The employees were great.. very helpful. The manager Elva Perez on the other hand was so inconsiderate. Was needed and called to the front where she remained on the ph n the office... 20 minutes later as several employees called her we ended up leaving and will not go back...

This place is very clean inside and the customer service was five star all the way. I wasnt able to try the cocktails but they looked very delicious. I really enjoyed all the food that I got today. I have the family chicken meal. The chicken was delicious crispy on the outside juicy on the inside. The flavors were absolutely delicious. I also really really enjoyed the fried rice. We also did the black bean noodle and rice cake. Loved it! My daughter had the udon noodle soup and it was very delicious as well. My family and I enjoyed the mail I give this place by stars all the way around hands down.

“Velisity Z” was rude and lacked awareness. Spelled my name wrong on my order and said it really didint matter. Her customer service needs improvement.

Ordered a Nike shoes three weeks ago got a call from them that, My shoes arrived, and they got the wrong colour and today when I went there to inquire about my shoes, I was asked to wait outside in heavy rain along with my 3 years old kid! I tried to stand near the door where I could save my kids from the rain but I was asked to leave that place and go outside & wait in the rain! They don’t care! Then they put a 6 feet cover outside with 10 people standing under it!THEY ARE LETTING ONLY FEW PEOPLE IN BECAUSE OF COVID, BUT WHAT ABOUT 10 to 12 PEOPLE STANDING UNDER SIX BY SIX COVER! WILL THAT HELP STOP COVID?

Some of the shoes are dirty inside the box.Sone boxes have a missing shoe

WSS is a shoe store in a warehouse type structure with plenty of open space that does not offer a sufficient section of foot wear. The prices may be below their competitors, but not by very much.

Very clean, well organized, not very crowded parking lot was big enough. The staff was pretty friendly very helpful. Theres a Wells Fargo ATM just outside. The next time I need shoes this will be the place I go.

Im so glad they opened a WSS store in this area. I was visiting friends here in Fresno and l noticed the Grand Opening sign. This store is my go-to store for any type of shoes or athletic apparel and they always have the best deals. I definitely recommend it!

Good choices and prices. They have a selection on the back wall of shoes on clearance, you may get lucky and find a very expensive shoe for 40%-60% off. I always shop for my sandals there and usually find some on sale for about $10.Nike, pumas usually

So I was shopping here with a parent and they were all super friendly and didnt have my specific size but spent a long time looking for ones that fit and they werent they were actually having fun helping me TBH a great place (side note: There was one guy who was super friendly if he sees this he knows who he is.😉

Not what i expected. From watching commercials and ads in the mail there was limited selections as they have at any regular shoe store. Prices were not that much from difference.

I gave gotten 3 pairs of shoes from here now. All 3 were way cheaper than other stores. One pair I got $30 cheaper than everywhere else.

Terrible customer service! I was helped by a cashier named Sergio who undeniably lied to me and to his management. The shoes I purchased were scuffed and dirty already from I’m guessing a previous buyer, I gave him the opportunity to try and clean them but he was unsuccessful on doing so. I still purchased the shoes because he said if I did not like them I could bring them back. I ended up bringing them back the next day to try and return them and was denied so because the shoes we’re dirty(the were originally dirty) so I made my argument by the end I ultimately left with shoes I didn’t want. Mind you I spent two hundred plus to be treated like this. I was going to get a different pair of shoes with them as well but I just left with a lesson learned. DO NOT BUY WITH THEM UNLESS YOUR LOOKING FOR CHEAP USED SHOES.
