe selection you need

I called in to see if they had shoes in stock, one lady picked up and said, Yes, let me get back to you. She never got back to me, I tried calling again and it went to a beeping noise. I called again, asked for the shoes again, and a man picked up and told me they didnt have it. It was horrible service, they need to hire new workers.

I got the Jordan 11s bred

Service sucks. One assistant told me its free shipping if they order it online. Then another in the check out said i have to pay shipping if I am not a VIP member. Duh! They should have made it right by sticking to the original statement and told me next time i have to pay shipping if I dont sign up as a VIP.Long story short, i left the store without any purchase.
