But know that the price is not per month but per week.You will actually pay 4x or 5x the amount per month.I would only recommend this place if you are going to stay in a temp place and you want a tv or something simple for a week or month.

As Soon as You walk in the door they make you feel welcome. They are very customer oriented from the start. I had issues with the material that my living room set was made of and they went above and beyond to help me find a different set and get the situation resolved. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for furniture.

I have used Rent-A-Center in the past at a different location, had a great experience. I moved to Fresno and was in some need of a washer and dryer, so I decided to go Rent-A-Center thinking that I would get a similar experience; Unfortunately, I was completely wrong. Upon delivery and installation, the personnel did not take well to direction and insisted on doing things their way. Once they realized the washer would not fit through my laundry door they asked my husband to remove the door for them, when they were told to go through the garage so it would be easier and they would not leave tire makes from the dolly on my hard wood floors. My husband had to remove the door by himself with no assistance while the two guys just texted away on the phones. Too make things worse since it was last delivery of the day, they were in a such a hurry the drain line wasnt installed corrected and blew off the first time we used it and flooded my home. Luckily there was no water damage, just very inconvenient to have to clean up. Thats not all though. They delivered used loaners for us to use until my brand new ones came in to be swapped out. So, when it came time to swap out the appliances, yet again another issue with the delivery guys. Instead of working together to bring in a heavy appliance, One guy tried to bring in the dryer by himself on the dolly going up the curb (no ramp) and dropped the dryer leaving it scraped and etched with bright red paint. Needless to say, I returned the products and got a full refund. This store needs more training for their delivery guys.

I have a neck injury and needed to rent a recliner to sit and sleep. At first they said the soonest I could have it delivered was 5 days. When I explained it was an injury, they rented the floor model. I paid extra to have it delivered the same day, which I didnt mind. I will update my review at the end of the rental month, but today I couldnt be happier. My neck doesnt hurt as much because o the chair.
