This is a convenience store.it has a lot of items a grocery store would have. it just has less of them and is smaller so fewer items and variety of items. it is very functional in this way as many people only need one or two items to be purchased quickly and to be on their way. that being said, 7-11 is very well known and reliable for its layout and contents.the staff will vary from location to location but i have never had an unpleasant interaction.

The homeless are out of control, but the employees do their best to make them move on.

Cashier was very helpful and it was fast.

I like this place because it has good pizza ts cooked in 5 minutes and its a very good deal at 7.99 for a large pepperoni. Customer service is very good and you are out the door in no time with a hot pizza. I get reward points for everything I buy here and it adds up quickly so you can get free soda,icees,chips and candy. Clean, well stocked with a good selection of healthy foods. Love this place!!!

I have never visited a 7-11 that was so dirty, desorganized and not great customer service.

This store is usually over crowded and dirty most often. One word to describe The cashier/ lead..RUDE!!

Friendly atmosphere.

The large slurpees are 32oz now, and it was over 2$, next time Im going to buy a 44oz, 69¢ big gulp cup, and use that for my slurpee, if they say anything, Ill play stupid.

Horrible customer service!!! Supervisor is rude, short with customers. Manager override him on how he was handling things, but overall just a bad experience. 10/10 would NOT recommend.

Been a regular at this location the last 4 years. Its one of the busiest 7-11 around! Night time can be sketchy. It is downtown! Overall, the employees are cool and I get my coffee and snack fix there.Lines can get long due to those working close by and travelers passing through from the Amtrak and Greyhound Station across.

This is the sewer of downtown. I feel sorry for the employees.. if ya want to see how disgusting life can be, stop in the parking lot. But if ya do, dont say I didnt warn you

Staff is always helpful and polite I love how they have everything u need for a quick shopping convenience.

I came in around 3 am and the cashier who helped us was extremely rude. I witnessed her being kind to other customers while personally handing the food they order directly to them but for me she had left it at the condiments counter and said we can retrieve our food there. I found it odd that we had to walk all the way over there when she had just done otherwise for others. My boyfriend had forgotten to buy tabacco dip and returned to the register to do buy a can and she had refused to take his military ID. I found it odd as all stores that sells tabacco will take a militaryID because it is a valid ID. This was my first time ever to this location and she was just pure rude. She didnt want to answer any of my questions and was extremely short with me. We had done absolutely nothing to this woman and didnt even argue with her as she continued to treat us with disrespect. I would recommend that she redo her training in customer services as she doesnt know how to do her job.

Even if though its often busy, or a tad messy, or prices may be a bit high, its still a place to stay safe for the time I am there.

Over all a really good store. Line looks long but they have 3 registers so it goes pretty fast.

Im a regular at this location...its always a fast friendly inviroment . I know where to find things .. I think all the employees are doing a great job considering how busy it gets with all the county employees. Your a.m manger .the pretty one with the big smile....always willing to help and does a great job holding her management role by staying in constant communication with ttt other employees.

Conveniently located across the Amtrak/Greyhound stations, making it a great place to stop by and load up on snacks before boarding the bus or train.

Staff always friendly. Great for a quick snack run.

Ghetto, people cut you in line and you try to say something and they just look at you. Cashier doesnt even care either. Many people behind the counter, only one cashier actually ringing people up. Might be the area, not sure, but it says something when they have to hire a security guard to stand by the door inside.

Like .50 cent coffee & have every creamer you want. Plus the Iced Mocha Coffee is great. Especially for the price-J.S

Ive always enjoyed this stores environment The only thingi i dislike is the loitering of homeless that can make things uncomfortable when they get inappropriate.

The Employee during this graveyard shift is not ringing up the items correctly causing promotional items to be higher than advertised, if it’s a different item he still charging the same price as the first item he rung, not sure if it’s cause he’s lazy, tired or pocketing money but something should be done
