I love every product that I have ever tried from LUSH. From bath bombs, to moisturizers, body scrubs, shower gels; they have it all! everything smells amazing too. All other brands of bath bombs are weak sauce in comparison. If you want to treat yourself, this is the place to go. (also every worker ive met here is so helpful).

This place just smells AMAZING and Im always greeted with a friendly smile and offered product suggestions which is so inviting. Its wonderful to indulge in a little self care and LUSH makes that possible with thier incredible products and awesome customer service. Totally recommend and will be back soon!!

I work across the way, and time to time I come in. Mostly because Im board on my lunch but everytime I come in there girls treat me so good. Staff are always so nice. I love the bar shampoo

I got charged 35$ for an 8-9$ item and didn’t realize until I got home. I called, and the guy I spoke to acted unapologetic then told me I have 30 days to make an exchange. I live 30 minutes away not counting the nightmare of finding parking there. Wonderful! Now I have an extra errand to run.

I dont know the associates name, but he was super nice! I was on a road trip and a bit in a rush (wanting to keep the friend in the car happy), and he was super understanding.

Live their shaving cream -- but they only make it for MEN. But I couldnt care less, I still buy it, lol. I love their shaving cream. And we bought a couple of shower gels. My friend bought a jelly shower gel, and you only need to use a little bit and she loves it. If youre there, try their jelly shower gel,.and whether youre a man or woman their mens shaving cream.

Friendly and very helpful staff. Not at all pushy! My granddaughter loved being able to make her own bath bomb!

The employees were great. I expected nothing less from a Lush location and I have nothing bad to say.

I am from out of town and pop in the store from time to time when I need refills. I am always greeted with friendly and helpful staff. They always let me test all new products I am interested in and help with recommendations. I have many allergies and I am also a zero waster, the staff here always does their best to help me out with these issues and never complains. I am always offered samples of everything I am interested in since I live far from the store. Thank you Lush for taking care of me, and supporting my lifestyle! Always a happy customer

Today I was in this store and one of their employees was rude to me just because I lowered my mask to smell a perfume of which they do not have a sample in other establishments to be able to smell a perfume, it is allowed to lower the mask since it is very uncomfortable to have a perfume in the mask all day today I have felt unnecessarily bad for something so simple the attitude of this person was very uncomfortable this store is not a usual place in my purchases and I wanted to explore my first experience has not been good and I will not return I will not I like people to be presumptuous

Love their facial products! I usually buy Angel on bare skin for $18 plus tax. Smooth my face and a lovely smell worth waking up to every morning. Their products are pricey but worth every penny for the final results. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable about the products.

Right from the moment you open the door your senses are captivated. The fresh natural handmade scents of the products smell heavenly... The sense of sight was a delight, so many bright colors. The sense of touch as you try each luscious item melts into your soul. Then there is the staff....They reach right into your heart. I wanted stay forever in this place!!!

Soaps are great

So my girlfriend is a regular in this store, loves the products, and always talks about how nice and helpful the employees are. Well I went today to pick up some valentines day gifts for her and despite being the only person in the store besides the five employees, I was not asked if I needed help or anything. I am a male and I am not ashamed to say that I had no idea what I was looking at the whole time I was in the store. And would have loved some help. Literally two employees were standing within two feet of me and I guess their conversation was far more important than helping me. I do not know if it was me or what I was wearing that they didnt take me seriously but after this I dont plan on ever going back. Next time I will just give my girlfriend money and tell her to shopping. Despite all this I still spent $79.79 at this store. Again excellent products but really bad customer service. Should I have worn more expensive clothes in order to get service?

I went in today for some products. Although they can get pricey, its worth it because of their ingredients and their mission. I walked in an was greeted by Sam. She was so helpful. I have allergies and she addressed that before I even told her. She was great. She walked me through what Ahe recommended based on what I told her about my skin and hair. The only thing that I was turned off by was that they had offered me products that didnt suit my needs. Sam was very honest and guided me through everything that I needed. She explained the effects of each ingredient and was very knowledgeable. The other staff that helped her were sweet. But they had offered me a completely different type of shampoo that did suit my needs. Other than that, I was very pleased in purchasing my face masks, lotions, bars, and beard scrub for my husband.

I love this store so much and the employees are always SO friendly and helpful to the max but sometimes their energy can be like, too much to handle. Its not a bad thing, I just notice that sometimes I leave feeling a little drained from so much up beat-ness, if that makes sense? Small talk is nice, but sometimes I just want to run in and out for what I need.

The staff are some of the friendliest and most helpful people Ive ever met and the products are stellar. The bath bombs are amazing and have powerful fragrances. I personally recommend the toothy tabs. If youve never been to LUSH, then make time for a visit, and if you have been you probably understand why I like it so much.

Lots of products me and people I know love to use. Staff is almost always friendly and willing to help with samples. Sometimes managers push employees to be a little overbearing but at any rate their friendliness and products make up for it.

My dad and I went in to check it out and were instantly met with friendly faces who were eager to help us. The most amazing employee was Doris! Very soft spoken and kind! She’ll be sure to help you find what you need.

I cannot say enough good things about this store. First of all hands down the best bath bombs ever. From sparkly tropical fizzies to floral ones they all smell amazing. They also have bars that are good for clearing up acne, smoothing skin, just all around good natural products for your skin. I try to come here at least once every couple of weeks to stock up. And service is always the best you will not be disappointed.

So lush is my love. This would have gotten 5 stars but some of the workers didnt treat my boyfriend right. They completely ignored him when he was getting me a Valentines treat. He was the only person there at the time When I go there, there are at least 3 people who talk to me. I dont have time between school and work to go by as much as I want, so he goes because he is supportive and loving. It is just heart breaking to know that some of the staff are just rude.

Angles on Bare skin is the best thing for your face. Love, love, love it. The have the one with charcoal for oily skin. The prices are reasonable. The people who work there are knowledgeable about the products.

I absolutely love love love this place it is my new favorite place to go. I went there for my niece and the worker helping me was so nice and patient I loved it. I felt heard and trusted her to recommend products to me because she was knowledgeable a d took the extra time to know me and what I wanted from my products.

Most products are great. I enjoy the more natural options for cosmetics. Service is usually very good, but occasionally you end up being helped by someone who just wants to make sales.

I absolutely love the smell of this place. Though their products are bit pricey the quality of the products us great! One of my favorite products and that in my opinion is worth every penny is the Tea Tree water face mist/toner .. I always apply it on my face & neck when I get out of the shower and it feels Devine!! My skin is left feeling completely soft and nourished. And especially works best during summer when I just need something refreshing on my face not something heavy like face creams. Thic girls gotta stay fresh too😘😘

Great products but didnt have a good way to wrap the items. For example, bought two big bath balms and the cashier places them in a paper bag. I told her they were crumbling because the bag was to rough for the soft balms and she couldnt offer a better way to wrap. That day I bought the balms it was raining outside and was worried the balms would be affected by the water. The cashier didnt seem to really care. They need to package these balms a better way so Im actually getting the size I paid for. Not going back.

The girls here are very educated on their products and extremely helpful. If you use natural products on your skin this place is a must visit. Even if you arent currently looking for natural skin care you must try these products. For someone whose had acne since the 6th grade and am currently 32 this place has tranformed my skin.

Love everyone who works here. So friendly helpful and vibrant individuals. They are very knowledgeable and informed about their products and the company.
