I came here to pick up a order I made online. Printing specifically, but was told I have to wait 24hrs before I can pick up my copies ... Office Max advertise same day copy and my confirmation also stated that I can pick up the same day I placed it, but the gentleman gave me some coaching that I can’t come pick it up until tomorrow. I told him that’s not what my confirmation stated, and I would like the order I place. I’ve been to the other locations in Fresno and they never had a problem with ordering copies online and then pick up, but supposedly this one does.The gentleman kept telling me that next time I won’t get my copies until 24hrs later, I didn’t say anything but nodded and he said it again for another 3x’s, that was unnecessary and unprofessional. I’ll print at the another location from now, and by the way you print my documents wrong. Office Max charge for color and I bought it in color instead of black and white. Next time, instead of telling me that you won’t give me my copies, look at what I order and how it was wanted. Thanks

Ive had great experiences shopping at this particular Office Max. Online orders I place for store pickup are usually ready within 10 minutes of ordering, and staff is always friendly.

Came in to make copies at 8:45...15 minutes before closing. The copier didnt work, so ended up getting helped from them. At 9...they wanted to get me quickly out of the store. Even though the manager looked mad, the employees still allowed me to finish my copies.

I had a very small but custom printing job. My timing was lucky, but the man at the counter was super helpful, also had good tips and my project looked like a professional greeting card. Very happy.

Purchased three boxes of copy paper (Buy 2, get 1 free) A kind employee saw me heading to my vehicle and he loaded the boxes right into the back of my auto. So nice!!

Danny provided me with outstanding service, she was genuinely happy to help me and suggested that I sign up for rewards membership. And I didnt get the young mans name but he also was glad as d to check in the back for a chair I wanted.

I wish there was a zero star because Avery, the cashier today 9/14/2019 at 2:47pm was very rude and uniterested in providing any type of custimer service. He NEVER asked for our phone number for our reward and so i implied that he didnt ask for our number. He said he did and i know he didnt which meant he lied to my face! He thenproceeded and pretended to go back and TRIED to ask for our number. What? I thought he said he already took our number? Once we paid for our pirchase my husband reminded Avery that he never asked for our number. Got no apologies, instead we got a dont care attitude. Never ever going to this place again and i have a huge amount of friends on social media and i will let everyone know my experience.

Its a straightforward stationary store the staff is really nice and it wasnt too crowded this time. I think its a bit pricey though
